Facility seems a bit old, however, the owner is very helpful and friendly. I reached there around 12am, she still assist me to go her homestay and waited for me to check in.. and quick service of laundry too 1. Lack of room facility like hair dryer 2. Air-conditioner a bit old, not really cold
