- Bell (9/5): - Los detalles de poder contar con utensilios en la cocina y la distribución de los espacios. La practicidad de los electrodomésticos. Tener aire acondicionado en la habitación. La tecnologia actualizada de grifería, aberturas, wifi y la seguridad. Que no haya dispenser de agua mineral. Y que no haya consorcio de limpieza en el exterior del depto (escaleras, entrada).
