- German (1/5): - DE SAS TRO SO...UNA FALTA DE RESPETO ABSOLUTA....parece ser que si uno quiere pasar solo 1 noche de abril, el hotel no le interesa...lo que no entiendo es para que tomaron mi reserva si realmente no le interesaba recibirme.Voy a San Clemente desde hace 18 años, algo conozco...en abril la gran mayoría de los hoteles están cerrados o algunos abren solo los fin de semanas, porque verdaderamente no hay movimiento.ESTE HOTEL TOMO MI RESERVA Y NUNCA NADIE SE COMUNICO CONMIGO,( NI SIQUIERA AL DIA DE HOY PARA PEDIR DISCULPAS)EL 17 DE ABRIL LLEGUE AL HOTEL EN MEDIO DE UN DILUVIO Y CUANDO LLEGUE A LA PUERTA DEL HOTEL , EL HOTEL ESTABA CERRADO....NO OBTUVE NINGUNA RESPUESTA NI NINGUNA DISCULPA, TUVE QUE SALIR A BUSCAR OTRO HOTEL EN MEDIO DE UN DILUVIO...TODOS LOS HOTELES ESTABAN CERRADOS, PREVIO A MI LLEGADA, MANDE 2 MSJ A TRAVES DE BOOKING, Y NUNCA TUVE RESPUESTA....EN LA PUERTA DE ESTE LUGAR ME CANSE DE LLAMAR POR TELÉFONO Y QUE ATIENDA UN CONTESTADOR....UNA VERGÜENZA!!!!! - Soledad (10/5): Nos encantó Ocean Blue - Lo que más me gustó es la ubicación y el desayuno. *Las medialunas son exquisitas *Frente al mar asique podes ir a la hora q quieras y a pocas cuadras de la peatonal Lo único que no nos gustó mucho es que entra luz por las cortinas. Asique si te molesta la luz para dormir( como es nuestro caso ) temprano ya te despertas

Avisé a los encargados q era demasiado y me dijeron q ellos no tenían nada q ver y luego me entero q es de los dueños 😐. Es en el único lugar q fuí de tantos q no me dieron factura.

Entre las puertas y pared no están selladas incluso la principal osea se puede ver y escuchar con la puerta cerrada por su contorno. El departamento que me dieron planta baja no aconsejo se escucha salidas y entradas al edificio.el desayuno no es continental y no es tan bueno como se anuncia. La pileta no es el lugar es en un hotel. La verdad me gustaría que devuelvan el dinero
