- moritz (5/5): - Die Lage und der Ausblick sind unschlagbar. Das macht viele andere negative Aspekte weg. Rooftop Pool auch super. AK Mall direkt davor, hatte auch einen größeren Supermarkt im 2. UG. Zu Petronastowers ca. 5min zu Fuß Wohnung groß, Betten ok Von Luxury kann leider keine Rede sein, spärlichste Ausstattung, es hat ziemlich gemüffelt, egal ob Bäder oder Klimaanlage. Sauberkeit - naja. Selbst im 35. Stock gab es Schaben, Ameisen etc... Fazit: Wir hatten uns etwas anderes vorgestellt, für 4 Nächte akzeptabel. Cave: Bezahlung Cash (!!) vor Ort. Ein Schelm, der dabei was böses denkt. Etwas dubios.

- Xuan-Hong (7/5): Emplacement top mais relation avec l’hôte un peu louche … - On est vraiment à 8 min à pied des tours Petronas ! La vue depuis le 69 étages est magnifique surtout la nuit. L’appartement pour 4 est agréable même si la chambre des enfants est aveugle (sans fenêtre) et un peu petite. Le salon est agréable et la douche est grande et propre. La communication avec l’hôte est vraiment mauvaise vu le standing de la Malaisie : j’ai réservé sur Booking mais il a fallu que je confirme par message que ma réservation était ferme. Pour contacter l’hôte, un numéro de téléphone, pas de WhatsApp, et pas d’assurance que la personne va répondre à la messagerie booking. Au final, un type arrive au bout de 20 min, et demande un prix différent de celui de bookings, et uniquement en liquide (286 MYR initialement versus 370 MYR au final) : vous êtes avec des enfants, tout le monde est fatigué, vous vous exécutez mais ce n’est vraiment pas normal ! Vue l’offre sur Kuala Lumpur, vous pourrez trouver moins louche avec le même niveau de qualité.

- Federica (7/5): - appartamento molto grande all’interno di un residence dotato di 2 piscine e ristoranti (consiglio il pampas che fa anche take away), tutti gli appartamenti hanno una bellissima vista e sono vicini alle petronas towers e altri punti principali della città il prezzo è veramente irrisorio, ma mi sento di consigliare altro non molto pulito, le salviette erano macchiate, non sono mai passati a pulire, cambiare salviette e rifornire di acqua e bagno schiuma la doccia non aveva acqua calda quando siamo arrivate (dopo una giornata pesante in viaggio) l’aria condizionata in camera perdeva acqua, ci è voluta un’ora prima che arrivassero a sistemarla e il filtro era LERCIO, motivo delle perdita basterebbe davvero un po’ di manutenzione e pulizia

- Dowon (7/5): Not Bad - Better than similar types of options in KLCC. Elevator waiting time was shorter. Room was cleaner. Location is very good if you like to stay within the city center. A better budget option if you are a family with 4 members. This is not a hotel. Don’t expect cleanness and management of hotels. You shall pay in cash in full at checking in. Only one card key was provided. And without it, you can’t even use the elevator.

Pocas ganas de trabajar y ayudar. Por decir algo bueno de esta persona, contestaba rápido a los WhatsApp.

- Alexandrine (4/5): Je ne recommande vraiment pas - L'hôtel est très bien situé, les deux piscines sont vraiment formidables, de même que la vue sur les Tours Petronas. Sauf que si l'hôtel est bien, la chambre a été la pire de notre séjour. Le premier problème est la personne à la réception qui est vraiment désagréable. A notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé de payer l'intégralité de notre séjour en liquide, ce qui est très étonnant et l’accueil n'a vraiment pas été à la hauteur. Ensuite, la chambre a été extrêmement décevante : le matelas n'est constitué que de ressort, nous avons passé 3 nuits ici et il aurait été plus confortable de dormir sur le sol. Ensuite, il y a une porte dans la douche, littéralement.... Enfin, le ménage n'avait clairement pas été fait correctement, tout était sale : l'éponge, les draps, le tapis de salle de bain et les serviettes tachés, les éléments de la cuisine, les murs... Il y a des malfaçons de partout. Impossible de brancher la lampe de la chambre car l'embout ne correspond pas à la prise, pas de table de nuit, et pas de télé dans la chambre ! Bref, ça a été une vraie déception, l'erreur dans notre voyage de 3 semaines, si nous n'avions pas payé l'intégralité en liquide à notre arrivé, nous serions partis le soir même.

