• Soriano López (1/5): Nos fastidiaron la estancia - La ubicación Llegaron 45 minutos tarde de la hora acordada. Haciéndonos perder un tour por la ciudad que teníamos contratado y destruyendo toda la rutina que teníamos preparada. Luego el apartamento parece a piso plano, pero cada habitación está en una planta distinta, se nota que han sacado varios Airbnb del mismo apartamento. Instalaciones mediocres, no malas, pero no había tele, la cocina compartida con otro Airbnb, poca luz en una de las habitaciones... Les pedí una pequeña compensación por jodernos la rutina y no tienen ni el más mínimo miramiento de compensar nada, aunque fuese su culpa por llegar tarde. Podría seguir así más tiempo, pero no quiero perderlo más con esta gente.

• MEISSA (7/5): Tres bon séjour - emplacement très très sympa, au milieu du centre ville hotes tres sympas et agréables, service technique joignable car nous avons eu un problème d'électricité à l'arrivée, ils sont venus régler le soucis La chambre etait vraiment sombre, toute petite fenetre non accessible qui donne l'impression d'etre dans une cave. Les escaliers sont un peu dangereux aussi, pas réguliers donc il faut vraiment faire attention.

• TESTA GRANDAL (2/5): Desagradable - Lo único positivo la ubicación Terrible la cantidad de escaleras para llegar a estancia, incluso las habitaciones en diferentes alturas, sin luz, tres llaves para entrar, portal, zona común, y habitaciones…..y la limpieza, deja mucho que desear por todos lados

• Chiara (7/5): Soggiorno buono - La presenza della cucina con piccoli elettrodomestici (forno microonde, bollitore, piano ad induzione) e frigorifero bello ampio, permettono soggiorni non solo di breve periodo. Il divano letto è molto comodo. Posizione centralissima! Perfetta per muoversi a piedi. La pulizia è da migliorare. Il tappeto del divano letto era molto sporco e ho trovato una bottiglia di plastica sotto al divano letto.

• Grainne (7/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient and great air conditioning - The location was excellent: all the major sites we wanted see in Florence were within walking distance. We also had access to a washing machine which was much appreciated although not mentioned in the list of facilities. We were 3 adults and we had loads of space. There was a gap in the shower screen so the water leaked onto the floor. This is an easy fix and needs to be taken care of urgently for the benefit of the downstairs neighbours.
• Angel (2/5): Very poor - The only good thing about the place is the location There is a lot if information you need to know before booking this place. Starting from, there is no elevator, and the entrance of the apartment is on the 3rd floor, after that, there is a shared lobby with other apartment and the entrance to the apartment. after entering the apartment, you need to go on a 4th floor for the first room, and the second room is on a 5th floor. We struggle a lot because the pictures avoid showing the huge number of stairs we need to go through, for us was a little bit worst because we travel with a baby 3 luggage's of 20 kg and a stroller, and there was no indication that this apartment was not for families with babies. I forgot to take pictures fo the shared area with the other department, but I hope that these pictures will clear your mind on what you can expect, and if this is ok for you on your stay
• Maria (7/5): Good - We had a minor inconvenience with the electricity but the staff responded very quickly and fixed it. The place is very close to the city center. Too many stairs even inside the flat, so if you are visiting with elderly people is not very recommended. The kitchen is placed in one of the rooms which wasn't shown in the pictures.

• Cheri (9/5): Great place to stay, exactly what was advertised. Owner was very responsive to emails etc. - Great location for walking from the train station and to walk around the city. The keys were easy to get out of the lockbox but using the keys themselves was a bit of a struggle. Some of the doors were tricky to get the keys to work.

• Gary (5/5): Great location but disappointed with inside the apartment - The communication was great and someone met up and shows us around.the location was fantastic. Everything is so close at hand.the heating in the apartment was nice and hot. I booked for 3 days at a great rate and had to book an extra day but the rate was 3 times as much and they would not reduce it.the apartment was dirty on the walls and floors. There was mould behind the bed and in the shower. The fridge was noisy. There were party’s in the evenings either side.the sofa bed was bad and the pillows were disgusting.the place could do with a repaint at 150 a night. The communicable area was a bit of a mess.
• Sair (9/5): It gave our four-day stay in Florence a perfect wrap. The cleaning staff were hospitable. - The location was in the heart of Florence historic centre, everything was accessible. The host was responsive and very attentive to the customers' needs. The facilities we needed were all available. None
