Edificação de 5 andares, limpa e bem cuidada. Dispõe de estacionamento descoberto, porém privativo e gratuito em frente ao prédio. Seus ambientes, sala, cozinha, banheiro e 2 quartos são muito bons. Os quartos têm tamanho mediano, boa decoração, camas casal, bons colchões, mesinhas laterais com abajour, armário para roupas e TV flat. Um dos quartos disponibiliza computador desktop. A cozinha é nova e dispões de alguns eletrodomésticos. Só existe ar condicionado na sala. O banheiro tem bom tamanho, moderno, sem bancada, pia, vaso sanitário e chuveiro. Não há café da manhã, apenas alguns biscoitos, café e leite em pó. Recomendo a instalação de tomadas nas laterais das camas.
