• Mohamad Suhail (8/5): Best stay for couple and a small group young people - Environment ok. Room ok not too big, not too small. Food can just walk downstair take a look surrounding. Nearby KLCC. 1. If bring older people and children might need to walk from car park to lobby and it's annoy me. 2. There is no Sejadah in the house. 3. Carkpark fee RM15 but not friendly user.

• Ikram (7/5): - The view so awesome. The location near with mart. Easy access to other transportation. Room is enough for a big family. Comfortable with all the facility. Lightning is great in the spot. Got lift to use for 19 level. Host is great, very detail explanation to use the homestay. Deposit fee is transfer shortly after check out. Trusted host. I will repeat for short stay. 👍🌟🌟🌟 The toilet got one so we need to wait patiently for big family use it. No heater but no problem for us since weather also hot why need heater right. Other is just nice for us stay 1 night.

• masu (1/5): تجربه غير موفقه جدا جدا - لا شي اعجبني في هذا المكان كانت تجربه سي جدا وتمنيت انني لم اقم بالحجز في هذا المكان شقة لا تصلح للسكن العائلي لأنها دون المستوي ولقد اخطاءت حين حجزت بها لان الصورة في الموقع تختلف تماما لان الأثاث قديم جدا ومتهالك النت لم يكن مكتوب في الشقة ولا في الرسائل مع من هو قام بايجار الشقة حيث طلبت منه الرقم السري واسم الشبكه لم يتم الاستجابة الا بعد معاناه وبعد ارسال رساله له بانه مكتوب في الموقع النت مجانا بعد ذلك قام بإرسال الرساله لى ولكن للاسف النت جدا سى ليس كما هو في باقي الشقق التى سكنتها ضعيف جدا ويعلق لم يتم توفير لحاف للسرير وتم اضافة فرشه لطفلي لكن متسخة وتسببت التهابات في العيون لأنها غير نظيفة لم يتم ارجاع باقي مبلغ زيادة عن الايجار لعدم توفر صرف تم دفعه لحارس الامن أبلغني بانها عند الخروج يتم ارجاعه لكن للاسف لم يتم ارجاعه وتواصلت مع بوكنج بهذا الموضوع وجاء ردت المالك بانه سوف يقوم برفع شكوي على بسبب انني أبلغت بوكنج بان لى باقي مبلغ عندة المالك غير متعاون جدا ويرغب باختلاق المشاكل حتى لا يتم ارجاع باقي المبلغ كانت تجربة جدا سى وارجوا من رغب في الايجار في هذا المكان الانتباه لهذي الأشياء الحمام ايضا غير صحي ويوجد تسريب مياه من الحمام

• Hussain (8/5): Very good - The view was awesome 👍twin towers very clear from the window. The place easy access to food court & many choices in grab & food panda. The parking access road a bit small which is need to use the same lane to park in & out of the parking..need to be careful as well. The air-conditioning in the room 1810 can't be used because of the technical problem but the owner give a table fan & can use ceiling fan as well. Bed in room besides the toilets need to check properly coz a bit loose

• Chan (3/5): Poor - Place is strategy. The shower hose in the bathroom was leaking and the constant dripping sound at night made it really hard to sleep. On top of that, the toilet bowl was leaking too, which was pretty frustrating. The room itself wasn’t in good shape either — there was moss growing on the wall, the sofa was broken, and only about half the light bulbs were working, so the room felt really dark. Overall, the place needs a serious upgrade and better maintenance. Hopefully, they work on these issues soon because the current condition isn’t worth the price.

Could've provided more utensils for simple cooking in the kitchen eg a small stove. A drinking water dispenser would be nice too.

• Suming (1/5): There's nothing special about this place.. what you see from the picture is far fetch from the reality.. When we fir - Glimpse of twin tower view, which is good. Poor handling,dirty,bed mites,air-conditioning not working, Comforter was not washed. A bit smelly and poor management from owner. The building the building was poorly lit during the evening hour

• Ravi (9/5): Had a wonderful stay with my family at Arina Unity, KL. - Excellent location. Easy access to food stalls, bus and train stations. Owner is very helpful. Instructions are very clear. Closer to the city center. Ideal for a family stay at KL. Water sometimes stuck in the bathroom shower tray. The outlet needs to be cleaned I think. Sofa set has become old, but no problem with still using it.

Water leaking air con and this makes one of the beds and pillows quite wet and so the bed and pillow couldn't be used, water leaking toilet bowl, slightly stuck sink, loosened casing lock and the whole studio is actually quite dusty and dirty. Most importantly, the bad attitude of the host. After I complained about the facilities, not only did we not receive any apologies and he tried to mislead our mistake to our purposely offense.

Authentic KL experience I'd say Some of the plumbing could be better explained and the lack of nets on windows for those wearing hijab was difficult in daytime. Despite being free cancellation until near the time, there is a separate condition of needing to prepay - the first I've ever experienced in a dozen years using booking.com - none of these things are particularly difficult and would be quick wins
