Enough shower gels, big bath. 2 toilets were also nice. We didnt get any towels in the biggening and it took them a day and a half to get them to us which was a bit inconvenient since we couldnt take any showers or visit the pool. The Tv in the room should have been stuck to the wall since the angle is impossible to watch. The toilet in the main washroom was broken couldnt sit on it properly.

- FATEMEH (3/5): Don’t be fooled by their photos !!! - No breakfast Was close to Twin towers and monorail I wrote a request when was booking this property that please only book this room if it has a view and they did accept and the room didn’t have the view of the city. In fact it was facing other apartments and the cemetery!!! There was a lot of noise from outside every day. The furniture was stained. The unit was stinky every time we came back from outside!! They could have canceled the booking when they saw my request but were so greedy and didn’t. They ruined my holiday while I could book a cheaper property with the city view.
- Nico Antonio (5/5): Cockroaches & bug spray - Almost everything was perfect. Would give this place a 10 out of 10 if there were no cockroach infestation. COCKROACHES were inside the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen (where the plates, glasses, and utensils are stored), in the kitchen counter, the kitchen and bathroom sink, the bathroom floor, and inisde the desk drawer. They offered to spray the room with bug spray for me which was nice of them, but I had to leave the room so I wont inhale any of the chemicals. And they washed the plates and cups again as instructed. But they missed the utensils drawer so they had to come back up and spray it again while I'm inside the room!! But one day later, the COCKROACHES are back! I complained again and their response was they will give me a bottle of bug spray for me to use!! They didn't even offer to transfer me to another room. They just told me that they will do pest control AFTER my stay. And I can use the bug spray myself for now. So, even though the place was really nice, it felt disgusting and uncomfortable to stay in. Sadly I wasn't able to use the kitchen because of the cockroach infestation.

The place was clean and spacious. The fridge and tabletop were clean, and the toilet and bathtub were also well maintained. The TV in the living room wasn’t functioning, but the TV in the bedroom worked fine. The WiFi was good. Overall, I would definitely come again. 1. Can’t change the temperature of the aircond.

The water heater didn't work properly but CoBNB customer service is always there to assist. Quite confused with the small working room in the middle of the living room. It's like an unutilised space since I come for leisure and not business purpose. But I really don't mind.
- Johanna (1/5): A FUIR - La vue Premièrement c’est à vous de les contacter sur Whatsapp pour avoir les informations relatives au Check-in car eux ne prendront pas la peine d’entrer en contact avec vous. Il n’y a personne physiquement dans le bâtiment, tout se fait pas téléphone. La climatisation dans le salon ne fonctionnait pas. Il y faisait plus de 26 degrés. C’était déjà inadmissible car je ne peux pas croire que le personnel de nettoyage fasse le ménage dans la chaleur sans allumer la climatisation. Ils ont forcément constater que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais ils ont décidé de fermer les yeux sur lendemain problème. Je les ai donc contacté sur whatsapp, ils m’ont dit que le réparateur ne pourrait revenir que le lendemain seulement. Ils m’ont demandé à quelle heure je souhaitais qu’il vienne j’ai répondu 11h, au final il n’ est arrivé à 13h30 après que j’ai dû insister plusieurs fois. Même si leur comportement et leur gestion n’était pas correct, je me suis dit qu’un problème peut arriver de temps en temps. Comme l’appartement était propre et grand j’ai donc refais une réservation avec eux (CoBnb et même immeuble) lorsque je suis revenue à Kuala Lumpur 2 semaines plus tard. Cette fois-ci, l’horreur. J’ai été logée dans un autre appartement en très mauvaise condition (et j’ai dû en plus payer 200 RM de deposit). Tout le mobilier est abîmé que ça soit dans la cuisine, la chambre, le dressing, la salle de bain. Mais le plus grave c’est que la serrure de la porte est cassée, impossible de la verrouiller donc en fait on ne peut jamais fermer la porte à clef ce qui est quand même un énorme problème de sécurité, je ne suis même pas sûre que ça soit légal de louer un appartement donc la porte ne peut pas se verrouiller. Il n’y avait pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain et l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché. Comment est ce que le personnel de ménage ne s’est pas rendu compte de cela en faisait le ménage ?

It has most amenities available, including a swimming pool and gym (which we couldn’t take a look at). The room was underwhelming. The room looked way smaller than the pictures. The structure of the room was also different. We also were facing issues with the plumbing of the washroom. Additionally, the property also doesn’t have extra mattresses so please keep that in mind if you’re planning to invite knowns/friends.

