• Ilse (1/5): Zeer slechte ervaring! Vies appartement en beloofde terugbetaling komt niet - De locatie We hadden het appartement van Salt & Pepper geboekt, maar bij aankomst troffen we een smerige en duidelijk niet schoongemaakte accommodatie. Vieze handdoeken lagen in vochtige hopen op de vloer of hingen gebruikt aan haakjes. De bedden zaten onder de haren, bloed- en andere vlekken. In het bed in de woonkamer lagen kruimels en haren. De badkamer was ronduit onhygiënisch: lange zwarte haren op de vloer en in de wastafel en vieze vlekken in het toilet en op de bril. De koelkast was vies, en op het aanrecht lagen gebruikte vaatdoekjes. We kwamen pas laat aan en de eigenaar was onbereikbaar. Omdat we geen andere optie zagen, zijn we noodgedwongen gebleven. Met een hoeslaken en dekbedovertrek die ik voor de zekerheid mee had genomen, probeerden we het minst vieze bed nog enigszins bruikbaar te maken. Ook dit matras bleek doorgezakt en besmeurd. We hebben met vier personen in een 160 cm bed moeten slapen. Pas diep in de nacht reageerde de eigenaar met de mededeling dat hij gemist had dat we zouden komen. De volgende ochtend is in overleg besloten dat wij elders onderdak zouden zoeken. Hij bevestigde per WhatsApp dat hij het volledige bedrag zou terugbetalen. Tot op heden hebben we niets ontvangen. De eigenaar reageert nergens meer op. Ook niet op Booking.com. We zitten nu met dubbele verblijfskosten en het kostte ons veel tijd en stress om tijdens de vakantie nieuw onderdak te vinden én achter deze man aan te zitten. Daarnaast is het goed om te weten dat de slaapkamer én de buitenruimte zich een niveau onder straatniveau bevinden. De gordijnen zijn niet lang genoeg om het gehele raam te bedekken, waardoor voorbijgangers vanaf de stoep zo naar binnen kunnen kijken. Zelfs rechtstreeks het bed in. Laat je niet misleiden door de positieve recensies. De eigenaar is onbetrouwbaar, handelt onprofessioneel en komt afspraken niet na. Het appartement is bovendien onveilig voor kinderen.

• Tanja (10/5): Active holiday - The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The owner is very attentive to travellers and the apartment has everything from spices, tea, coffee, jam, honey, oil, vinegar. With the same attention all the utensils for personal hygiene are taken care of. In the village there is a tavern, a post office and a small shop. A fitness room and a sauna are available in the block. The block is located on the way to the Badkleinkircheim and Turracher hoche ski slopes. The arrival time is quite late 4pm. You cannot reallly go for an afternoon walk in the village; it's next to the road; there are no paths or trails around the village.

• Brigitta (10/5): Otthonos szállás - Nagyon tetszett minden a szálláson. Könnyen megközelíthető, parkoló a ház előtt es mellett, Turracher csak 10 perc kocsival. Gyönyörűen berendezett, nagyon otthonos. A felső szinten nappali, konyha, mosdó, az alsó szinten hálószoba francia ággyal, fürdősarok tusolóval, wc, kültéri pihenősarok. A vendéglátó nagyon figyelmes, folyamatosan tájékoztatott mindenről. Az apartmanházban található, gym, szauna, sítároló bakancsszárítóval. Én keményebb ágyon szeretk aludni.
• Jovana (10/5): Winter home - The apartment is very coasy, clean and well equiped - from kitchenware and spices to bord games. The heating is very good, the beds are comfortable. It feels like a perfect winter sanctuary. The host was lovely, he gave us precise instructions, and good recomendations about ski centers (Bad Kleinkirchheim and Turracher höhe) only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Our boys loved the gym, and we enjoyed sauna, especially after skiing day. We liked everything about the apartment.

