Las habitaciones y el edificio general son muy viejos, instalaciones antiguas, poco confort. Cumple bien porque está bien ubicado pero tiene que ser para estancias muy al paso!

La ubicación (por cercanía) permite conectar con los principales puntos turísticos, históricos y gastronómicos Se destaca la predisposición y amabilidad de Mónica para recibirnos y guiarnos. !!! Es un edificio de muchos pisos. Paciencia con los ascensores !!!

• Cáceres (8/5): Depto con punto ideal cerca a todo! Microcentro, puerto madero y paseos - El punto ideal, la entrada y salida al dto diaria muy fácil. Y la cafetería del edificio es muy práctica y el personal muy amable. No hay limpieza diaria de habitación y el refri no funciona bien.

• Filip (9/5): Superb - Our stay at this place was great! The location was fantastic - close to everything, which was important since we had only a short time in Buenos Aires. The property was very easy to find. The host was incredibly kind, gave us the keys, and explained everything about the room. The view from the room was beautiful, and we especially liked that the bed was right by the window, making it easy to enjoy the scenery. There was also a well-equipped kitchenette, which was very useful. A big plus was that the host let us leave our luggage after checkout until our flight, which we really appreciated. For this price, I can sincerely recommend this hotel. The minor downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom ceiling.
