• Rustumally (1/5): The host canceled. I didn't stay. But I was charged by booking.com and I was left stranded - I did not get to stay at this accommodation although I was charged by booking.com .an hour before my check in I called the host to find out where I could fetch the keys and the host said the place was already booked out to someone else. I was left stranded in a different city from my home and it was the most terrible and terrifying experience. The host was not sorry or bothered that i had no place to stay and that I was charged That I was charged by booking.com and I didn't have a place to stay
• Mxolisi (1/5): Bad reception and very dirty property - The property was dirty, and there were cockroaches moving around the place. It was smelling with used tissue on the couch. The pictures are misleading, and the furniture is far off from the photos. I did not check in, I had to book myself elsewhere. The host could not come give me keys but sent someone instead after she was very rude and told me I think I'm special. Reception and security also mentioned I am not the first guest to cancel the booking due to bad reception by the host and hygiene.

• Thabani (1/5): An extremely horrible experience - was not pleased at all. very disaponted 1. Bedding very bad and not clean. 2. There was no water n the unit. so i could not refresh the next day. 3. Also could not flush my toilet...
• Frengy (1/5): Not going back - Nothing 1. Cockroaches everywhere, big and small 2. Not clean. The stove, microwave, floor, etc looks like doesn't get cleaned. I had to buy my own blanket, plate and glass cause I was even afraid to touch the things there. The towels are stained and off-white. I could only use them as bathroom carpets cause they didn't have that. 3. The couch has this stains that you can't understand. The couch also has cigarette burns. Not sure why the owner thinks anyone will sit there. I never sat on that couch. 4. I stayed for 5 nights and for 4 days, I went to work dirty cause there was no water in the morning. You can't even bath in the basin cause there are no props. On the second day, I started to understand why they have water stored in 5l containers. 4 5. Host refused to give me my money back to find another place. There is a reason why they have no refund policy on cancelation. Host told me the water issue is not her problem. 5. It was the cheapest place but not worth it. Don't waste your money.

• Kimberly (5/5): Terrible - The place is really nice and the shopping center is quite convenient because it’s just if you work from there and there’s good security The room was filled with bedbugs, like it got very expensive because I got bitten the person I was with also got bitten, and we ended up having caring some of the bedbugs with us so I had to burn most of the things that I had which became very expensive for me cause I also had to go for treatment

• Marazane (4/5): Disappointing - The beds were clean and extremely comfortable. I made 2 separate bookings and without me even asking, our two bookings were combined so we didn't have to move. The security staff was amazing and we felt incredibly safe. The rosebank mall and the Gautrain station is within safe walking distance and an Uber driver is always available within seconds The TV was full of dirty marks, there were quite a few cockroaches and the cutting board smelled strongly of onions. The cupboards and the flat smelled like old cigarettes and there was no cutlery to eat with. There was no coffee and the tea was old. The sugar container had old caked on sugar stuck to the bottom. The bathroom also did not have any toilet paper.

• Noxolo (1/5): uncomfortable - I had to stay because I had no where to go blanket dirty, cigarette smell all over from day one,couch smelly, one side of bed totally not in a good condition. Fridge freezer dirty and no space to store things.
