Suraya (4/5): - location wise is good and strategic The apartment is not as what was posted on booking.com website. Apartment a bit rundown then what was advertise in the booking.com webpage. Apartment need some TLC and upgrading esp furniture n sofa. First night we were assigned into a transit apartment becos the initial apartment booked was occupied, earlier guest extended their stay. The transit apartment given to on the 1st night is way below standard. We hv stayed many times at this premise, hv never encountered problems or disatisfication unlike this time - very disappointed.!!

The pillow has no cover. The bed cover is very shabby and bad. It’s torn.. and it’s really funny to use the toilet.. the floor of the bathroom is too dirty. It’s dirty here and there. The water is slow to take a shower. It’s very harmful.

Luckily I j - Though location is superb with conveniences to move around The unit is totally not maintained, aircond is dripping with water and bathroom is superb dirty and not properly cleaned . Didie (1/5): Very disappointed - Location Unpleasant smelly and dusty apartment. Booked for 2 nights but we need to check out early due to the apartment issues. Overall, not recommended.
Ahmad (4/5): Below average - Location was normal. Vehicle and Human traffic congestion were massive. Surroundings have options on food and shopping. I guess the unit I gotten was based on pure luck. It was a Condo apartment hence not all units are standardized. I was very unpleased when we first got there. I was told in advanced that a unit was assigned to us, but when we came, I was told to go to another unit. This unit was very run down and it was a two bedder unit. Since I booked a 3 bedder unit, I requested for a change. The liaison person say he was told to give me that 2 bedder unit and cannot change. But eventally he shift me to a 3 bedder unit. This 3 bedder unit was also slight run down. The main door has a broken door knob. It was secured by a unique locking mechanism which the key was super difficult to open and lock. The floor was bad. One of the bedroom had the vinyl flooring broken. Another bedroom had a leaked aircon. The shower in one of the toilet cant turn on the shower head. Only had to use the rainshower. Overall building looks very run down. Exterior walls were super dirty. When you look at the building from the swimming pool, you will know what i mean. Based on this, I'm not inclined or not recommending other to stay here. If you got no luck and was given worst unit than what I got, then ur holiday wont be much fun. I rather you dont take the risk.

Mala (5/5): Passable - the location. its just beside pavilion. 1. the bathroom - there's only 1 bathroom. a shared bathroom. situated between master bedroom and the other room. seriously? 1 bathroom? 2. the boiler thingy in the master bedroom. its loudddddddddddddd. like what??? really?? 3. the wardrobe in the master bedroom seems like it was not clean and manage...so dusty. 4. there's ants on the kitchen counter top and behind the fridge. 5. why is there a work clothes and towels hanging around at the veranda??

The sink was very dirty and only one roll of toilet paper provided for us 6 persons stay for 2 days. The toilet paper given also not the whole roll. Water pipe and aircon were leaking. When requested for one more toilet paper. Didnt provided. Still requested for 300 myr deposit. Which we so worries our 300 myr will gone. I am sorry to say this not a good stay.
