Asciugamani e lenzuola presenti per tutti gli ospiti, accesso all’appartamento e al palazzo con utilizzo di pin molto comodo e soprattutto il deposito bagagli utilissimo. Pochi gadget offerti come la carta igienica che essendo in 7 non è bastata purtroppo e un solo dispenser di sapone nel lavabo.

Apartamento absolutamente limpo, e acomodou muito bem minha família com 5 pessoas. Ótimas instalações, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Apenas agradecer a excelente experiência que tivemos.

- Alicia (3/5): No lo elegiría de nuevo. - No tenían jabón de ducha ni shampo lo cual hubiera preferido saber para llevarlos. Por otro lado se nos terminó el papel higiénico de noche; había q pedir código e ir a buscarlos (estaban bajo llave) muy complicado por no dejar a mano un par de rollos extras. El último día a las 7 am nos abrieron la puerta para entrar (calculo alguien de limpieza) vio q estaba ocupado y se retiró. Pero ya nos habíamos despertado. No tiene cortinas solo los postigos de la ventana entonces si queres luz natural te ven todos los vecinos (mi habit daba a la calle)

- Valérie Jeanne G. (3/5): Très mauvais rapport qualite- prix - La situation La propriétaire ne nous a pas prévenus que le logement ne serait pas disponible à l’ heure prévue. Nous avons du patienter decant la porte jusqu'à 17h45 au lieu de 16h sans aucune compensation ! Un grand manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers la clientèle. Le logement est très mal insonorisé niveau rue , en plus de la porte d’ entrée métallique qui "claque" à chaque entrée ou sortie du bâtiment ! Le logement était propre mais il nécessite un rafraîchissement en profondeur, murs abîmés, tachés, humidité, tâches de moisissures dans les sanitaires et odeurs désagréables. De surcroît, la literie n’ était pas confortable ! En résumé, très mauvais rapport qualité-prix !!!!

Metropolitana "Duomo" a 3 Min dall' appartamento ottima per raggiungere zona Toledo e piazza Plebiscito. Stanza pulita. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check gratuitamente. Letti e cuscini comodi Consigliato per le famiglie! Mancanza di una finestra nel bagno poiché dopo la doccia c' era l' effetto nebbia padana.

- Stefano (9/5): - Posizionato in zona tranquilla e silenziosa per la notte, l’accesso a tutti i servizi in forma smart ovvero con un link inviato dall’host su whatsapp ti permette di aprire le porte dell’appartamento, il deposito bagagli e molto utile il dispencer dell’acqua per la notte. Ben posizionato, circa 1km a piedi (10 min) dai luoghi piu suggestivi come quartieri spagnoli e via toledo. Ottima soluzione per piu famiglie in quanto si trova in una palazzina con diversi appartamenti. Host molto disponibile in chat.

- Ursular (9/5): Vatikanische Museen und die ganze Stadt sind wunderschön. - Die Lage ist einzigartig in einer schönen Straße mit Restaurants und vom Balkon hört man die Glocken der Peterskirche, zu der es nur 300m sind. Besonders schön am Abend wenn es dort ruhig ist. Der Lift ist hoffentlich inzwischen repariert, denn die 4 Stockwerke sind mühsam mit Gepäck. WennSie im Appartment kochen möchten, bringen Sieam besten einen Kochtopf oder eine Pfanne mit.

- ELISA (4/5): - Posizione ottima, nell'offerta non era compresa la colazione, quindi non posso esprimermi Appartamento troppo piccolo da proporre a 8 persone tutte adulte o quasi come eravamo noi, inoltre pulizia scarsa. Se poi avessimo deciso di mangiare all'interno (cosa che non abbiamo fatto) non ci saremmo stati tra noi e le valigie, quindi non adatto al numero che eravamo, al massimo poteva tenere 4 persone , non di piu'.
- Nilde (7/5): Séjour en fin d'année 2025 - Bonjour, nous avons apprécié le calme de l'emplacement, en centre ville, le confort de la literie,le chauffage,le transfert à 2230 de l'aéroport à la résidence, la réactivité de Pina lors de nos échanges. Pour un loyer mensuel hors saison de 3000 euros, plus de 800 euros pour 6 nuitées... On peut exiger que l'équipement de la kitchenette soit plus complet, ainsi que le mobilier du salon et de la salle de bain. La propreté laisse à désirer car il n'y a pas de balai etc. pour faire le ménage à l'intérieur du studio. Nous avons écrit à Pina la liste complète des nombreuses améliorations à apporter. On espère qu'elle en tiendra compte pour les futurs clients.