It’s super convenient for dining and shopping, and getting to the airport is easy as well. I love everything about this place, and I will stay here every time I come to KL! - Jade (9/5): - Beautiful apartment. Extremely spacious and modern. Aircons, nice view of the city, really comfortable bed, big spacious room and bathroom. Walk in closet. Location also very central and close to some great restaurants and markets. Probably the best accommodation I stayed in during my visit to KL. Would be happy to stay here for a full month! The booking process on bookings.com is not fully transparent with regards to pricing early enough in the booking process. The accommodation appears to be very well priced, however, once you select your room and proceed with the booking process, there is an additional charge for cleaning fee (about 30% of the total price added). Watch out for this. Still good value for this accommodation but found was not impressed with pricing transparency during booking process.

- NUR BALQIS HANUM (1/5): I hope CoBNB will resolve this air conditioning issue. - I really appreciated how easy it was to collect the keys, along with the comfortable room and the excellent facilities provided, which made my stay very enjoyable. This was my third stay at 188 Suites KLCC, but unfortunately this time was disappointing as the air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom was not working, and despite informing CoBNB, I was told it had been broken for a long time with no action taken, while also being given unreasonable explanations blaming other guests; although maintenance was arranged, they could only come the next day when I was already checking out, and the alternative unit offered at Trion KL was much smaller and did not meet my expectations.

- Nicholas (9/5): First Rate With Annoying AC - This apartment was an absolute steal for us, and I can't complain about the value for money. It's in the same area as we normally stay, and it's a short walk to KLCC and not much more to Pavilion or Intramark. The building has a cafe and a shop (though the building next door has better shops), and the pool and gym are awesome and included in the price. The building is lovely and the apartment itself is nicely furnished, with excellent ameneties (the SMEG fridge was a particular highlight). Only one thing - there were serious issues with the AC for the last 4 days, and they were still trying to fix it after we left. They did provide a late check-out for the inconvenience, though, which was nice.

But general maintenance would need to step up to maintain working conditions for lights, switches, taps, etc. in good working order. Located in good area, having easy access to Monorail station to travel and visit other parts of KL. Access to a restaurant, a convenience store and a café in the same building elevates the facilities available during our stay.

The lock for the bathroom in the room was broken, so was the washer and the cabinet door. We asked for the person to fix the bathroom lock but unfortunately the service was unavailable. Other than that, the chair also needs proper cleaning (pic attached).. a little bit of maintenance wont hurt 😅

In bucatarie foarte putine tacamuri, farfurii. Nu exista sare, cafea, ceai, o sticla de apa. La baie nu exista prosop pentru maini - ne-am cumparat noi prosop pentru maini, nu exista sapun de maini. Dupa o saptamana cand a venit baiatul la curatenie am vazut ca mopul cu care a sters pe jos l-a spalat in chiveta de la bucatarie si nu a avut de gand sa desinfecteze chiuveta pana cand nu i-am cerut noi, doamne fereste ce se intampla cand nu esti prezent ! Pacat de matimea apartdmentului, se vede ca nu s-a pus putin suflet este doar interes pentru bani. Cateva mici si ieftine detalii puteau face diferenta……!!

- Adam Wuei Cherng (5/5): - city view, the bed was comfortable, the washing machine was nice, the room was very spacious. the location was good, you can walk to the MRT(train station) in a few minutes and catch it to the main malls and centre. the room was not properly cleaned, it seemed like it was not used for a long time and they didn't bother to clean it for check in. the floors were really dirty/dusty, my socks were totally ruined and feet were grey/black after walking around the apartment. no slippers were provided. if you want to stay here, slippers are a must. there was something sticky on the kitchen floor, the bathroom counters were not cleaned properly. the room needs serious maintenance. i'm not even sure if the bathroom floor mat was cleaned properly. the city view included a graveyard and construction zone the TV was very slow, pretty much unusable

- Indira (4/5): Это был обман и развод бронируешь одно а получаешь совсем другое - Спокойное расположение Дали совсем другой номер, не тот который я бронировала. Я бронировала 1700м с гостиной большой и двумя спальнями. А они мне дали не понятно что. Фотографии не соответствуют действительности совсем. Меня просто обманули, у меня брат пришел и сказал что мы бронировали другой номер а не этот. У меня есть фото видео и переписка с агентом. До агента не возможно достучаться. Повторяет одно и тоже, включил дурака. Еще больше испортилось впечатление от нервов.
- Catherine (6/5): - The location was good, quite central. The space itself was quite nice, very spacious and furnishings were nice. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. There was a lack of hygiene products, for example no hand soap or tissue paper. There is a washing machine however there was no laundry powder/liquid provided so we had to buy our own. We also found a small dried bloodstain on our blanket.
- ABDULLAH (7/5): - الشقه واسعه وكبيره و نفس المبنى موجود هايبرماركت ومطعم محطه المترو قريب من الشقه وممكن اخذ الميترو الى شارع العرب يبعد من شارع العرب حوالي 15 دقيقه سياره عدم وجود اي موظف تابع للشقق استلام وتسليم ذاتي لا توجد خدمه التنظيف او مساعده للنزلاء
