• Moritz (10/5): A near-perfect flat for a city trip in Florence, and a very, very helpful and professional landlady. - The location of the flat could not be better: everything is within walking distance, and there are very good restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The neighbours were loud for quite a while on one evening shortly before midnight, but, as I said, only on that one evening. Otherwise, the flat was pleasantly quiet despite its location in the pedestrian zone.
• Marina (10/5): A perfect stay in beautiful Florence - We loved everything about Silvia's apartment. It is located on a quiet street near a bus stop. There was a gelato place right next to our doorsteps and we enjoyed it many nights after dinner. I read many reviews before our travels and I can conclude that this apartment has everything you need for an excellent stay: a/c in each room that keep us cool day and night, most comfortable beds and pillows, very quiet at all times, strong water pressure, super clean, dishwasher, and of course washer and dryer!!! We did not have any mosquitoes at all in the apartment but we did keep our windows closed. Silvia and her husband met us at the doorstep when we arrived, helped us with our luggage ( there are stairs to the 2nd floor), offered us cold water, and gifted us a bottle of Chianti. Silvia was always available to answer any of our questions through Whatsapp and responded promptly. She gave us an info book where she listed restaurants that we should try if we wanted to live like a local Italian. All amazing spots and many near the apartment. Thank you Silvia for sharing your picture perfect home with us! Nothing
• Jana (10/5): The Perfect Apartment for Your Stay in Florence - We spent a wonderful week in this charming accommodation and couldn’t have been happier! The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The key handover was smooth, and the thoughtful gesture of providing water and excellent wine on arrival was much appreciated. The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen. A helpful brochure with tips on local restaurants and bars was a great touch. The location was ideal—just a short walk to major sights, excellent restaurants, and shops. This accommodation is truly a gem, ideal for anyone who values privacy, comfort, and flexibility. We had an unforgettable time and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. A heartfelt thank you to the hosts for this wonderful experience—we will definitely come back!
• Breda (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location with very friendly hosts - Our host Silvia was very helpful in advance, whilst we were staying & as we departed for the airport. We really enjoyed the cosy comfort of the apartment, the beautiful bedrooms & having 2 bathrooms. The location is great. You feel in the middle of Florence with some great places nearby for gelato, coffee, plus other shops. It was easy to walk to & from the historic centre. If we wanted to go back during the day it was easy to go back out to the centre again. Florence was beautiful. We hope to get back again.

• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - We had fantastic time in Florence thanks to Sylvia and her husband, the owners of this charming apartment in Santa Croce area. Everything was great: from fast and efficient communication via WhatsApp to the apt itself. The apt is located in Santa Croce area, close to everything. Only 20 min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. 5 min walk from Coop (it's a huge supermarket) and all the major attractions in the city (we didn't use any buses during our stay). The apt is very comfortable, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 shower though) and fully equipped kitchen. I honestly felt like home. Everything was in working order and there was a book with all kinds of instructions on how to use equipment, where the trash bins are etc etc etc. If I had a question, Sylvia answered in within 5 min. Very quiet apartment with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops around. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with no reservations!

• James (8/5): Very good - Good wifi, met at door by host, very easy check in, quaint room at top of 57 stairs, air con in Living room and bedroom won't go below 22oC, good kitchen, quiet neighborhood. Excellent clothes washer. 2nd bedroom fit for small dwarf, 2nd bathroom marginal (less than 1 meter wide, down five stone stairs, dangerous at night)

Well furnished with dishes, etc. Hosts were super friendly and checked in if we needed anything or to answer questions often via WhatsApp. Street noise from the people at restaurants and bar could be loud at times, but I expected that. Second room was really small for an adult. Bathroom lighting was not good for putting on makeup and there was no makeup mirror.

• Maria (10/5): So very very nice. we've been here thrice! A gem located in the best part of Florence :) - Everything about this stay was wonderful! It is our third time staying here because it is so amazing. The hosts are wonderful. They make you feel at home and know Florence very well and provide terrific advice on cultural activities and places that that only Florentines would know about! The location is fantastic, and everything is within walking distance including museums and the famous Saint'Ambrogio market, the beautiful gardens and all kinds of restaurants and shops! The apartment itself is clean, cheerful yet elegant, and comfortable with everything you need-you can actually cook here comfortably if you want home food. The water pressure and hot water are great, the beds are comfortable, the Wifi works well, and the bathroom is clean and well designed, and there is even a clothes dryer, if you need it, which is a rarity in European air B and Bs. Our experience was superb and we will return for sure! Nothing

• Maria (10/5): Best stay in Florence-Even Dante would agree this apartment is Paradise! - This is our second time staying here, We love it so much we wished we could stay longer! The hosts are friendly and professional, and made us feel right at home. We were greeted warmly, and given the keys directly with no wait at all. There were even welcome bottles of water and a very good wine waiting for us when we checked in! There is a nice booklet in the apartment with helpful information about the apartment. There are so many great places to eat and places to shop nearby. It is a short walk to the many attractions, yet the windows shut out any noise. The kitchen is perfect, with anything you might need! The beds are very comfortable, the sheets and towels fresh and clean. The layout of the apartment has a nice flow, so the place feels airy and spacious, There are roomy wardrobes to organize your things and desks to write or catch up on work. The temperature was very agreeable (we were there around the Christmas season). The apartment even has a washer and a dryer which is rare for Italy and really nice! The sparkling clean bathroom is spacious and everything worked great. There is a taxi stand not far from the apartment too so getting to and from the train station is super easy. Th BEST gelato in the world is the Gelateria di Medici just steps from the apartment. We were there almost every day. We can't wait to book here again. This is a a paradise of an apartment in beautiful Florence.
