- Laszlo (1/5): Disaster - Location Terrible customer service No heating on arrival Sold bunk beds with roof heating which was 20 cm above the bed- nobody could sleep Outdated shower and facilties Could not open door to bathroom properly Cleaning an absolute ripoff charging extra money for 5 bottles and a bag of groceries left in kitchen plus two empty cans of chips. Italian managers have no idea how to be respectful

- Domonkos (7/5): Great for 2 adults and 2 kids - Great location, clean enough, spacious enough, two parking spots, washing maschine, dishwasher, two different coffee maker, a place for skis and boots Too small and few glasses and cups. The heating seemed to be built in the ceiling, which makes the top of the bunkbeds much warmer. Also the ceiling is very low, so only a small child fits the top bunk beds. Only had 1 key for a 6 people appartment.

- Marija (9/5): We are satisfied with the days spent on the slopes and in the house, except for some details . - We came to Bad for skiing and there was no possibility to leave the ski equipment in the house, which had to be left in the car. It was cold and icy in the morning, which is not good.
