Staff didn't help at all. They asked me to buy a SIM card from the shop within the property and call. A gentleman from the road offered to call the airport to assist me. So disappointed with the staff.

Kirtee (4/5): Was very good , recommended except for the bidet thing - It has everything you need - washing machine with dryerand the powder , oven to cook, towel, AC, coffee, water dispenser , bed comfortable , plates , spoon , microwave. Everything that made our lives easier for the stay When we entered our room, the toilet bidet was broken. We asked to change the room but they did not agree. We had to do back and forth to reception and tell them that the toilet room is full of water. They came to change the bidet and did not agree to change the room. The next time we used the newly replaced bidet, it broke again. We call them and also informed them that it is broken but they never came to repair.

Camil (7/5): Great location and amenities. Cash-only deposit - Great location Reception desk 24/7 Very nice pool and gym The bathroom had sewage smell. There is a 200 RM cash-only deposit. There is an ATM in the lobby, which, of course, has a 25 RM tax when withdrawing money. I really don't like this, and if accommodations want to ask for a deposit, I don't have anything against it, but please also accept a credit card for the deposit. Besides having to pay ATM fees for a transaction I wouldn't normally do, I'm stuck with 200 RM before going to the airport, where I exchange it at a pretty bad rate.

Ryan (9/5): Amazing skyline view from appartment - The location is great, the building is FANTASTIC, multiple small garden with skyline view, the view from the appartment is FANTASTIC as well, small convenient store open till 2am next to the reception, I strongly recommend 9/10 because of the surprising mandatory deposit, everyone look surprised You have to deposit 50 EUR which is mandatory to get the key, that is not written on the description OR at least, it's very not easy to find this information. I would make it more clear, or remove this mandatory deposit which is quite annoying. I never had that before and I travel a lot. A deposit is not necessary you have a copy of our ID, booking has our details. Luckily I had cash with me, but I usually don't have

Torn mattress, stained bedsheet, broken toilet seat, hand shower, broken drawer etc. No housekeeping, I stayed for 4 days. NO BED SHEET CHANGE, NO TOWEL CHANGE, NO TELEPHONE to call reception. Even went to the reception and said change my towel, she said contact this whatsapp number who is the owner of this room. I paid ceylonz through bookin dot com. why I would contact the hotel room owner in whatsapp for towel? no telephone to contact the ground floor reception. I had to come down from 28th floor, slow shit lift to listen this. the reception is super rude once you tell them these, talks looking away and vibe like WHATEVER BEHAVIOR. they just give you key and forget you exist here.

Andrei (9/5): Хороший вариант для короткого знакомства с городом. - Уютный и комфортный апарт-отель. Очень хорошо работает ресепшн, заселение/выселение было очень быстрым и легким. На 1 этаже есть небольшой магазинчик со всем необходимым, очень удобно. Номер большой, достаточно чистый, все необходимое есть. Звукоизоляция хорошая, отличный напор горячей воды в душе. Красивый вид из окна, замечательный бассейн на крыше с великолепными видами на город. До центра пешком 20 минут, далековато, но не критично. В целом очень все комфортно. Нужен небольшой косметический ремонт.

They replied me after i checked out. Called them more than 10 times, never picked up. At some point i thought i got scammed. The room looks okay. But it's basically a broken room. TV doesn't work. No YouTube, no Netflix.. nothing works. There was a empty hairdryer box. Fan remote doesn't work. It's a total mood killer. It was a horror story. Not recommended

It was a struggle everyday. On my check out day, we waited over 10minutes for the lift and eventually decided to take the stairs, even with luggage, it was faster as the lift kept skipping our floor and stopped on other floor both above and below my unit. - Rooms does not look like the photo, it was rundown, had a funky smell when you enter the room. Despite trying to air the room, smell still persisted. - Bed sheets and pillowcases were old and yellow - Area surrounding hotel is always congested, you would need to factor in more time to get somewhere.