Le modalità di accesso e check-in e la disponibilità dello staff che ha risolto rapidamente un problema con il deposito bagagli. La cucina era priva di qualsiasi ingrediente per preparare i pasti. Vi sono le stoviglie ma mancava di olio, sale, zucchero, caffè, etc.. Abbiamo fatto scorta in un vicino supermercato ma avremmo gradito vi fossero almeno alcuni prodotti base.

La posizione è un grande valore aggiunto: situato in una zona vicinissima ai principali servizi e alle mete più interessanti della zona. Spostarsi è stato semplice e piacevole, e questo ha reso l’intero soggiorno ancora più scorrevole. In generale, è stata un’ottima scelta e tornerò volentieri. Consiglio questo B&B

- Darrigrand (6/5): - L'appartement n°2 est spacieux avec une chambre et 1 canapé lit dans la pièce principale. La chambre se trouve en cour intérieure donc très calme. Il est très bien placé pour visiter tout le centre historique et aussi se rendre à l'embarcadère pour les îles. Il est relativement neuf. L'appartement n°2 se trouve en 1er étage peu élévé et manque de lumière et il sent un peu le renfermé. La cuisine manque réellement d'équipement pour cuisiner (nous n'avons fait que les petits déjeuners mais pour 3 personnes, il n'y avait pas assez d'ustensiles et vaisselles). L'arrivée se fait en totale autonomie avec une tablette fixée à l'intérieur de l'immeuble (heureusement qu'un habitant nous a ouvert nous n'avions pas le code de l'entrée principale). L'hôte répond au téléphone.

- Aneta (6/5): Położenie jest w dobrym miejscu - Dobra lokalizacja Obiekt jest przystosowany dla 2 osób, my biliśmy w trójkę , pokój posiada antresolę na której jest podwójne łóżko, wieszaki na ubrania , biureczko więc można się tam wygodnie rozpakować , natomiast na dole jest tylko kanapa stół i krzesła oraz aneks kuchenny , brak natomiast jakiegokolwiek wieszaka oraz półki-szafki na ubrania nawet przy drzwiach wejściowych

- Prange (10/5): Apartament w sercu starego Neapolu. Praktycznie wszędzie blisko. Niedaleko stacja metra. - Apartament z antresolą jako sypialnią. Duża, przestronna łazienka z bardzo ciepłą wodą. Czysto i schludnie.

- Caterina (9/5): Well located renovated room near duomo station - Renovated room inside an older building just a couple blocks away from Duomo Station (1 station away from the central train station). Entrance / luggage storage was very easy and comfortable, since they have different door codes + self-service lockers available on the ground floor. We got the studio apartment for 3 people, so the sofa bed used a good amount of the living room. Still, we had more than enough space to walk around and for luggage. Working kitchen with all of the basics. Very nice and comfortable bathroom. Prime location for going on day trips to Pompeii / Herculaneum. The shower door doesn't seal completely when closed, so a bit of water comes out anyway. Bedroom looks into a closed space with other buildings so we preferred to keep the curtain closed.

- cecilia (8/5): Posizione ottima, ampio e comodo appartamento ben arredato - Sarebbe stato gentile da parte dell'host fornire prodotti per la toilette, degli asciugamani in più e del caffè/thè. La culla che ci hanno fatto trovare su richiesta in realtà è un box non adatto per far dormire un neonato.
- Norbert (10/5): Nagyon jó helyen van közel mindenhez. - Központi helyen van,tiszta szállás! Metró és a belváros pár perc séta. Belépőkóddal lehet bejutni, az ingyenes vízadagoló nagyon jó! Van lehetőség ingyenes csomagmegőrzésre ami ugyancsak kóddal nyitható. Nem volt olyan!

