• Shuruq (7/5): اقامتي كانت اربع ايام واستمتعت جدا - أخذنا شقه عباره عن غرفتين ومطبخ وحمامين كانت نظيفه ومهيئه فيها مواعين وكل الاجهزه تشتغل باللمس عجبتني جداً من حيث النظافه وسرعه تجاوب ورد الموظفين معاك حتى اني واجهة مشكله بالتدفئة وتعاونو معاي على طول ورسلولي موظف يسويلي المكيف للتدفئة لان الجو كان بارد وقدامها ترام يوصلك لكل مكان وحولك مطعم بيتزا لذيذ حبيت امان قفل الشقه مايفك إلا بلينك يرسلونه لك الي ماعجبني مافي كنب للجلوس عليه وايضا الحمام فيه شباك مكشوف كل الجيران يشوفونك وانت بالحمام عااادي وايضا المطبخ فيه شباك على الشارع مافي ستاره وكل الناس تشوفك واحس ممكن احد يخش مع الشباك ماهو مأمن اتمنى بس تعديل هالشيئين ويصير كل شي ممتاز
• bugaru marcel (10/5): Comfortable stay in Milano in a central area - Good conections, near to Center and 2 minutes walking to restaurants, bars, pastry and different stores maybe a little bit noisy
• Zdravka (9/5): Fantastic flat and great location, with transport options around to choose from. - The flat is great, beautifully and tastefully decorated as you can expect when being in the fashion capital of Europe, also spacious enough for 3 people as this is what we booked it for, en suite bedrooms with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with a wash and dryer; The location was a great surprise - it felt posh and safe. It was not only a 20 minute walk from the Duomo, but the street itself has plenty of really quality restaurants you can indulge after a long day of sightseeing. Milano is a very well maintained city, wide and clean streets with lots of shops and restaurants, as well as fantastic cultural and historical sights. Don't hesitate and book your trip to Milano - you will not regret it :) Not that it really mattered for me, but it could have been nice if the TVs were smart so the guests can watch Netflix, Prime or other apps in different languages as if you don't speak Italian it's kind of useless to watch telly. A small sofa in the living room it could be nice addition as well. However, when you are in Milano, the city has so much to offer so one can hardly feel the lack of the above points.
• Goudelas (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and the amenities of the apartment. - The apartment is of high standards and the staff is very helpful. Very close to the center, transportation, great restaurants and super market. I strongly recommend it.

• Carola (9/5): Schönes sauberes Appartment, sauber, modern, zentral.Gut geeignet für 2Personen oder 2Paare. Das nicht vorhandene Wohnzi - Super zentrale Lage mit Tram vor der Tür und große Auswahl an Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad und einen Fernseher. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher ein Bidet, Duschgel. Die Wohnküche war gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und Kaffe, Tee und Zucker. Ebenfalls Essig und Öl, Salz und Pfeffer als Mini-Set. Dafür gab es kein Wohnzimmer. Wir vermissten eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Heizung, da uns nachts zu warm wurde. Es gab keine Müllbehälter im Hof und keine Info wo wir den Müll hinbringen können. Der Ofen funktionierte nicht. Die ganze Wohnung war mit Bewegungsmeldern für das Licht ausgestattet, wo es auch keine Info über An und Ausschalten gab.

• Saurabh (8/5): We felt at home at this place. - Conveniently located next to a tram station and places to eat. Getting in and out was easy using my mobile device. There were a couple of issues which the management go fixed promptly.

• Robert (8/5): Given the very modern technology used for security, lighting, etc., more information in the online manual would be helpf - Once we settled in to how things worked, we were happy. The location is very close to public transport which in August’s heat can help reduce the walking. Good wifi, 2 bathrooms, for us firm comfortable beds, excellent washing machine, well equipped kitchen but we ate out all meals. Grocery store minutes away. The hosts were very pleasant and proactive to deal with from the moment we booked , checked in and checked out. The QR code linking you to apartment information etc, really contained nothing useful like how to work the light switches….it meant our first night we had to try and sleep with a very bright light on. 2 fridges but no milk which we regard as standard. Graffiti on kitchen windows meant we kept the shutters closed which is a shame as it is the main window connecting to outside.

• Peterbelfast1985 (7/5): Good - The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. Listing promises a living area, family room and sofa, however there are none of these. The apartment is a corridor, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with a table and chairs. In fairness to the staff they accepted this, apologised and made a nice gesture to compensate for this which we appreciated.
• Linda (3/5): Poor - The location We arrived, and the room wasn't set up in the correct configuration. We didn't have hot water. The heating wasn't working properly. It was extremely hot. We had to sleep with the windows open, and the bathroom tiles were hot to walk on. In our check-in process, he didn't explain any of the facilities. I was able to contact the apartment to get help with all the issues, they came every day. However, for 6 nights I expected more. 😒

• Leslie (8/5): Very good - Location was adjacent to streetcar, which made travel to Central Railway Station a breeze and good access to adjacent neighborhoods. Loved the thoughtful design details: hooks in bedroom, washroom design, wardrobe storage, washing machine, high ceilings, and lighting. The bistro next door was a delight and we ended up eating there everyday! I missed having a fan as I often wake up over heated in the night. Coffee pods weren't my favourite.
