• Siti Zakiah (1/5): Bad condition, poor service & facilties. - The room condition really bad. Dirty bedsheet, dirty sofa, smelly room, no iron, no toiletries, poor facilities & service. I cancel the booking on the day i get the room on 3rd Oct 2025..i paid in full while booking in June 2025. Im asking for refund but still no feedback from them until now. Contact them through booking.com n whatsapp still no reply. Very dissapointed with the service.

• Suszi (1/5): Poor cleanliness makes us uncomfortable staying there. Not recommended. - Close to Jalan TAR We had an awful experience during the one night stay. The studio room was dirty and dusty, clearly not well maintained. There were cockroaches everywhere - under the bed, in the kitchen area, in the toilet and even near the entrance door. The water heater was not functioning, so had to shower with cold water. The toilet also not clean. Also, no iron was provided, only an ironing board. The couch was filthy and overall, the stay was very uncomfortable for all of us. I would not recommend this place.

Can just walk around going to church, Petronas tower, KL tower and just the grocery store just opposite side of the building The room is not properly cleaned. So, dusty specially under sofa and the bed. Lots of small cockroaches . The table of the tv was so dusty. The terrace in our window was so dirty. My wife are the sweeping the entire room when we arrived.
• Fawzia (4/5): Disappointing - Complex is in a good location near Little India Market & across the road from Lulu department store mall Owner did not respond to any msgs prior to my arrival date..I sent numerous msgs on the booking.com app. The tap in the shower was leaking all the time ..water was running & flooding the bathroom floor...eventually had to turn off the water Mains & turn on everytime we needed to open taps. There's an ironing board in the room but no iron..getting an iron was a mission No communication from the owner as to what to do on Check out.

Our stay there was very unpleasant due to the poor service and poor quality of our room we booked for. We experienced the worst hotel room because our bedsheets were not changed for five days, there was rubbish in the balcony, bedsheets smelled so bad, toilet was unclean and unhygienic as the sink was literally hanging on to the wall. This was an absolute waste of our money and would never recommend this hotel to anybody else. We expected our room to be clean when entering after a long day. There was no trolley to take our luggages freely, completely frustrating and irritating.

• Hee (1/5): Scammed - I had thought this was a hotel / service apartment, but the hotel counter informed me that some units have been sold to private owners and the hotel is unable to service me. This is the beginning of the nightmare. The stipulated guy I found verified my booking, brought me to the room and gave me the key, with 3 numbers on it to call for any service or emergency. However when I saw the room was a studio, I wasn't sure if I had booked incorrectly, so I went to check my booking on booking.com. My booking confirmed that I had booked for an apartment that comes with a living room, a separate bedroom, and 3 beds. Instead, it was just a studio room with 2 queen beds. When I called the 3 given numbers, none of them answered. Finally, one picked up and when I told her the problem, she said all the rooms are studio units. When I tried to highlight to her the problem was that they had advertised the room as a one-bedroom apartment, she challenged me to cancel my booking. At first, I tried to make do with it, but the heater was not functioning when one of us bathed. We tried to contact the 3 numbers but none of them replied our messages. No service at all. We contacted booking.com for help but there was not much booking.com did as well. They sent an automated reply that they would check on our problem and respond in 24hrs but there was nothing heard from them. So I cancelled the booking and checked out of this scammer's hellish place on the same night, but the hotel went on to charge me full price for 2 nights.