Perfect location to Bad Kleinkirchheim and Turracher Höhe as well, both ski areas can be reached within 10 min by car. Helpful owner, communication was smooth and easy. Everything was fine.

• Ágnes (10/5): Otthonos, kedves szállás, jó elhelyezkedéssel - A szállás nagyon kedves, otthonosan berendezett, a konyha nagyon jól felszerelt volt (rengeteg apróság, mint pl. tea filter, cukor, méz, fűszerek, stb. volt kikészítve és rengeteg edény, tányér, evőeszköz, pohár, kancsó, stb. is a rendelkezésünkre állt). A fürdő nagyon pazar, az ágy kényelmes és a hálóból nyiló kis kiülős rész is szuper volt, bár mi már kicsit hűvösebb időben érkeztünk (szeptember vége), úgy hogy azt csak egyszer használtuk. A fűtést magunknak tudtunk állítani, de ha valaki fázós, rengeteg plusz pléd és takaró volt a szobákban. A szállásadó az érkezésünk napján részletes téjákoztatást küldött, hogy hogy tudunk bejutni az apartmanba, így azzal sem volt semmi probléma. A környéken rengeteg kirándulóhely van (könnyebb és nehezebb túrák egyaránt), a szállástól pár méterre pedig bolt, benzinkút és étterem is található.

• Radoslava (10/5): Best accommodation ever, thank you, we loved it <3 - Ubytování bylo naprosto skvělé a předčilo naše očekávání, vybaveno vším možným až nadstandardně (spoustu druhů čaje, marmelád, jiných nápojů, koření, oleje, několik druhů kávovarů včetně kapslí, mleté kávy, filtru a 2 velikosti mokka konviček, nádobí a dalších věcí do kuchyně, mýdla, krémů na ruce, sprchového gelu a ručníku) a moc to potěšilo a zlepšilo náladu. Pokud rádi hrajete společenské hry, i ty byly k dispozici. A posezení venku ve vbudovaném patře bylo prostě úchvatné. My tam byly v létě, takže snídani jsme si vždy vychutnaly tam, ale je to připraveno i na zimní období, připravené deky, svíčky, kožešiny na sezení ...prostě WOW. A že je v areálu sauna a posilovna? To je jenom třešnička na dortu. Dáváme 10b z 10ti a zasloužilo by si tech bodů i 15 kdyby to bylo možné :) Děkujeme (y)

• Sergii (10/5): Die Wohnung ist einfach magisch! - Die Wohnung ist einfach magisch. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Design ist auf höchstem Niveau. Wir wollten einfach nur hier bleiben und leben. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Seen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Bewertung 12 von 10!!
• Krista (10/5): Wunderschönes Appartement - Ein sehr schönes Appartment auf 2 Ebenen mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Sehr stimmig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nette kleine Terrasse im Souterrain auch diese sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und dekoriert. Überall Kerzen und hübsche Dekoration. Großes Bad, WC und Schlafzimmer im Souterrain, 2. WC, Küche und Wohnzimmer im oberen Bereich. Hochwertige Holzböden und Holztreppe. Gutes Bett, tolle und ausreichend Handtücher. Schönes Geschirr und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Toaster, Mikrowelle, Eierkocher, Milchaufschäumer... Nette Überraschung im Kühlschrank, Prosecco und Wein. Kaffee, Teesorten, Honig, Marmeladen, Gewürze. Es fehlt nichts. Sauberes, ruhiges Appartementhaus mit Sauna, Dampfsauna, Ruhebereich und Fitnessgeräten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr fürsorglich und reagieren sofort auf Fragen und kümmerten sich rührend um uns. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen wieder. TOP!!!

