NOR AZLIN (7/5): not suitable for family and baby - Hard to find the parking lot and guard cannot understand the comunication. Need to walk and find the entry door and weak instructions. No need video just capture the parking lot and the entry area because the video online how to find the parking area not the parking lot.waste time. Also key door difficult to use and lift card only one but visitor park and cstmer park in difference area, so need to reach other family to go up.

Plus Plus point able to fulfill my extra mattress requests without any sweats. Cute property and suitable good for small family stay. The key collection method and parking lot slightly confusing but then should be no more issues since we understand the procedure.

Waited more than half an hours to find the way to Moka to register check in. 2nd get the key they said follow the pdf. The pdf just shown the way down to car park until B2 just a picture J. We are lost round and round. Called them telling me the same thing look for guard. Found guard, he just pointed the direction. At that direction, looking for the B2-156. We was searching for the car park number at the floor. We saw from 140-155 and 157-400 and so on but can’t find 156. Called they again asked me to look for guard. Wasted 1 hour again! In the end I asked the guard to search for us and he found. What a bad experienced. Parking