Hay que pagar en cash y encima dejar un depósito por si pierdes la tarjeta de entrada a la habitación. El chico que nos atendió fue un poco borde el primer día. Cuando me devolvió el depósito de la tarjeta ya se había relajado. Quizá tuvo un mal día

Location was very convenient - We liked the bathroom, facilities including the pool, and it was clean and host was accommodating and responsive. Location was excellent. The kitchen was not well stocked. The second bedroom was very small.

- Denis (5/5): В следующий раз выберу другой комплекс, сервис хромает конкретно - Это комплекс апартаментов Star, состоящий из двух зданий, я проживал во втором на 26 этаже с видом на петронас и менару. Отличное местоположение, в самом центре у башен петронас, в шаговой доступности куча магазинов, ресторанов, удобная транспортная развязка чтобы уехать в любую сторону. Апартаменты просторные с видом на башни, двумя спальнями, кухней. В здании два бассейна, большой на 6 этаже и видовой поменьше на самом верхнем этаже. Не понравились работники организации, которая сдает это жилье в аренду, конкретно сервис, которые они предоставляют, а точнее, его отсутствие. На WhatsApp отвечает, но так как будто одолжение вам делают, прождали их в лобби больше 30 минут. На чек-аут также опоздал, но уже на 10мин, хотя трижды написали и уточнили время, просили не опаздывать. В лобби и во всех лифтах, кроме одного, отсутствует кондиционирование, поэтому вы гарантированно взмокнете, поднимаясь/спускаясь на этаж или ожидая заселения/выселения в лобби. Охамевший охранник в лобби.

- Anastasiya (6/5): - Расположение , бассейны Муравьи, не хватало мебели - тумбочек у кровати, очень старые полотенца, в целом было некомфортно, вроде и убрано, но всё настолько застиранное и в пятнах, ужасный запах дезинфекции или чего-то в этом роде. До этого жили в соседних апартаментах за стеной - просто небо и земля. Заселениие и общение простое и комфортное!
- ELENA (6/5): - Расположение хорошее, рядом башни Петронас и тц Suria При заселении на ресепшн нам отказали, так как там заселяют только гостей другого отеля, поэтому нам было предложено позвонить по номеру телефона и сообщить что мы приехали, местной сим карты у нас не было еще, пришлось просить позвонить у персонала на ресепшн, после звонка ждали минут 20 пока приветик ел менеджер который дал нам ключи. Кондиционеры работали но совершенно не охлаждали, и все розетки были непонятного формата, не подходил ни один переходник, заявлено 2 спальных комнаты, но по факту вторая комната это просто кладовая без окна где все а всем пространстве стоит кровать и больше ничего. В итоге мы уехали на второй день в другой отель, хотя оплачено было 5 ночей

The bed and the couch were very uncomfortable, unit was worn and very ‘tired’. Their policy of paying for your accommodation in cash was really annoying, having to arrange the amount before travelling or having staff follow you to the ATM to withdraw.