• Katrin (9/5): Es war alles bestens und bei Fragen konnte das Salt and Pepper Team umgehend weiter helfen. - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem relativ neuen Haus mit vielen Ferienwohnung. Mit Sicherheit ist es die am liebevollsten und detailreichsten ausgestattete Wohnung im Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt und noch viel mehr. Wir haben uns zum Beispiel über den Milchaufschäumer sehr gefreut. Die Sauna konnte nach kurzer Rücksprache in Betrieb genommen werden. Eine Ladestation für das Auto befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist super für verschiedene Unternehmungen am Berg. Was man wissen muss, die Wohnung liegt im ersten und Untergeschoss. Für den Bergblick muss man raus. Wenn es etwas auszusetzen gibt, dann, dass die Wohnung so ausgestattet ist, dass man für die eigenen Sachen nicht ausreichend Platz findet.

• Katarina Ftacnikova (9/5): Very nice and cosy apartment - It is one of the apartment in the apartment buliding with sauna, gym and ski room. The apartment is very nice, clean and cosy furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped. You can find the tea, coffee, musli, jam, oil, salt, sugar, spices, chocolate, juice, mineral water and wine in the fridge, it is really nice surprise. The kitchen with the small living room (with sofa for sleeping) is upstairs and the bedroom with own shower and toilet is downstairs. The patio is downstairs. There are al lot of blankets, candles and decorations. Turracher Hohe ski area is 10 minutes by car, supermarket Spar and gas station is 2 minutes by walk. The landlord communicates by WhatApp. The keys are outside the building in the key box with the code. There was no problem. Very good price/quality. The parking is in the front of the building, but not so large, but you can find some parking places in the side of the building. The dishwasher is really necessary in this type of accomodation, dishes from previous guests were not clean. This is the reason why I put 9 instead of 10, but nevertheless I recommend this apartment.
• Michal (10/5): Pěkné, čisté, pohodlné. - Nadstandardní komunikace s majitelem, velmi vstřícný a pozorný. Ubytování v apartmánu bylo super, všude čisto, uklizeno, klid a pohodlná postel. Oceňuji vybavení kuchyně včetně koření a dalších dobrot. K dispozici čaje a káva a také welcome drink v lednici. Výborná poloha u lyžařských areálů. Možnost využití lyžárny, posilovny a také sauny v objektu. Doporučuji všem a kdykoliv se vrátím. Děkuji Salt&pepper team.
• Tomáš (9/5): - Spacious appartment in awesome location. There is also sauna and room for drying your ski boots. In the appartment there are some jams, coffee and tea you can have for breakfast. Also there are some games if you have spare time. Great value for the money.

V lednici bylo nachystané malé pohoštění. Místo má dobrou polohu k lyžařským středistkům, v obci je také malý supermarket, kde koupíte vše potřebné.

• Marta (10/5): Relax in homely, natural surroundings - The apartment is well equipped, with a kitchen that meets all needs and offers also spices, tea, and small things with which you can complement your breakfast. Delicious wine and apple juice were waiting for us in the fridge. We appreciate the attentiveness. The bathrooms also have everything you need. The apartment exudes perfect cleanliness and homely warmth. Our host was proactive, drawing our attention to everything and helping us navigate. He did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay as much as possible. Thanks again!
• Aleksandr (10/5): Ski break in style - The apartment was very well furbished and had a nice designer touch to it. There were some nice complementaries that are usually not included: oils, teas and chocolates, etc., so we were ok even when we forgot to buy some food items. We were two adults and two kids and fit on two levels (double-bed downstairs and an extendable sofa upstairs). There is a sauna and ski room in the building, the sauna area was quite empty. Finally, the host was very communicative, we stayed in touch before and during the stay, there was a bit of confusion with the key box when we arrived (the box for apartment 6 was not between 5 and 7, but somewhere else towards the end), but luckily someone promptly helped and we quickly sorted it out. Parking in front of the building is limited, there is a big parking lot 200m away, behind the bank.
• Paweł (10/5): Udany wypoczynek - Mieszkanie ładnie urządzone i czyste, dwa poziomy. Zastaliśmy w nim więcej niż się spodziewaliśmy. Była kawa, różne herbaty, miód, wino itd. W łazienkach były kosmetyki. Przy otwartym oknie słychać szum pobliskiej górskiej rzeczki. W budynku była dostępna siłownia.

