• Trang Nhung (10/5): - Phòng y hình. Mỗi ngày mình ra ngoài đều có người vào phòng dọn dẹp, thay túi rác,… Phòng rất sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi, có cả bếp, nồi lẩu, bát đũa chén dĩa, lò vi sóng và tủ lạnh đủ cả. Thật sự là rất đáng tiền, có cơ hội chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.
• ROGER (10/5): Maravilla - Fue un alojamiento de 10! Súper buena ubicación, en una calle peatonal sin tráfico y en un barrio muy auténtico con muchas opciones gastronómicas. La habitación estaba muy bien, muy completa. La cama un poco dura pero la habitación en sí muy limpia. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla (muy necesario) y además nos dejaron hacer la laundry gratis. La comunicación con el dueño también genial.

Letto comodo e personale gentile e disponibile L'appartamento era pulito ma in generale la pulizia poteva essere migliore (presenza di capelli sul pavimento e asciugamani) In generale la zona è rumorosa ma la stanza abbastanza insonorizzata. La gente inizia la mattina presto con le loro attività. Il personale non parla inglese ma con google traduttore ci si capisce.

• Lee (10/5): Great place in Ho Chi Minh City - If you’re looking for a great place to stay with a great host in a beautiful city, this is the place. Not a single complaint. The owner was very accommodating to our travel delays and kept clear and helpful communication with us. The place itself was clean, modern, and plenty of space to relax after a long day exploring the city. We also liked the location since it was an easy walk to some of the major sites!

• Aleksandr (10/5): A great and calm stay close to the city center - Very clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Of course there's some noise coming from the outside, but no loud music/parties and no construction works. Actually the location is really nice -- outside of tourist area, with many cafes and restaurants around, but still all the tourists locations are reachable by walk (25 mins approx). Really helpful and nice staff. Laundry is available for the guests. Towels are changed daily and the room is cleaned too. Suitable for remote work -- wifi is fast and there're 2 chairs in the room. I liked the bed, but it's quite firm (I prefer the same, so liked it). The pillows are a bit too high for me, but still fine. Nothing to complain :)

Suitable for stays of any duration and even remote work. - very clean room, furniture, bedding, and toilet. - convenient location in the relatively quiet District 3 and close to local amenities. - as it is located in a local neighbourhood, do expect some noise from the surroundings. But overall, it was acceptable.

• Jason (10/5): The BEST! - Freshly updated building in a secluded spot, down a quiet alley. Laundry facilities on-site. I walked the maze of alleys for endless hours, getting a taste of REAL LIFE in urban Vietnam. Peace in the bustle of District 3, but close enough to District 1 to get all the amenities of that area. As a westerner it is mandatory to take the very short walk to the beautiful Thich Quang Duc Shrine for a sobering taste of history. I cried like a blubbering old lady after seeing the motif on the back wall. There was nothing to not like about this place.
• Tim (1/5): do not trust reviews - - This place has wonderful reviews, how is that possible? When I arrived I was given a back room on the bottom floor with a window facing a wall. Since no sun light can enter the room smelled moldy. There was also a strong cigarette smell in the room. I asked the person showing me the room about smoking, apparently she thought I was a smoke (no way!), and said I can smoke in the hallway. End of conversation. I refused to accept the room and left.

Price was affordable and I was surprised at how clean the room was which made me feel very comfortable. The owner and his daughter were super kind and sweet. They even went out of their way to pick me up in the rain when I got lost on my way there. I would definitely come again.

• Sirbastian050 (10/5): Clean, good internet, very good location - The accommodation is quite quiet, in a alleyway just outside the busy street with plenty of foodplaces in the vicinity. There is a 24h family mart at the gas station 1 minute away, The room is very clean, soft towels, you can do your own laundry on the 4th floor there is a washing machine and a dryer. There is a big tv with Internet, internet was the fastest I've experienced in vietnam, a modern ac and a wall fan, a microwave, cooking plate and cutlery if you want to a meal yourself. The room we booked had a balcony, but there is no view just a shaft with a little bit of natural daylight, for me it wasn't a issue.

