• Marcel (7/5): ok stay, some things to improve/fix - location wise, this is ideally situated. Also the kitchen is properly utilised with almost all equipment. The whole apartment is semi-detached from the main building so it is enjoyable private. The bedroom is very spacious and the living room is large enough for 2-4 people. The host (not the owner) is easy to contact and responds quickly 2 main things to improve is -the slippery floor (in the whole apartment + on the stairs). If you are on your socks, then you will slide a lot to a point where it starts to be dangerous. Also if you have a pet with you, they will have troubles to stand up or take the stairs. The floor in the kitchen and balcony is good, so ideally have the whole apartment use that. -The other main thing is the shower: the glass separation is simply way to short. You can NOT shower without making the whole bathroom floor wet. Better to remove the infrared sauna (who isnt really a great thing to use) and use the space to put in a decent showerscreen. 2 smaller things, which can easily be fixed are: -the toiletpaper holder is way to far to the back of the wall. Put it where people can more easily use it. -and the gate in the garden needs to be fixed, its hard to open/close it completely. fyi: when we entered the apartment, the TV powerplug was removed and the antenna barely into the socket. I had to scan for all the TV stations (after changing the language to english). So that could be something to check before renting this to a next tenant.
