- Mandy (5/5): Wohnung Naja, Ausblick super - Der Ausblick vom 36. Stock war super. Die Lage des Apartments war optimal. 5 Minuten zur Metro und Vincom Mall. Für Selbstverpflegung optimal. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten einen super netten Nachbar aus dem 30. Stock. Der hat uns immer geholfen. Das war Glück, weil wir auch am letzten Tag bei ihm unsere Koffer abstellen durften. Der Pool im 3. Stock war super. Wir sind nach 14.00 Uhr in das Apartment gekommen und die Putzfrau kam nochmal herein und hat nochmal durch gewischt. Danach haben wir uns erst einmal umgeschaut. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Tür muss festgehalten werden, sonst wäre sie abgefallen. Geschirr für 2 Leute war vorhanden. Aber es ist ein Apartment für 4 Leute. Wir haben dann noch was gekauft. Das Sofa war braun, speckig und auch sehr benutzt gewesen. Die Gardinen waren nur noch Fetzen. Tapete kam schon an einigen Stellen runter. Bäder waren okay. Im Schrank von dem einen Schlafzimmer war irgendwelche Bettwäsche, Decken, Handtücher. Der konnte nicht benutzt werden. Der andere Schrank war okay. Die Matratzen waren knochenhart. Wir hatten nur per Booking Com Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Das hat aber geklappt. Ich habe mir nochmal die Bilder von Booking Com angeschaut. Leider war das nicht unser Apartment, was abgebildet war. Es muss noch eins im 5. Stock geben. Das ist dann wohl die richtige Beschreibung. Wir waren im 36. Stock. Das muss definitiv erneuert werden. Der Ausblick war super. Aber es war weder komfortabel noch gab es weiche Matratzen. Wir legen nicht viel Wert auf Einrichtung, blank putzen und Luxus. Aber ein ordentlich einfach eingerichtetes Apartment sollte sein.

- Minh (2/5): Very poor - The hotel is dirty whole room was mouldy and smelt bad. We checked in then checked out immediately, informed the front desk and they told us they would refund us through agoda. We processed refund through agoda and were informed that the refund request was denied by the hotel. The photos used for the hotel must have been from when they first opened the actual room looks nothing like it. The rooms are filthy and haven't been properly cleaned in years for that amount of mould to accumulate.