Out of the four AC units, only one was functioning correctly; the other three continuously blew hot air, making the suite uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. In terms of cleanliness, everything else was fine, except for the couch, which was noticeably dirty. Also, the laundry machine requires you to hold it in place while it's running; otherwise, it shakes violently and makes a terrible noise.
- Cristina (9/5): Bien - Es un apartamento nuevo a 5 minutos andando de las Torres Petronas, hay 2 piscinas, una en la planta 88 y otra en la planta 6. La comunicación con el que dió las llaves fue muy escasa y era bastante arisco. Tuvimos que dejar 100MYR de fianza que nos devolvió el día de salida, no esperéis hacer un check in inmediato, hay que esperar en el lobby a que venga. Nos dieron solamente una toalla que hacía la función de toalla de cara, de ducha y de piscina…
- Панченко (2/5): Не советую, распиаренный 5⭐️ отель, в реальности тянет на 3⭐️, в лучшем случае - Зал 10/10 Вид очень красивый Бассейны хорошие, но плохо чистят Обслуживание 2/10(все оооочень долго, грубые охранники, очень неудобный формат сервиса) Бассейны 7/10(красиво, но плохо чистят) Чистота в отеле 5/10 Виды 10/10 Зал 10/10(хорошие тренажеры, чистый зал для растяжки, кондеи, свежо, комфортно и просторно) Система лифтов 3/10(не продуманно, работает через раз) Номера 4/10(кровати жесткие, постельное белье пожелтевшее, половина техники не работает, грязно, насекомые, короче из плюсов-вид из окна, прекрасный тропический душ, и внешний вид комнаты в целом, если не приглядываться) Еда в отеле 5/10(сказали что блюдо не острое, в итоге не смогли есть, и курицу пересушили) Зона для курения 1/10(как место для отщепенцев, видимо, мы должны сказать «спасибо», что она вообще есть. Услуги 2/10(спасибо, за зал и бассейн) Лапша на уши об услугах 10000/10: менеджер сказал, что у нас входит в стоимость номера 1 массаж, мы удивились, но обрадовались. Написали менеджеру, чтобы уточнить работает ли спа-салон и что на счет этой услуги, на что нам пришел вот такой ответ(скрин переписки) Также было написано, что можно заказать завтрак в номер(он не входит, но были готовы его оплатить), и в номере, по центру столешницы, нас встречала вот эта табличка. И снова, написали менеджеру, чтобы заказать, на что снова пришел вот такой ответ(скрин переписки и фотка таблички)😂 P.s. Лично из нашего представления о комфорте за деньги, получается 49/100 баллов А это при условии, что мы не углублялись в такие нормы, как количество полотенец, чистота постельного белья и тд.
- Audrey (6/5): situation géographique de l'hôtel exceptionnel mais le reste peu être amélioré - - la situation géographique de l'appartement était super avec une vue imprenable sur les sommets de Kuala Lumpur et une proximité avec les malls et centres d'intérêts de la Ville. Tout le centre est accessible à pied depuis l'hébergement. Il y a des restaurants à proximité. Les différentes piscines sur le rooftop et au 6ème étage étaient agréables. La taille de l'appartement était assez grande pour 2 personnes et c'était appréciable d'avoir une machine à laver le linge. - le lit était très inconfortable avec un matelas très dure et mériterait d'être remplacé ; - le climatiseur de la chambre faisait du bruit et le joint des toilettes fuyait. On avait l'impression que l'appartement avait été en travaux de rénovation récemment mais que les finitions n'étaient pas terminées. - la cuisine était très peu équipée (pas de micro ondes, toaster, et ustensiles). - le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas car pas connecté aux chaînes locales ; - l'accueil de l'hôte à l'arrivée n'était pas très chaleureux : il fallait payer en cash l'intégralité du séjour + un déposit, il nous a déballé en 5 minute via le transfert d'un message whatsapp les informations sur la chambre sans nous y accompagner. - le manque d'un vrai lobby ; - le ménage n'était pas exceptionnel dans l'appartement à l'arrivée et n'a pas été refait durant notre séjour hormis la distribution de nouvelles bouteilles d'eau et le remplacement de la poubelle.

Facilities are top notch through out the complex, also wifi was very good I booked an apartment with a Petronas Towers view, but was giving a completely different apartment to the one i had reserved on Booking.com i feel this is false advertisement to get more money from the apartment owner as there were cheaper options on booking.com. Only accepting cash as payment was a little annoying as i had to go look for an ATM

- Aleksei (9/5): - Отличное расположение, в самом центре города. Удобные апартаменты на 43-ем этаже с красивым видом. Есть необходимый минимум. В комплексе есть большой бассейн, маленький видовой на крыше, самый простой тренажерный зал. Вторая спальня больше напоминает шкаф, а не комнату. Очень маленькое пространство с крохотным окном.
- Dheeraj (4/5): Kijk even verder - De faciliteiten zijn dik in orde. Het zwembad is leuk en ook de gym. Het zwembad op het dak hebben wij niet bezocht. Je komt aan, krijgt een bericht dat je contact moet zoeken met een bepaald nummer (zonder netnummer). Sla dat nummer maar eens op.. geen whatsapp. Mocht je dat raadsel uitgevogeld hebben dan komt er warrig contact over lobby 1 dan weer 2. Al goed eind goed.. kom kamer binnen. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers.. idioot warm. Airco werkt half, andere airco’s maken een herrie. Je komt met drie gasten,, er is plek voor 2 om te eten. Bestek en servies is onder een brug schoner. Had ik al gezegd dat de badkamers stinken.. gore vlekken her en der. Oké.. ben de beroerdste niet en de bedden waren schoon. Dus na een eigen schoonmaak kom ik tot de conclusie dat je met 1 sleutel dus niks kan daar… stel je partner en kids willen naar het zwembad en jijzelf wil iets anders doen.. succes. Het pand heeft voor alles een sleutel nodig. Zwembad wel leuk! Maar zorg voor op ze minst een wasrek ofzo. Prijs was schappelijk.. verwachtingen waren daardoor bijgesteld maar dit vond ik iets ondermaats. Feedback terug gegeven maar gozer lijkt weinig te begrijpen (lijkt er weinig om te geven ook). Overigens lijkt het alsof alles verhuurd wordt in dit pand door jongens in loafers en handtasjes. Vond het de vibe een beetje killen. Voor al mijn vrienden uit Nederland, boek het niet. Snap die lovende reviews oprecht niet.
