• Raphael (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war alles in allem sehr gut. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos. Das Appartment war schön und sauber. Das einzige was man anmerken kann ist, dass wir uns extra für das Appartment entschieden haben das kleiner ist, aber mit einer eigenen Dachterasse beworben wird. Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Terasse für alle zugänglich ist und wir lediglich einen eigenen Zugang durch eine Türe nach draußen gebucht haben. In diesem Punkt war die Anzeige ein wenig irreführend. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man muss nur wenige Schritte gehen um direkt auf eine große Straße mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Cafés zu gelangen. Die Stimmung ist allerdings ruhiger und entspannter als in Distrikt 1. Mit dem Grab ist man in 15 Minuten im "Zentrum", was auch super war. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn es nächstes Mal ein anderes Zimmer sein wird.👍

• Loganynwa (3/5): Disappointing listing and host - Directions provided in the app sent me to the wrong location. I had travelled across the city and tried to contact the host on Zalo to ask for assistance and got no response. It took me 40 minutes of walking around in the heat with my luggage to find the building. I did not like the location either had it been correctly displayed on the listing I would have not booked this apartment it was a fair distance from Thao Dien nightlife.

• Trần (4/5): Disappointing - Quite roomy The staff was not hospitable, which gave us very bad fisrt impression. The floor in the room was quite dirty and sticky. The toilet squeaks loudly when flush and the sewer drain smells. The bedroom gave us bad sleep due to lack of oxygen and ventilation. The place is located near the highway so travelling by bike is quite dangerous, you have to cross the highway with lots of traffic, so car would be much needed.

• Ludy (6/5): I really like the caretaker there and the Boss as well - The staff are friendly even if they cannot speak English they will try using their phone for translation to understand me. There was a cockroach in my room and i was sa scared so i called the caretaker to kill it.

Although the price is a little higher than other places, totally worth the money. The only thing I don’t like that they don’t have a way to communicate about the deposit but regular phone number. I rather communicate through email or website cause I didn’t have a VN SIM card back then.
