El lugar a 1 cuadra del río, con plazas super cuidadas y rodeada de flores, mucho verde, automovilistas que ni bien bajas a la calle frenan 10/10 ¡instalaciones completisimas! Hay lavarropas una heladera con congelador cocina, pava eléctrica, patiecito trasero para mates o cervecita Fría. Baño y ropa de cama completa jabón y shampoo y acondicionador un lujito. Aire acondicionado en todos los espacios 10/10

- celia (7/5): - El departamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar la noche. La cama matrimonial eran 2 camas de una plaza unidad por las sábanas. Un poco incómodo.
- Maddy (1/5): Unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful experience - The space was appropriate based on the description, it's just a shame how the host treats their visitors. The host demanded cash payment at a higher rate than the booked price. We explained we didn’t have cash but could transfer the agreed booking amount, which she accepted. However, she then messaged and called repeatedly, demanding payment until 11:40 pm while we were asleep. We transferred the money early the next morning as agreed and sent screenshots confirming the payment. As it was a weekend, the funds cleared on Monday — we informed her of this. Despite that, she continued to harass us and immediately escalated to threatening that we would be “followed for fraud.” We sent further proof showing that her bank had the funds already and only after she finally called them did she stop messaging us so persistently. This was a very disappointing stay. The booking did not state “cash only,” and we acted in good faith with calm communication throughout, which was not reciprocated. The situation did not need to escalate the way it did.

- Federico (6/5): - El departamento está bien ubicado en relación al centro y bien acondicionado para la estadía Lamentablemente enfrente del edificio hay un club que hace fiestas con la música a todo volumen. Al lado hay un negocio cuya alarma sonó varias veces en la noche. No pudimos dormir bien. Mi sugerencia es insonorizar el departamento con placas o DVH.

No tiene ascensor y si estás un un piso alto(igual tiene solo 2 pisos creo) y queres subir una valijota grande como la nuestra se complica , pero nada grave

Hay Kioscos, verduleria y estación de servio a la vuelta. El dpto tuvo un problema eléctrico, pero nos cambiaron a otro en cuestiónde minutos, (fimos a otro dpto pero en el mismo edificio ) si bien se escapa eso a ellos, pero lo solucionaron bien

- Mendoza (9/5): Precio y calidad en gran equilibrio - La limpieza del lugar, la calidez de la atención de los anfitriones. Si bien no está tan cerca del centro para ir caminando, la ubicación es muy buena. Hay estación de servicio a la vuelta, cafés y una panadería muy buena. Se siente muy seguro el barrio y el departamento. Está frente a un club y una de las noches hubo un cumpleaños de 15 y a la hora de la salida de la fiesta el ruido era muy molesto. Pero no depende del alojamiento, ya que los cumpleaños y fiestas son ocasionales.