The location is beautiful and provides an ideal environment for those seeking peace and tranquility. The accommodation's equipment is above average, everything is modern and functional. It's clear that the owners have paid great attention to detail to make guests feel at home. Although the accommodation does not offer a view, it compensates with an amazing outdoor seating area, which is a relaxation zone in itself. This place is perfect for resting, reading a book, or simply enjoying the peace. What impressed me the most, however, was the great hospitality. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and provide useful advice. All in all, this accommodation is a great choice for anyone looking for quality accommodation in a beautiful environment. I definitely recommend it! Nothing comes to mind

• Illés (9/5): Very well equipped apartment in perfect condition not far from the slopes. - Very well equipped apartment with everything that you could possibly need for a short stay. It is obvious, that the owner(s) took great care in selecting the interior design and basically everything. The checking experience is unfortunately very bad. The apartment's key was left outside the apt as we have communicated but the main building was closed so we could not get to the apartment when we arrived after midnight. Not the fault of the apt, but obviously an unpleasant development. There is a key box outside, so if it gets reapaired, everything will be perfect.

• Honza (10/5): - The accommodation was great, we were accommodated in a clean, cozy, and modern apartment that was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment owners were very accommodating and willing to help us as much as possible. The apartment was very well located in the center of Ebene Raichenau, which was a big plus. The skiing in this area was fantastic, the slopes were well-maintained and easy to navigate. The quality snow and beautiful mountain panoramas gave a pleasant feeling with each descent. Cross-country skiing was also great, with many beautiful trails and views.

• Erika (10/5): Celkově jsme byli spokojeni. - Ubytování bylo moc pěkné, velmi příjemné povlečení na peřinách a bohatá nadstavba v drobnostech jako je čaj, káva ,paštiky,nutela...atd. Také spousta svíček pro příjemnou večerní náladu. Není to obvyklé a velmi to potěší. Pro 2 manželské páry není toto ubytování ideální, kvůli neuzavřenosti místností a tedy i ztrátě intimity. Dole na WC byly dveře při otevírání a zavíraní velmi hlučné.

• Marija Mojca (9/5): Apartma je lep, dovolj prostoren za 2-3 osebe, 4 osebe lahko prespijo - 2 na kavču. - Lokacija v bližini smučišča, prijeten in nov apartma, vse kar smo potrebovali, je bilo v apartmaju.
• andrejl (10/5): Lepo udobno stanovanje vredno denarja. - Lepo stanovanje, okusno opremljeno. V stanovanjskem kompleksu je bila brezplačna uporaba savne in fitnesa. Prijazno osebje nam je razložilo način uporabe. Lokacija je uporabna tako za smučišče Bad Kleinkirchaim, Turracher hohe in Hochrindl. V kraju imajo tudi brezplačno polnilnico za elektro vozila.

• Dalibor Jelošek (10/5): - Izrazito ljubazan domacin, svaka cast na lijepoj i toploj dobrodoslici. Apartman je predivno uredjen, cist, opremljen te u njemu vlada topla i opustajuca atmosfera. Veselimo se ponovnom dolasku te preporucujemo svima.
• ketty (10/5): romantico e speciale - l’appartamento è una chicca, dotato di ogni confort, lo staff lascia cioccolatini, tisane cioccolate e tante altre cose.. è un posto tranquillo dove passare giorni in tot relax… lo stabile è molto bello con palestra e spa…vicino alle terme e alle piste. Il check in è self ma il proprietario ti contatta tramite msg … tornassi nella zona , prenoterei qui di nuovo, ti senti a casa! unica cosa, la pulizia è da migliorare un pochino e lascerei qualche asciugamano in più x il resto tutto top
