Samuel (6/5): Good apartment, poor reception - + Good location + Very good apartment overall (enough space, good beds and furniture) - Unfriendly host, poor reception experience (have to get the keys far away, unkind, unwilling to help) - Only one key given for the whole apartment (oh come on!), requests for more not considered - Some defaults in the apartment (ventilation, windows not working, moisture, broken light) - Paperwork to fill for obscure "guest cards" not given - Mandatory yet overflowing garbage containers
