Close to excellent restaurants. Easy to get to from the airport on Alilaguna. Clean and comfortable and easy. Excellent price compared to other places in Venice More than 1 pillow per person would be nice

• Ann (10/5): - This was a great space located in the historic district but on a side street where it was very quiet. Grand canal and two water taxi stations were a short walk away. Plenty of space and a small kitchen that had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Michela is an excellent host, making sure we were able to easily find the property and that we had what we needed to cook.
• Catherine (10/5): Great place! - Our host Michela communicated with us in advance and personally greeted us when we arrived. Property was clean and spacious for 2 people. It is located in a quiet side street off the busy Rialto Market, with good restaurants within walking distance. It was not too far from the vaporetto stop which makes it easy to get around. It would have been nice to have more pillows, and also more electrical outlets in the bedroom.

We are a family of 4 and the sleeping couch convert to a bunk bed (with a railing for the top bed for extra safety). We had a great time and stay in Venice!

• Deirdre (10/5): Perfectly located, reasonably priced, pleasingly decorated, well managed apartment! - I chose this property due to its positive reviews, location & reasonable rate for Venice. The host & I had been communicating via WhatsApp on my arrival day to Venice. However, for some reason my message letting her know I had arrived at the apartment was delayed and she did not get it when I sent it. I stood outside with my heavy backpack in the pouring rain for an hour seeking shelter under an overhang of a nearby building. She apologized for the delay and the fact that she spoke little English, I smiled and said I spoke little Italian. She gave a brief tour of the apt. & I handed her the tourist tax cash in envelope. The apartment was wonderful! It's location very near to the Rialto Bridge was perfect, as it was quietly tucked away from the crowds, but great for ease of using the Rialto vaporetto stop and exploring on foot. I was traveling solo and the size of the apartment was perfect for me and would also be for a couple. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a kitchen is always a bonus, though I only used the microwave once and stored leftover pizza in the fridge. I am very particular about noise levels when traveling and this apartment was pretty quiet, with the exception of a few times I could hear voices from the neighboring apartment and what sounded like dresser drawers opening and closing above me. None of that was a nuisance as it was very minimal and short lasting. I do plan on returning to Venice in 2025 to give it a second try, as my visit was hampered by torrential rain and gale winds during my stay, making it impossible to fully enjoy the beauty of what I know I could have experienced. I do not see availability yet for dates in 2025, but I plan on booking here again. I highly recommend the property and suggest you ignore those who say to avoid staying in the Rialto area, you would never guess this apartment is located there when you stand before it. That I didn't stay in Venice longer, nothing negative about the apartment.

The host is a wonderful person, met us with a big smile, answered all my questions right away that I had during my visit, let us keep our lagguge till we needed it for free after check out. It is very close to all the action but far enough from the crowds to escape when you need a break.The air conditioning was nice and cold, the water was nice and hot! The host(s) was very responsive to inquiries and provided directions and recommendations for a great restaurant that we went to twice in 3 days. There is nothing to not like—-everything was great!

• Mariia (10/5): It was wonderful - The apartment is clean and comfortable. Seems like it was renovated recently because everything is new. There is little kitchen with everything for cooking. The location of the apartment is very good : it’s just by the Realto bridge and only 10 min walking to San Marco square. Me and my family were very happy to stay in this apartment.
• Claire (10/5): Exceptional - Centrally located, few minutes walk from Rialto bridge and other attractions, surrounded by good restaurants. The kitchen in the apartment comes in handy. The whole place was spotless. We didn’t know there was English TV Channels and didn’t think to ask Michela the owner, but apparently there is a way to switch the language. Just thought to share in case you come to the same situation :)
• Bird (10/5): Beautiful Flat - This is a beautiful flat. Looks brand new. Very well done. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Great location. It was close to everything. Quiet due to the deluxe windows. Friendly, responsive host. The shower floor was slippery - be careful. You probably will need to bring extra soap/shampoo, but that might be a common "issue".

• Mateusz (10/5): Golden Suite - Higly Recommended - All perfection! Location is key! Just 2 min walk from Rialto Bridge, lots of shops, restaurants and whatever you need. Apartmeny was just enough, comfy, clean and spacious, nice kitchen with all equipment, you need to prepare breakfast/dinner. And the owner Michela very good person, helpful and friendly. I would higly remommend! And deffo will be back!

They said I can pick it up in an hour and half. I’m on vacay and it was impossible to go back at that moment. We were on a train so it was a loss to us. If we stayed in a hotel it would have been no problem to go back.

Had to pay extra 30 euros to pick up the keys as our flight was delayed and so arrived later than predicted. This was out of our control but we still had to pay.

We were met on time and given some information and then left to ourselves. The property has a fully equipped kitchenette and was comfortable for 2 adults and a child. And the location is minutes away from Rialto Bridge, but in a quiet cul de sac away from the hustle and bustle of Venice.

It's in a quiet side street close to a number of great restaurants serving excellent Venetian dishes. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, Michala was extremely helpful and friendly, especially considering we were delayed arriving on a Sunday evening. Nothing not to like here. It's Venice!
• Andtan (10/5): Perfect apartment in the heart of Venezia - Perfect location nearby Rialto market and within walking distance to St Mark's Basilica. Lots of excellent restaurants and shops around, yet on a quiet road just off the busiest roads so was very quiet and our sleep was undisturbed. You can walk here in about 15 minutes from Piazzale Roma so don't have to take a boat to check in. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable. Photos on booking.com are accurate. Bathroom is modern, and the shower in particular was excellent. Our kids were on the bunk beds and we found the apartment a comfortable size for the four of us. The host was helpful and easily reachable on Whatsapp. He met us to help us check in. I would stay here again the next time I visit Venice! Nothing
• Elisha (9/5): Excellent value for money - Apartment was beautiful and clean, we really appreciated the owner’s friend coming to meet us for a late check in at night. Apartment is in a great location and the bed was comfy! Thank you for a nice stay. Mosquitos - we were eaten alive by mosquitos every night but couldn’t find out where they were coming from. Owner forgot to leave us two extra pillows as promised, so our first night was a little uncomfortable, these were delivered the next day as promised though.
