• Carmen (5/5): I’ll never recommend it to anyone my age. - Was not what I saw on the advert. Difficult to get to, especially for a 65yr old female at night. My room was at the back where I needed to walk round for almost 5mins to get to. No security to escort me. Had to carry my heavy suitcases up flight of steep stairs. Room had ants crawling in bathroom, kitchen and by windows. Management difficult to get hold of.

• Pearl (2/5): Really horrible value for money. I wish i had gone with another option. - Location is the only redeeming factor. Very unimpressive. The bed was rock hard and the linen was not particularly fresh. The place smelled musty and the bathroom was not very clean. Also the kitchen utilities were insufficient and subpar.

WIFI was excellent and Netflix after work. The bathroom had a bit of a weird smell but not too bad.

I couldn't bath or shower day of check in and check out. Asked to check out an hour late due to the water problem but that wasn't possible. I've got a skin condition that requires me to shower/bath often.. Surely the owner must have known of water cuts in the area. Another episode of our scam of a government ruining people's business

I stay for 4 nights, there was coffee and tea, but no sugar, i received one set of towels for the entire stay, no toilet paper, i need to go out and purchase it my self., I need to inform the landlord of the internet problems, I need to inform the landlord that the electricity meter run low... My stay at the facility was not great at all...
