• Rzhzrn (5/5): - not much other that strategic location and swimming pool is nice bed sheets are bit smelly as if it was never changed. Entered the studio and it got this musty smell that lingers. Security deposit are hefty. A bit crazy for RM300 security deposit that were never mentioned during booking even paid online. Understand that security deposit is required but RM300 is a lot and stayed at other places that much better also just collect RM100 or RM200.

• Anisul (8/5): Pleased with the building and its facilities. It is located near KLCC - Security and cleanliness of the apartment and building. It was quite and had nearly all kind of facilities needed for a family. The place is quite near to KLCC malls and park (about 3.5 km), just one straight road. It is also located at highly secured area surrounded by many foreign missions and embassies. The location of the building is tourist unfriendly because its right beside the busy highway. There is not even a seven eleven anywhere near the building. The only commute is by either grab/ taxi or own transport facility. There is also no food shops (or hawkers) near the building, everytime we had to use grab to order food, which was a time consuming process and expensive as well.

• Razan (7/5): Nice - the host was very very friendly and flexible regarding check in and check-out. the apartment is perfect for 2 people. i wouldn't recommend more than 2 people to stay here. the whole apartment is one room. you get exactly what you pay for. the swimming pool is nice the apartment is very basic. you need to bring everything with you.

• Matt (7/5): Large, Clean, Modern Simple apartment in a suburb location which is easy to enter the city - This serviced flat was large, and it was clean and modern, easy to find by Grab taxi from the airport. The building felt a little like offices but also apartments with a good view from the top floor where there was a pool and small gym. It was large and clean, and the owner arranged keys and access via WhatsApp. It was sparsely decorated and could do with a sofa, and a better equipped kitchen. The need for a cash deposit was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and for a short trip was a little inconvenient, but returned immediately on checkout.

• Peter (7/5): Good - The place was clean. Aircon was sufficiently cold considering the hot weather when I was there! The location was very centralized... quite near to KLCC. I was asked to provide RM300 deposit to cover for any lost items during my stay - it was not mentioned in their listing. There was no microwave to warm up my cold food. Entertainment was provided by an Android TV box. The internet speeds were so slow that the movie playing via the TV box will buffer every 5 secs. Need more power extension cord.
