• Irena (10/5): - A nice apartment We get a slightly different apartment than was advertised. It was the same size, we just did not get any sofa in the living room. But otherwise, all was great.
• Jan (8/5): - Kvitujeme možnost využití termálního bazénu a sauny ve městě. Bohužel jsme od ubytovatele nedostali guest kartu, na kterou bychom pravděpodobně měli nějakou slevu na vstupném. Usuzuji tak podle dotazu na kartu od obsluhy na pokladně. Na ubytování partnerce chyběl fén, což bývá běžné vybavení. TV měla špatný signál, takže téměř nehrála (zrovna probíhala olympiáda :-) ). Na Booking je špatně uvedená taxa turistického poplatku hrazená na místě 2E/persona/den. Ve skutečnosti jsem platil dvojnásobek 4E/persona/den.
• Mropiotr (10/5): Prawie doskonały :) - Duży i czysty apartament, dobrze wyposażony z dużym tarasem i pięknym widokiem .Cisza. Narciarnia z.suszarka na buty. Parking, Blisko centrum i sklepów Były detale który są do poprawy ,poduszki w sypialni bardzo niewygodne :( i TV nie chce się połączyć z Wifi i ciągle przerywa obraz .Ale to tylkoale rzeczy i tak było wspaniale :)
• petr (10/5): - Prostorný apartment, snadné předání klíčů, vybavená kuchyň, pohodlné postele, dostatek ručníků. Bohužel chyběl smetáček, bylo by dobré dát do koupelny mýdlo na umytí rukou.

• Péter (8/5): - Rendkívül felszerelt szép,tiszta és hatalmas apartman! Zajos környezet. A felső szobákból minden zaj, lépés, beszed, vízcsobogás, wc hangja zavaróan hallatszik. Ott tartózkodásunk alatt nehezen tudtunk pihenni a felső lakók zajától!

• Suzana (10/5): - The apartment is located in an exceptional location, practically in the very center of the city. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and offer everything a guest needs for a comfortable and carefree stay. We will be happy to come back again.

• Mirka (10/5): - Parkování u objektu, vše skvěle vybavené a uklizené. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, perfektní kontakt s majitelkou. Jen pozor, oproti informacím z Booking.com je městská taxa dvojnásobná. Vše bylo OK.

• Atias (8/5): - המיקום היה מעולה, הדירה מאובזרת במטבח נהדר, מדיח, חדר שינה וסלון גדול, נוף מהמם מהחדר. לא יקר במיוחד. לצערנו המפתחות הגיעו רק בשעה 21:00 (אמנם הגענו ב20:30 אז לא סבלנו הרבה, אבל לגמרי היה מצב שהיינו מגיעים ב18:00 ומחכים 3 שעות), בנוסף לא היה שמפו וסבון במקלחת, ובגלל שהגענו מאוחר לא היה איפה לקנות, אז נאלצנו לסבול מקלחת עם מים בלבד וזה לא היה נעים. כשביקשנו מהמקום, אמרו שלא מספקים סבון ושמפו, למרות שזה סופר בסיסי. קצת העיב על ההתחלה.

• Marina (9/5): - Квартира , полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Семье из четырех человек было комфортно и просторно. Удобные кровати, хорошо сделанная уборка, легкое самостоятельное заселение. Есть парковочные места рядом с домом . Поблизости есть магазины и кафе . Место тихое . Есть балкон с видом на горы . Все отлично.

• Suzana (10/5): Wonderfully comfortable apartment in a great location in the center, but in a quiet area. - The apartment is located in the center, but in a quiet location, so sleeping and feeling great. The apartment was comfortable and clean with an open view. We will definitely come back again.

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent value for money. The house is located in the center of a wonderful town, 10 km from the resort. Nearby there are a large number of bars and restaurants, supermarkets. The apartments are clean and tidy. There is everything you need in the kitchen, including dishes. I recommend it for accommodation.

• Avgi (8/5): Would definitely visit again! - Spacious apartment, close to the main streets, beautiful view of the mountains and the town. Very warm, with hot water always available! I would have liked some basic toiletries and a change of towels/sheets (we stayed for a week). Also it would be useful to have a second WC but since the bathroom was separate we managed!
• Róbert (8/5): Very good - Very nice and clean apartment. Enough space for a family with children. Perfect location and many shopping options nearby. Good accessibility to several ski resorts (Flachau, Zauchensee, Altenmark) There are very few hangers and options for drying clothes after skiing. Poor kitchen equipment - a few plates, cutlery and glasses forced us to run the dishwasher daily. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable; it is older and no longer suitable for sleeping.
• Stelina (9/5): Great place! - Very well-equipped apartment, has everything you need. Super clean, and excellent location. EV charger available at the property. Very nice hosts as well! An espresso machine would be nice, but that’s really me being picky :) it was already a perfect place to stay with all the neccessary amenities.

The stairs for the upper floors are abrupt so if you have heavy luggage it can be difficult. There is no microwave in the kitchen and no bidet toilet in the bathroom.other than that all perfect

• Kevin (9/5): Superb - Lovely, comfortable apartment with modern kitchen and great location Quite hot at night, even with radiators turned right down. Only one key with use of keybox.
• Laco (9/5): Superb - The apartment is really big, very comfortable and clean. And the kitchen was well equipped. Pretty nice place. We were not very happy with the communication with the owner. There were no negotiations possible with her. We asked if we can come with +2 more small kids so they will sleep with us on double beds, so no extra beds were required and of course we offer to pay extra if needed, but it was not allowed at all, so as we didn't want to split the family and accommodation was already paid, one family didn't come at all, so less people were accommodated than paid in really big apartment. So this was very bad experience.
• Ian (8/5): Very good - very clean, stylish, large apartment and fantastic location. staff were responsive over messaging through booking.com. In the first instance, it was difficult to lock and unlock the front door, and other users of the building seemed to leave the front door unlocked. Whilst this was annoying, it was not a massive issue as Altenmarkt is a very safe place.
• Drazzenb (10/5): Exceptional - New and comfortable facilities, very nice bathroom, comfy bed, excelent locatiion close to everything you need, parking. This is not a criticism, but rather an advice: if exactly two plates, two spoons, two glasses, etc., are provided for two people, it would be more practical to have a sponge and some dishwashing liquid to wash two plates and cutlery after breakfast, rather than wash it in washing machine. Also, soup ladle is missing. However, this does not affect overall great experience.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - It was great. The location was perfect. The apartment was clean. We felt at home right away. Thank you!!!. A washing machine will be a great addition. Without that we had to spend half in a self service laundry tgat was far 20 min drive from us.

We loved the balcony where we could enjoy the view to the mountains. We recommend this accommodation. We missed a mosquito net on the window of the bedroom.

• Lybicka (9/5): Nice location, clean and very spacious appartment with well equipped kitchen. - We really liked the appartment, it would be big enough for 6 adults. Rooms are great and living room and kitchen are very spacious. The location for skiing is great. The kitchen was well equipped, and spacious, included freezer, oven and microvawe. We would use this accomodation again, if planning the trip to ski in Flachau. It is also near to Spa. I can only recommend this accomodation. Email with pin for a safe box did not arrive, I had to call the owner, but she was very nice and told me the code. Please add to kitchen: -cutting board -ladle (for soup) -peeler for potatoes
