SIMONETTA (7/5): SOTTO LE ASPETTATIVE CI ASPETTAVAMO DI MEGLIO - la posizione non era proprio centralissima ma d'altronde Kuala Lumpur e' piuttosto estesa. La piscina piccola ma carina, il piano colazioni bello ma colazione scarsa e troppo cara La pulizia della camera lasciava a desiderare e la vista vetrata dava su un' edificio fatiscente. La proprietà dell'appartamento non rispondeva al telefono e non era reperibile, volevamo cambiare camera ma non c'era nessuno con cui parlare. Nostro figlio dormiva in un divano letto ma non avevano neppure messo le coperte e lenzuola.
Pilar (1/5): Poco control - Calidad precio Tuvimos la mala pata de tener unos vecinos que la primera noche llegaron a las 4:30 y estuvieron de charla hasta las 6. A la mañana nos quejamos en recepción y nos dijeron que hablarían con ellos. La segunda noche, llegaron a las 4:30 y no pararon de cachondeo hasta las 7h. Al salir de la habitación olía un montón a tabaco… Creo que los dueños se deberían de preocupar y vigilar para que personas así no tengan este comportamiento.

На крыше красивые сады и эффектный, инстаграмный бассейн с отличными видами на город. Расположение удачное, практически в центре Куала-Лумпура, удобно добираться до основных точек и просто гулять. Отель полностью соответствует фотографиям, ожидания совпали с реальностью — Существенных минусов не обнаружили. — Замечаний нет, всё понравилось.

Lasse Møller (5/5): Meget dejligt sted. Desværre for meget larm. - Rigtig god placering i forhold til seværdigheder. Udsigten fra lejligheden var fremragende. Faciliteterne var meget gode både med pool, mini garden og træning. Der var alt for meget larm, så vi havde svært ved at sove. Vi kunne høre alt på gangen, overboen og naboen som så fjernsyn langt ud på natten.

Oihane (10/5): Merece la pena - La relación calidad precio está muy bien. En una muy buena ubicación para poder ir andando en unos 20 minutos a los puntos turísticos de alrededor. Para desayunar, comer o cenar hay que ir a zonas más turísticas porque por esa zona no hay nada. La ducha del baño al no tener mampara moja todo.

Al llegar a la habitación, ya se veían diferentes desperfectos (una puerta de la cocina rota, humedades, decoración rota y ubicada de tal manera para disimular que estaba rota...) La cama, solo sentarnos, se rompió. Nos dieron respuesta muy rápidamente, pero la solución fue quitarle las patas a la cama. Debajo la cama, había mucha suciedad. El personal lo vio y tuvimos que pedirles expresamente que vinieran a limpiar.

There is a water dispenser in the room so you don't have to buy bottled water. Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors next door as if they were in your room.

Lucia (10/5): Exceptional - The pool is the main thing in this building. The bar at the rooftop even though is expensive, it’s nice to enjoy a drink/snack with those views. The suite was very clean and exactly as the photos. The lift is really a thing. 4 lifts for the entire building is not enough. After 5pm you have to be really lucky to be able to get a towel for the pool, and there are only 5 deck chairs. Would be nice an extra towel for the floor as the shower in the bathroom leaves everything entirely wet.

Been travelling for 3 months and this was the first time we had to wait until the time turned to 15:00. THE LIFTS - at times we waited more than 8 minutes to get a lift, and was actually very irritating.

There’s a dog across the road at the church that barked all night and woke us up constantly (5 night stay) and we’d requested a quiet room. Pillows were all too large / thick with a super firm mattress which didn’t suit either of us and no option to switch apparently. Listing says it has housekeeping but when we asked we were told that was only for 7 night stays.

Yoke (9/5): Fabulous experience except the staff (a bit lay-off)… - The spectacular view of KL city The staff need to take more initiative in providing great services, eg towel should have provided at reception 24/7, so that ppl won’t have to request at reception & waited to get it deliver to their room. Also, there was no slipper, no bathrobe & no phone provided in the room. These need to improve, thanks

Andrew (4/5): Extremely disappointing - Check-in process was rather straight forward and host was quick to reply. Firstly, the room manager needs to get a new cleaner or fix the cleaning service within the hotel. The room was an utter disappointment. 1) There were dry pee stains from the previous guests on the toilet seat. 2) The shower has chemical stains on the floor 3) Anywhere you looked, you could find fingerprints all over every single item. It likely meant nothing had been wiped down properly. 4) The floor had mop stains all over the floorboards. 5) There were toothpaste marks from the previous guests in the basin of the bathroom. 6) The pillows were the most uncomfortable we have experienced in 5 months of travel. 7) The bed sheets felt like you were getting bitten (it was the feeling from the sheets, not actual bugs) Overall, for the price we paid; expected a lot higher quality. The host offered us ‘free’ housekeeping, but we opted to check out a day earlier and head to another hotel. It’s not the hosts' fault, as I mentioned, though it was still extremely disappointing the room was in such a disgraceful state. Finally, the overall hotel idea was okay. But, it was extremely busy. The pool was overrun with screaming kids and you are constantly waiting for a lift sometimes 10 minutes depending on what floor you are on.

Rebekah (10/5): Wee oasis in a busy city. - I loved the Ceylon Suites. It was in the perfect location. Easy to get to most attractions in KL. The view from our room was spectacular and the pool just WOW. I was travelling with my 7 year old son and he just loves our stay here. No complaints we had an amazing stay.

Maroua23 (7/5): Good - Overall was a good time there , stuffs were friendly (except the one helped for the check in first night was so rude and not helpful at all) , facilities are good, amazing view from the pool and perfect place to chill for a quick staycation! However, there was no phone in the room , I was not able to call room service for cleaning even though I payed for cleaning service + I had to put the thrush outside the room but no one remove it for the whole day , so this was a bit inconvenient
Anu (9/5): On the whole a nice experience with a lovely view from the window. - Didn't have breakfast at the cafe as they said it was served till 10.30 We were late for that. Early morning the housekeeping staff cleaning the adjoining room made a lot of noise and were talking loudly which woke us up.
