- Halina (9/5): Eine wunderschöne, makellose und komfortable Wohnung. Sehr empfehlenswert! - Das Stadtzentrum ist etwa 2 km entfernt, mit dem Auto sind es jedoch nur wenige Minuten. Dafür ist die Gegend sicher – man kann das Auto bedenkenlos an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Parken ist hier kostenlos und es stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da die meisten Restaurants am Tag unserer Ankunft (Gründonnerstag) geschlossen waren, fuhr sie uns in ihrem eigenen Auto zu einem geöffneten Café/Restaurant, wo wir sehr gut gegessen haben. Vielen Dank dafür! Das sehr gepflegte Apartment ist sehr schön, geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; das Bett groß und bequem. Das (offensichtlich brandneue) Badezimmer ist groß, modern und hell. Es gibt reichlich Haken für Handtücher, viel Ablagefläche, Steckdosen sowie einen Haartrockner. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei – die Dusche hat einen guten Wasserdruck. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden man alles, was man zur Zubereitung des Frühstücks benötigt. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist nur über eine Wendeltreppe zugänglich. Die Fenster sind nicht schallisoliert. Wenn nachts Teenager lautstark mit ihren kleinen Motorrädern die Straße hinunterfahren, ist das im Inneren der Wohnung natürlich zu hören. Gelegentlich macht die Klimaanlage ungewöhnliche, laute Knackgeräusche. Die Bratpfanne in der Küche ist nicht flach und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Hier eine kurze Anmerkung zu einer ungerechten Bewertung: Die Buchungsbedingungen weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass die Zahlung NICHT über Booking.com abgewickelt wird. Man sollte diese sorgfältig lesen, bevor man - aufgrund eigener Nachlässigkeit - eine schlechtere Bewertung hinterlässt.

- Diaz (1/5): Decepción absoluta - La dueña del alojamiento no estuvo en el lugar para recibirme, a la hora acordada; cosa que niega de manera terminante. Yo llegué y encontré cerrado el apart, toque timbre, y no fui atendido. Espere afuera, llamando al teléfono de contacto y no obtuve ninguna respuesta. Por lo decidí retirarme y buscar una solución inmediata. Tuve que alojarme con un grupo de amigos donde ellos paraban. Y a mi se me exigió que abonara el total de la reserva, 104 mil pesos, cosa que hice de manera efectiva, tengo los comprobantes de las transferencias realizadas.

Limpio...muy completo...sabanas y toallones y frazadas impecables..( siempre viajo con sabanas por las malas y feas expetiencias q pase) pero esta vez no las use...porq todo estaba impecable y limpio ..Tiene vajilla completa..Decorado como en las fotos..belloo!! Maria muy amable! ...Si van a Sam Salvador...ese es el lugar indicado...!! Volveria sin dudarlo.... Nada..

- Jeroen (7/5): Good value for money for a day or two. - Nice, private and complete accomodation. Bathroom was very modern and comfortable. There was no stove in the kitchen for cooking but fortunately there was a electric cooking plate. Host offered laundry service. Very noisy, I could hear snoring from the next appartment at night. Only cash payment was accepted. Host speaks zero English. Kitchen utensils could have been more complete.
