If the reservation is for more than 6 people, or if it is for more than 3 days, double the deposit of 200 euros could be charged. The deposit will be 500€ if it is a bachelor party, birthday party or similar. It will be returned upon departure once the property has been checked.
The client is informed that the property will exercise the right of admission in case of a bachelor or birthday party, or various parties; and that it will have to be approved by the property because it is conditioned, that in case of a bachelor party, or party that is agreed to celebrate, the total payment of the reservation, complete, plus the €500 deposit is established that will be in cash upon arrival at the property in the delivery of keys. These are conditions that the client must accept if they want to stay as a farewell party, and if they are not accepted, their reservation will be canceled.
