• Hamzah (1/5): I feel frustrated and disappointed that the host’s unreasonable excuse ruined my family trip - N/A I booked a stay at Maxine Suites, but halfway on my way to Kuala Lumpur, the host informed me there was a problem with the unit I had booked. The excuse given was that a tenant from China had taken the keys back with them, which I find very unreasonable—surely the host should have spare keys. This situation caused a big problem for me because I was traveling with my big family. If I was traveling alone, it might not have been as difficult, but I specifically booked an apartment for 9 people. It is not easy to find one apartment that can accommodate so many. Instead of resolving the issue, the host told me to cancel the booking myself. I made it clear that I would not cancel because I genuinely needed the unit. The host said if I canceled, I would get a faster full refund, but if they canceled, it could take up to one and a half months. This is unacceptable. Now I want a full refund since I was not able to stay in the unit I booked. This is the second time I have faced such an issue. I really hope Booking.com monitors hosts more strictly to avoid these problems in the future. I also request Booking.com to contact me directly to ensure I receive a full refund.

• Mohd (10/5): Just nice - All of the room was nice, water heater also function, nice for children, have washing machine & dryer also. View also nice. Overall is nice, easy self check in & out Maybe for clean part, the fridge a little bit dirty as the time we check in.

The host also very nice everytime i ask anything. The key collection & return was very easy. Only the staff was gave me wrong passcode.. lucky the host is very efficient to settle it. i bring my wheelchair dad & the access is very smooth. easy to get food because there is a lot of restaurant nearby. toilet is clean but have some bad smell but not too strong.

They know we dont have option to - Just a common apartment, nothing special The agent change the apartment in the last hours. We booked for Maxine Suite but end up staying in Patelz Residence which far from the city and there is no petronas tower back ground. The agent said, there is a problem with toilet blockage and can’t fix it in the short time. She contacted me when we were in Soekarno Hatta Jakarta airport. You guys should compensate us with refund for this accomodation. I can get cheaper price with this accommodation. Not recommended at all and never recommended to anyone

The host also very helpful and give immediate responses when contacted. The sound proofing is very poor which disturb others everytime someone open or close the door either rooms or bathroom.

• Kelvin (10/5): Friends of 4 - Spacious 4 rooms, fully furnished and a lot of facilities (althought we didnt use them), good security and very nice location. The drinking machine is a bit annoying to operate, you have to share the same faucet with the sink, and not all bed have bed frames.. a lot of the air conditioner remote ran out of battery (had to share them) and room had terrible sound proofing..

• Ahlam (10/5): Enjoyed our stay so much - The apartment was spacious, giving it has 4 rooms. All rooms were clean & tidy & have no weird smell. The facilities in the apartment also very well maintained, all the electronics works great, just the tv works funnily. Swimming pool & playground is very nice & the same level as the apartment which is convenient. The entrance layout & parking lot are kinda like maze. The guards are foreigner so have miscommunications & small inconvenience. But all in all it is a good stay & will definitely come again with large families.

• Sadsail (10/5): Exceptional - The house is big, clean and comfortable and suitable for the price offered. The facilities are also very good and attractive with two pools, one of which is on the top floor. There is a problem when entering to register in front of the guards where the guards are made up of foreigners who cannot speak English or Malay. I suggest that at the front guard station there should be a head guard made up of Malaysians.
