- orell (1/5): SI QUERES PASALA MAL ANDA A LAS PALMAS DEPARTAMENTO - Pasamos una noche ,el bidet del baño no tenía las llaves para poder hacer uso del mismo ,la heladera esta llena de hongos ,a la mañana siguiente no había agua ...el dueño o encargado se excusó que algún husped dejó mal apretado el boton del inodoro lo que causó el vaciamiento del tanque de agua . Sufrí mal trato por parte de este sr y lo pongo en minúscula por que le fslta mucho para ser un SEÑOR , Nos dijo que la cupa era nuestra por no avisar lo de las llaves del bidet y de la mugre de la heladería. YNO ENTIENDO COMO BOOKIN LE ASIGNA LA PUNTUACION QUE TIENE A SEMEJANTE MUGRE!!!! TODO

Lástima que no estaba disponible al 100% porque 1 hora al día la alquilan para natación. La sra. Anfitriona es amable y gentil, nada que ver con el marido. MUY PERO MUY PRECARIAS LAS INSTALACIONES. NO SE FÍEN DE LAS FOTOS. LAS ALMOHADAS CON PELOTITAS Y SÁBANAS MANCHADAS Y PURO POLIESTER. EL ÚNICO BAÑO QUE OFRECE EL DPTO. SE ENCUENTRA ADENTRO DEL DORMITORIO (ASÍ QUE LOS QUE DUERMAN AHÍ, SE LAS REGALO), PERO LA HUMEDAD QUE SE GENERA ES LO PEOR. ADEMÁS, INODORO QUEBRADO Y MUEBLES HINCHADOS Y CARCOMIDOS DE LA HUMEDAD. UTENSILIOS, PAVA Y OLLAS OXIDADOS, DEL AÑO MIL ANTES DE CRISTO. NO TENÍAMOS CÓMO ENCENDER LA "COCINA", CON FÓSFOROS HÚMEDOS Y VIEJOS. MI HERMANA SE GOLPEÓ MUY FEO AL BAJAR DE LA CUCHETA PORQUE ES ALTA Y NO TIENE NI UNA ESCALERITA O ALGO PARA SUBIR Y BAJAR CON CUIDADO. EL QUINCHO, LA SALA DE LECTURA Y LA SALA DE PING PONG TODO MUY DESCUIDADO, SIN MANTENIMIENTO. LAS INSTALACIONES Y ASCENSOR CON MUCHO OLOR A PERRO MOJADO. DORMIMOS 1 NOCHE DEL TERROR, CON UN CALOR INSOPORTABLE, NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y TENÉS QUE SUFRIR PARA QUE TE DEN OTRO VENTILADOR. NO HUBO REEMBOLSO NI BUENA PREDISPOSICIÓN DE PARTE DEL DUEÑO ANTE NUESTRAS INCOMODIDADES. SOPORTAMOS 1 NOCHE SIN DORMIR Y EL DUEÑO NOS COBRÓ LAS 6 NOCHES. DSP MINTIERON EN BOOKING DICIENDO QUE NUNCA NOS ALOJAMOS PARA QUE NO PUDIÉRAMOS COMENTAR SOBRE LO SUCEDIDO (AUNQUE LO NIEGUEN).

- Marisol Carina (4/5): - Nada A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento. Abrías la canilla del baño y hacía un ruido bàrbaro. El lavamos se llenaba de agua y te mojabas todo. Se escuchaba todo lo de las demas habitaciones. No es como se muestra en las fotos

- johana (9/5): Solo se recomienda mejorar la ventilación. - La atención por parte de la administración es muy buena, son muy amables, está muy bien ubicada, buena limpieza y la piscina está buena pero es un poco pequeña. Son departamentos pequeños y si es para más de tres personas deberían de tener al menos dos ventiladores, solo tienen uno y no es sficiente para que todos esten frescos.

- Gamarra Morel (7/5): Familiar - Muy buena opción para ir en familia y con mascotas. La atención también super buena! Esto es subejivo pero importante para mi. Mejoraria los colchones, eran demasiado blandos y las sabanas eran de poliester (ya para un recambio), no pude descansar bien porque que te hundis en el colchon y las sabanas te hacen transpirar. Particularmente no suelo desayunar, pero mi novia que sí, destaca que podria mejorar el desayuno seco.

- Ariel (7/5): - Me habian designado una cochera y cuando ingrese el auto por la noche estaba ocupado por otra persona. Nadie me notifico nada, al sacar el auto se rayo un poco el paragolpe porque habia una maquina vieja que complicaba la salida y no se visualizaba en la noche, deberian despejar y mantener bien la entrada y salida de vehiculos.
