• Rebecca (1/5): Very disappointed, ruined our stay in Milan. - The location being close to the city It was very dirty on arrival , cleaner arrived two hours after we arrived because the owner didn’t mention to the cleaner company about our reservation.locks on doors didn’t work so all of our personal belongings were at risk of being stolen. The WiFi did not work on any of our devices . There was health and safety risks ie no information on how to exit the building in the case of a fire which was very dangerous. The exit button had no signs to indicate that it was the actual exit button ( it appeared as if it was a light switch not near the exit door so the first night of our stay we were locked in and as a result hungry until the next morning. The owner did not communicate with us well and stated he assumed we knew where the button was to exit!! While getting changed before leaving at 11am the cleaner attempted to walk in despite the fact that the owner stated he would arrive at 11.10 when we would have been gone , my son was in his underwear at this point which startled him .
• Ela (9/5): We would choose it again. - Good location, lots of space, the flat has a lovely energy. Noisy, but I got earplugs and had an excellent sleep after that.

• Nikolina (8/5): Loved it - So spacious and excellent location. Plus the parking is a MASSIVE bonus. Our check in was delayed by more than 2 hours
• Reda (4/5): Disappointing - Before arriving, I told that we will need a parking space and they assured there’s a spot in a garage and send the instructions. The problem was that the most important part of the instructions was missing. I mean, we didn’t know where they left the keys to the garage and couldn’t enter it. We arrived late at night and assistance was offline already. We were looking for a parking space for 1.5 hrs and had leave the car very far away from the apartment. Because to find a parking spot in Milan is not an easy task to do, especially during nighttime. That was very energy and time wasting. Next day we finally got the rest part of the instructions and found the key 🙃

• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and comfortable. Do not expect SUPER modern furniture and accessories, but the apartment has everything you need, is cosy and very well located. Parking in the garage is easy and secure. The host responds immediately and is very nice. Slightly noisy.

• Iliya (8/5): Very good flat,relatively close to the center and relatively close to a metro station and a tramway - The flat is really good. Furniture is ok. the electronic door lock/unlock system is a hit and miss. Getting inside the flat for the first time (using passwords, codes etc.) is a nightmare.

• Anton (8/5): Very good - The location of the property was near the canal and the nice restaurants. The city centre is near and it is easy to go there by foot to go shopping.
• Elina (8/5): Great location quiet property with car parking. - Excellent location. Garage for car a bonus. Very quiet despite being next to the popular Navigli area. Very spacious rooms. Ample storage space. Landlady very responsive in general during arrival as access to property is somewhat trickier than I'm used to. Whole property could do with an update, a lot of the furniture is old and some is starting to fall apart. Bathroom needs modernising. Would have like some coffee and sugar available. Also we had to sort our child's bed which was undone. Better lighting is essential. Instructions on how to switch on heating would be good. Some general info on buses/trams/area and amenities would be useful.

The sink in the bathroom the pipe was broken so not fix before people will come. And the air con not cold enough still was hot inside the house.

Too many keys and a different key for 3 doors. We also had to call a phone number twice to gain access. Very difficult and confusing.. it would be much better if someone could meet you

Really quite neighborhood but at the same time very close to bars, restaurants etc. No complaints, the apartment met my expectations and is well worth the price I've paid.
