- Thanh (1/5): Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience - The only positive thing about this hotel is its convenient location. It is situated in a good area and makes it easy to get around. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay. Finding a cockroach in the bathroom is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel. It clearly shows a serious lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene standards. The bidet spray had abnormally strong and dangerous water pressure. When I used it, I was injured and even started bleeding because the pressure was so intense. This is not just inconvenient — it is a serious safety issue. We asked the staff to fix it, but the problem was still not properly resolved. The handling of the situation felt careless and unprofessional. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off badly and looked messy. Instead of properly repairing it, the hotel simply used clear tape as a temporary fix. It was still coming off and looked extremely sloppy. This shows a clear lack of proper maintenance. On top of that, the room had a strong musty smell, which made the entire stay very unpleasant. It is hard to understand how rooms are being inspected and maintained under these conditions. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning. The hotel seriously needs to improve its cleanliness and maintenance standards.

- Jimmy (9/5): Great place to stay if you want to be close to the local restaurants and shops. Room is small. - Close to the local area for restaurants, shops, spas, and the Van Hanh mall. The room was comfortable. The separate shower/toilet was great. Parking was available if needed. The room was soundproofed. The room had plenty of storage. The kitchen area was useful for cooking basic meals or heating up water for coffee or tea. The fridge was large. The staff was great. Card payments are able to be used for accommodation payments. The language barrier could be an issue for those who don't speak Vietnamese. The water pressure in the shower is slightly lower when using hot water. The sink is small, which could result in water spills. The bed was firm, not soft (personal preference). Aside all of this, I would stay here again maybe with the larger room avilable.

There is an indoor bike parking area so there is no need to worry about motorcycle theft. There is no hotel name on the building (I may have missed it) and the shower had poor water pressure and only a trickle of warm water.

Had to wait for 1.5 hours to check in although we have already advised them about our check in time 2 months in advance and were told we can check in early. There were 4 rooms readily clean for the guests who arrived later than us, but we had to wait ?? staff needs to sort the priority!

- Tina (6/5): The cheaper room was definitely better!! - We had stayed at the property when we first arrived, so was excited to come back to this property to finish out our time in Ho Chi Minh. The location is super convenient, close to a lot of delicious foods, coffee shops, convenience stores and easy to access via car or motorbike. Extra security feature with a lock on the door that you can only access with your room key. It was also located on a quiet alley, so you do not get the traffic noise We opted to stay in a bigger room than the first time (hence paying more), and it was a great disappointment. We were located on the first floor, so every single morning when the morning staff came in they would speak VERY loudly to each other. We were woken up by them every single morning by 7am. We had a "window" in our room that overlooked a grey wall a foot away that went all the way to the top. With "no smoking" signs posted, we still smelled cigarette smoke in the shower and near our "window". The shower was the worst part. With how the shower was designed, you can only wash half of your body at once. The drain was practically non existent. It started off okay, to our last day, standing in 3 inches of standing shower water when you showered. It was so much that would even start backing into the bathroom. Our last shower took 5 hours for it to fully drain.... now imagine going to the bathroom with 2 inches of water by your feet.
