• Marie (7/5): Great location, could be better with cleaning and updates. It is an affordable option! - The location was great because it was so close to the train station and within an easy walk. There were lots of places to buy groceries and a good laundry mat nearby. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the street market had very good fruit and vegetables. We could also walk most places in about 30 minutes, like the Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. The kitchen could use more cleaning. The pots and pans are in rough shape and needed to be replaced. We had to wash coffee cups and other things in the kitchen because they weren’t cleaned properly. We were four adults and planned on making most of our meals so it was a bit disappointing. Also, it’s on the third floor so there are some stairs to climb. I’m not sure if that was in the listing but it’s good to know. The other thing to be aware of is the early morning market set up because it is noisy. We didn’t have a great sleep on Wednesday night and it was a little scary because we didn’t know what was happening.

• Alex (10/5): A cozy, spacious apartment on a central location - Lovely, comfortable apartment a breath away from the Termini station. Marta was very accommodating and helpful with clear instructions and immediate responses when we inquired about potentially extending our stay. Booked this as a family group of 4 and we were very comfortable. Might be an issue for some less mobile travellers as there is 3 flights of stairs and no elevator but we were personally not bothered by it.

Aunque los dormitorios daban a la calle, no había mucho ruido. Mejoraría el tema de limpieza en general (no es aplicable a las sábanas que sí que estaban limpias).

• Clare (9/5): Excellent third floor flat with two good sized bedrooms, perfectly located to explore this beautiful city! - Very comfortable, quiet, well equipped flat in an excellent position- 30 mns walk to the Colliseum, Trevi Fountain, 7 mns to Termini, the main train, bus, metro station. Small daily street market outside the flat, perfect for fresh fruit and veg; excellent bakery next door for fresh bread, cakes and take away food. Nothing.

• Deborah (9/5): Build up your muscles and stay here!! The location is incredible. - The location was incredible! It was a spacious apartment. The AC was great. It was clean. Laundromat steps away. There are a lot of stairs because the ceilings are very tall and in Europe they count the ground floor as 0. So, third floor is four flights up and they are big flights. After intensive sight seeing, it can be a challenge for some or even most . Regardless, we would return and train better! The shower didn’t have great pressure. It wasn’t a problem for half of our family, but two of us needed more pressure.

Everything from fresh produce to clothing. Air conditioning was great often had to turn off or add a blanket. Beds were comfortable. Apartment clean and cozy. Stairs

• Serge (9/5): Superb - Great location close to the central train station, and most of hop on hop off buses. Many shops, bars, and restaurants around plus the market, just on the street you are living. The only thing the market opens at 7 a.m. but people start to build their stands around 5:30 - 6 a.m. 😀

If more than 2 of you need a shower, the hot water rubs out so plan your showers carefully! The stairs were fine for us, but if you have mobility issues you will really struggle.
• Deanna (10/5): Spacious apartment near Termini station - The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us because we needed access to Termini Station. The kitchen was larger than average with counter space and a large sink. The induction cooktop took some getting used to, but it kept the space cooler, and the kitchen was equipped to do some cooking (oil, salt, pepper provided). The bedrooms were huge, and the bed was very comfortable. There was adequate water pressure for a hot shower and plenty of towels with a towel warmer. There was a grocery store nearby, plus a small street market just outside our door to get some fresh produce. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and easily walked to the many attractions. No pods were provided for the coffeemaker, and no Moka Pot was available. We just went to nearby cafes for our espresso, which worked fine. Be aware that there are many steps to reach the apartment. Street noise (3am delivery truck; we just closed our shutters and put on the air).

• Charlotte (7/5): Good - Location (easy walk from Roma Termini), residential building in neighborhood with choice of restaurants and close to some interesting sites. Good instructions to enter the building and the apartment. We liked the spare but authentic furniture, the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. The stairs (3 levels up) are fairly daunting and it takes a bit of figuring out how to get out of the building (locks, release buttons for gates); the information map on the wall and the coffee making equipment need a little attention.
• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - everything was top. the apartment is located on the third floor, without an elevator (it wasn't a problem). the apartment is located in the center. the owner is top class., very nice and helpful person. everything written in the offer is true. the kitchen is very well equipped. the apartment has: air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, wardrobes, towels, bedding, duvets, blankets, hangers, table, chairs, etc. see you soon

• Brenda (9/5): Quiet place far from downtown - The hotel was nice, big room and very quiet I did not like the fact that is far from everything and I wish they could have better breakfast. They only had coffee and bread no eggs or ham or something healthier .

Marta was so helpful and easy to contact. - Outside of very busy tourist areas, but close enough to walk most places or take the metro. There is an excellent bakery located in the same block, also convenient laundry services. We could hear the neighbours whenever they were home but they could probably hear us too! And that’s not the fault of our accommodation.

• David (8/5): Charming old apartment in a very central location. - Nice solid, secure apartment within easy walking distance (8 mins) of Roma Termini station. Equipped with every necessity including Wi-Fi. Also had a map of nearby shops and restaurants with recommendations by the owner. Arrived after 8 p.m. so had to take a taxi for couple of Kilometres and back to collect the keys to the apartment. Would advise an earlier arrival.
