• Robert Espey (3/5): Sehr enttäuschend. - Das Apartment hat erhebliche Mängel: Die Duschtür ist nur zur Hälfte vorhanden, sodass das Bad beim Duschen nass wird. Die Veluxfenster lassen sich nicht richtig schließen, was zu Lärm in der Nacht führt. Zudem ist der Schließmechanismus nur mit einer Leiter erreichbar. Die Wasserhähne sind stark verkalkt und spritzen in alle Richtungen. Eine Lampe im Flur flackert stark, weshalb wir das Licht ausgeschaltet lassen. Bei einem Nachttisch ist die Schubladenfront abgefallen. Die Deckenlampe im Bad ist defekt. Am Badregal fehlt ein Bein. Bei einem Bett fällt das Kopfteil ab. Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Die vier Wohnzimmersessel sind stark verschmutzt und beschädigt. Die Küchenstühle sind instabil. Die gesamte Wohnung, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer, riecht stark nach Zigarettenrauch, obwohl das Rauchen in der Wohnung untersagt ist. Wie wir den Rezensionen entnehmen konnten, sind einige dieser Mängel bereits seit langem bekannt, ohne dass eine Behebung erfolgt ist. Das Apartment liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße.

• Klaus (6/5): The negative points are all easily fixable. Would book again. - Good location, good facilities. No breakfast bowls, missing glasses and plates for a family of four. Living room chairs are worn out, extremely uncomfortable and steel frame had to be reassambled on two of them. Lingering smell of cigarette smoke.
• Finch (6/5): Okay - Clean and functional Beds comfortable Bathroom good size etc. Location excellent for visiting family IKEA style chairs (4 in living room) uncomfortable and worn. They are sunken with wear. 70 year old could not get up from their low slung position. You need a comfortable and relaxing sofa. Would put us off revisiting what is else a good property. TV did not work - followed printed instructions but just said there was no signal. You need to simplify its use. External building door buzzer did not work. If deliberate then you need to provide a second key please. The kitchen table screwed to cooker unit was unusual.