- sonia (6/5): Misleading ad, - This is a difficult review. Be sure to click photos of the apt you choose. As the general pictures are misleading and lead to our disappointment. The room was clean and issues we had were taken care immediately . Good communication with Hostess . Not a great neighborhood, trash was in the alley everyday . Ad says Hotel, this was not a hotel but an apartment building . We did not feel safe and left Naples . The ad say historic area lol the locals said not safe area .
- Pau (7/5): - Bona ubicació, net i mobiliari nou. Molt petit, un sol WC i dutxa per 8 persones em sembla insuficient.
- Marinella (7/5): Centralt i fräsch lägenhet. - Läget mitt i det historiska centrumet och den nyinredda lägenheten var bra. Kylskåp sängarna, dusch och litet kök med Mocca- kaffepanna.. Bra att det fanns vatten att fylla vattenflaskor med både frissante och utan. Det var krångligt att checka in . Samt otroligt varmt o svettigt - även i lägheneten. Men tyvärr omöjligt/ jättesvårt att starta AC anläggningen. Vi gjorde som intruktionen sa. Väntade 5 minuter inget hände. En kväll skrev vi till uthyraren via WatsApp (såg aldrig någon) hen skrev att hen skulle försöka (vet inte hur). När vi kom tillbaka efter måltid gjorde vi två försök och lyckades starta ACn vid andra försöket. Det var underbart att kunna sova en natt utan att svettas. Vi är två väninnor typ äldre men vana att resa och även digitalt kunniga. Sen tycker vi det är synd att Napoli är så skräpigt. Soptunnorna töms men alltid överfulla soptunnor i gränder och på gatorna. Massa skräp utanför som inte sopbilen tar med. Kommunen borde satsa på att städa sin intressanta och vackra stad som nu göms under skräp. Anställ fler och avlöna soparbetarna högt. Deras arbete skulle rädda Napolis rykte.

- Laura (9/5): Turistinė kelionė su draugais. - Laukinių ir vidinių durų spyna atrakinama interentu su kodu, tik ryšys interneto Neapolyje tarp namų nelabai koks, tai kartais sunku buvo prisijungti prie durų atrakinimo. Norėjosi daugiau šviesos kambaryje, buvo pirmas aukštas ir visos langinės užvertos ir tamsu. Bet suprantama dėl to, kad langai iki žemės ir langai į gatvę, tai nelabai ką ir pamatysi.
- chiara (7/5): Tutto ok - La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e chiara nelle spiegazioni per il check in svolto online e successivamente in autonomia. La struttura dispone di un servizio di deposito bagagli, sicuro e comodo. Inoltre, è stato possibile effettuare il check in ore prima rispetto all'orario programmato. Il nostro appartamento era il n.6, e lo abbiamo trovato come nelle foto. Posizione comodissima e sicura. Come già indicato alla proprietaria, segnaliamo che uno dei due letti presenti nel divano letto era privo di lenzuola e nelle indicazioni vi era indicata la presenza di una macchinetta del caffè, cosa non vera. Inoltre, essendo in 7 ospiti sarebbe comodo fornire all'interno dell'appartamento strumenti per pulire come ad esempio una semplice scopa, per riuscire a vivere il soggiorno in modo consono e lasciare l'appartamento pulito. Un'ulteriore pecca era l'odore sgradevole all'interno del palazzo.

- Pili (10/5): Comodità e attenzione ai dettagli - Appartamento confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Stanza perfetta e accesso tramite codici e link ottimo e semplice da usare. Posizione eccellente e proprietaria gentilissima: nonostante la sua presenza non fosse fisica, è stata sempre disponibile per fornire tutte le informazioni richieste. Consigliatissimo!
