• Nurul (8/5): Wonderfull - Staying here for 3 days 1 night, the entire room is soo spacious, cozy, and well equipped. The tv, wifi and water heater work well, the bed also soo comfortable and big, overall it such a pleasant staying here maybe can improve the iron thingy only😭 thankyou host for the good service❤️😍 except there’s no iron which make me a lil bit disappointed☹️

• Shereen (6/5): Its a okay place to stay if ur within a certain budget. - The property was spacious and was nearby to our intended location. Cleanliness was okay. Unfortunately it did not look like the picture but was decent enough. Both the bathroom bidet and shower heads were missing , when notified the management were not aware of it missing which makes me think that they didn’t check before the check in despite having told ahead of time.
• Rachael (1/5): Worst stay ever - I booked 5 nights, got myself out of this place after the first night. The room stinks due to humid and the bed sheet smelled really bad. I don’t think they wash the bed sheet, the hygiene in here is don’t exist. And no proper security, noisy outside and some drunkard knocked on my door at midnight. Do not stay here. Everything.

• Raj (6/5): Nice looking unit but could be better - Looks exactly as advertised - Easy access to the train station. - It is at the edge of the city so access to PJ and KL was easy. - Room was clean, spacious and nice looking. - TV and microwave oven works well. TV had movies from a smart box which was great Got a single studio unit Generally: - Bad view as we got all walls of adjacent unit that was under construction. - Bed was uncomfortable - Broken toilet seat. Ended up surfing on the toilet! - Shower head would not stay up and water could not flow properly - No easy access to food places or shops. You would have to get a train over to the city for anything decent or drive out - Access to the parking lot is difficult as the ramps were narrow and too many ramps for just the 2nd floor - Thin wall as the TV from the next unit could be heard. - Security was bad or non existent. Anyone from outside can just walk in - Corridor leading up to room was run down and badly kept
• Rasyidi (5/5): not recommended to stay again in future. - near to public transport check in 4pm and need to check out before 11am, not really good and if check out late more then 30 minute will be charge rm20 extra every 1 hour late. dont have wifi connection.

• Suying (1/5): Bad - The location is good but staff is bad We reached there at 10pm, at the beginning we thought that we don't know how to switch on the air-cond but we found that it only had light, other things didn't have electricity (air-cond,water heater,all socket can use), then we called, messaged the staff, but no reply (maybe not working hour), so we try to wait until the next day, but still no reply, until the end it's still no electricity and no one reply, just refund the deposit to us, we give the price for just for sleep, can't bath, no air-conditioning and can't charge our phone And the bed very smelly
• Shirlie (8/5): Very good - The room is spacious and clean, comfortable to stay. The location is strategic. Lrt station is just right next to the apartment, and The Sphere can be reached via link bridge from Lrt station.

• Bachok (7/5): Gatal2 - Near to the public transport (train rapid KL) The room view blocked by the unfinished building and there are mosquito in side the room when I checked in. I feel the bed made me feel un easy.

• Dilipkumar (7/5): On-the-go room for 4px - The location is right beside Kerinchi LRT, a good stay for people who looking for a night spend fitted for 4px.. The walk way was full of dust I guess there is some renovation going on but at least they should be kept clean... Don't have good toiletries, soap was ridiculous Wifi was not working but the management fixed it..
• Boon (1/5): Bad - Misleading on the mail box area for us to collect key, while we feel not safe waiting at the road side and we park inside the parking for overnight. The parking fee at the building is very expensive, the next day paid RM32. Guide on duty don't know where is tower E mail box located at. Guide line info is too long, is hard to find what we are looking for, during night time check-in that area is too dark. Not recomended for lady to stay alone in there. Scary view when look out from window.

• Loh (7/5): Good - Nice interior.clean floor.The unit looks new. Smelly towels.. probably not so convenient to eat for walking distance except for a Malay stall nearby corridors a bit eerie.painting job still ongoing at the corridor.

• Carmen (6/5): Pleasant - The room is spacious and new and clean. The parking is a bit quiet. The hallway to the room is very messy with the renovations plastic floor cover on the floor and very dusty and a bit dirty. management should clean up the hallway to avoid those unpleasant sight for check in guest. We are like entering those renovations in progress building. The deposit refund after checked out is very slow. We checked out on Sunday and been told that the refund only can be processed on Tuesday. (weekend check out) We used to staying in Ginger8@Pinnacle and their checking out refund is superb fast and regardless weekday/weekend/public holiday.

• Andrei (7/5): Good - I like because was located next to the train station, not far away from megamall, the apartment was clean and spacious. I didn't like from the beginning the communication with the staff because the person provide wrong the passcode after i tried 3 times, i text the person in charge and then he told me to try another passcode which was kind of disappointing for me, should make sure before coming the customer to make sure and check what passcode you have, apart of that, the corridor of the level was full of dust and under construction i guess others apartments which in my opinion should inform the people about this and also in one of the morning in the next apartment someone was working for the apartment and was a lot of noise which was woke up me and i couldn't sleep anymore, another issue i face was after the first night the internet was stop working so i need to contact again the person in charge to ask about this issue and the answer was they didn't pay the internet but when i ask they didn't told me from the beginning so i wait like an hour and after that i ask again and then i had the answer and not even to say sorry about that, in my opinion should make sure you pay in time the internet as you can describe in your description you have internet, and the last thing the toilet spray bidet head was leaking and is quite annoying also because is waste of water and is make noise, if you keep the door closed from bathroom when you will open will smell not well so i preffer to leave it a bit open and the sound of leaking was annoying, is netflix on the tv but is not working, and the internet even if is working is really bad, i use my data but still not working well my internet from my personal data, i guess the signal is bad in that area or building, another thing is not a nice view when you looking on the window in front of you is a big building under construction which is cover the view, another thing if you take any lift from the right side the first 2/3 i don't remember well when you press 1 to take to the main entrance basically is another room but close with...
• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great because the LRT station was just downstairs. So going to places like KLCC or Lala Mall was a breeze. The apartment itself was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. Love the kitchen too. There is only one vanity mirror in the bathroom. Maybe the apartment could do with another big mirror outside, along the hallway. Hence, getting ready would not be a struggle.