• Hao (10/5): Thump up!!! Keep up the good work!!! - We are a Vietnamese couple living in the US and visiting Vietnam. During our stay at this homestay, we had a wonderful experience. Truc, the owner, is very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and felt like home. The room is contemporary with a lot of amenity, including drinking water, washer, dryer and kitchenware for us to use. The place is right at the center of a lot of restaurants, night market for us to explore. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Truc. A little noise from neighbor on the first night of my stay.
• Tse (10/5): Cozy, affordable & clean stay! - Very clean, well equipped and have all you’re basic amenities. It’s quiet at night, easy to locate. Convenient to order grab food and walk around. Staff and host is very friendly and nice. I stained the bedsheets but they were kind enough to change and didn’t charge me for my mistake! Thank you once again. Will definitely be back next time! And every morning from 5:30 am there is a street vendor below that plays music and talks loud. Sounds like they’re in the room.
• Long (10/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay in District 3 not to far from district 1. With easy access to taxis this wasn't a problem or if you enjoy a walk can easily be done. Very clean and spacious room, cleaning lady did an amazing job making sure the room was cleaned and towels changed. Very comfortable and quiet during the night, I was able to sleep without getting disturbed. Would definitely be happy staying here again. Only issue was the room had no windows but a balcony facing a wall so no natural light was able to get in.

Location is very good, easy access to tourist spots and food stalls just down on the streets. Room is cozy and tidy, air conditioning is powerful. Got a elevator in this building. • Mahvash (10/5): Well placed new apartment to get a real feel of the city instead of the commercialised District 1 - Big, spacious, brand new rooms with a well equipped kitchenette. The lift was great for our tired legs at the end of each day! The apartment is right next to a petrol station with a mart that I think is almost 24hours open so very convenient for late night food cravings or supplies needed. Also perfect space to call a grab so it doesn’t wait on the side of the road. The helper was very sweet and although she didn’t understand any English, she made do perfectly well with good translate. She even did our laundry for us in a day. The balcony only opened on to a shaft within the building but it didn’t bother us as we weren’t planning on sitting there anyway

Excellent laundy / washing and drying facilities on the roof. Full size fridge. Excellent location for getting around the city. Pharamcy and shops right on the doorstep. Balconey was tiny and was boxed in the building. There was no view whatsoever literally facing three walls. Not quite what i expected. Never met the host the whole time we were there. Although they were contactable using booking.com messaging. The booking.com listing for this property was very confusing. Was unsure whether we were getting 8 bedrooms as part of the booking or a single apartment. I think they should be listed seperately so guest can choose their accomodation.
• Fiona (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean, private & spacious room. Access to clean drinking water was appreciated. I was not provided with any check in information prior to my arrival so I assumed there would be a reception there. There was not and once we eventually got into the building we were left in the lobby trying to figure out what to do. I left to get wifi & once I got it saw I had received a message about check in at 4pm. This information should really be given the day before check in so anyone travelling will receive it. The building is also down an alley and had no name on it. It was only that I had screenshot the address as I knew I would have no wifi that the taxi driver was able to point it to us. All of this could have been helped with communication prior to check in day.

• Emmanuelle (10/5): We would go back! - The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is clean and has an elevator. You also have access to a washer/dryer. We checked in at midnight and the host was there to greet us. Given that it is located in an alleyway, it is very quiet in the morning. The apartment is well located in district 3, within walking distance (10 mins) of Chợ Bàn Cờ (a neighborhood market) and a 15-20 mins walk to Bến Thành market. The location also makes it very easy to catch a Grab. The host and the cleaning lady are very responsive. If the apartment is available, don’t think twice, just book it! Nothing.

The owner let us off our 1st night payment, after we arrived to find the room had not been cleaned after the last guests. Balcony opens up to a light shaft, room needs a proper deep clean, door to bathroom broken. We didn't see a maid until the offer of one on our final night. A good 15 min walk to market, bar st, not bad for war museum.
