• Marta (10/5): - Spokojna dzielnica, blisko do Canale Grande, w pobliżu lokale gastronomiczne z pysznym jedzeniem i umiarkowanym cenami. Na piechotę można szybko dojść do głównych atrakcji Wenecji. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem.
• julie (9/5): - Location - only 4 mins walk from Rialto Mercato or Bridge, so easy walk to just about any of the sights, vaperetto, Alilaguna airport transport, corner Spars, restaurants and bars... Very quiet area. If you've never been to Venice before, it can be disconcerting to be down the little back streets but it felt very safe - and we eventually mastered the quickest way back! Very comfortable bed+ well equipped/appointed apartment generally. Light-filled. And fabulous to be able to have breakfast on the balcony each morning. Nothing! It IS on the 4th floor, with a number of short flights of steps, so anyone with mobility issues would likely struggle but we're in our 60's + had no difficulties at all (one is post hip and knee replacement).
• Konstancja (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely, comfy, clean apartment with a little terrace with a view over Venice roofs (also from all the windows). Paola was a great host and communication before getting into the property was excellent. Quiet location but close to all major city attractions and the vaporetto stop. We loved the neighbourhood, particularly local bars and the fish market! Kitchen was well equipped and we took advantage of that, rather than constantly spending money in the tourist trap restaurants (we made exceptions for the local cicchetti bars though). Definitely would love to go back, we enjoyed it so much! Perfect romantic getaway!

Incredible breakfast on the balcony. We are very grateful to Ms. Paola for her hospitality and valuable travel tips and restaurant choices for dinner.

• Lindsay (9/5): We hated for it to end. ❤️ - Location was wonderful and Paola was lovely- attentive but not intrusive. We loved the coziness of the flat and look forward to our next stay there. Pay CLOSE attention to Paola’s instructions about how to arrive there. (If you use the water taxi, get off at the Rialto Mercato stop, NOT the Ponte Realto, for example.) I attempted to use the listed address in my phone and we ended up rather lost. **This is a complaint that is virtually unavoidable in Venice** Because we were on a high floor, the stairs seemed endless. There is no elevator, and so your best bet is to pack lightly, and/or store the bulk of your belongings elsewhere. 
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - good location, spare umbrellas were helpful as my personal one was stolen on our first night. It rained almost the whole time making the balcony almost not useable. Very sad we couldn't use this
• Dorothy (9/5): Superb - Loved the location near to Rialto but out of the crowds of the peak tourist area. Close proximity to Rialto Mercato vaporetto stop made this a very convenient location. The apartment was private with a balcony, exceptionally clean and well set up with everything you could need, even a washing machine. The air conditioning was well utilised during a very hot weather stay in Venice. Welcomed personally by the host on arrival and shown around the apartment. The stairs were a challenge at the end of a long day but the cool welcoming apartment made it more than worth the climb.

• Janus (9/5): Nice cosy rooftop apartment with a quiet balcony - Warm welcome by the hosts with some good restaurant suggestions. Location is central, but quiet. Very clean! Nice small balcony overseeing the rooftops on the backside of the building. Would come back again any time. Bed a bit squeaking, screws need some tightening. Should be a quick fix.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy apartment with fantastic small terrace on the upper floor in the heart of San Polo just few steps from Rialto bridge. Bright living room with a balcony which is probably the best place for a morning coffee) nothing
