• Girija (7/5): Good experience. Would visit again. - Location very central. Decent cosy place. Would visit again. Showers could be cleaner. More plug points in the living area. Struggled to find one for ironing. Kitchen is decently equipped with materials. Kitchen towels could be added. Bidet could be removed and replaced with faucet to maximise space in bathroom.

Appartement calme Le nécessaire pour la vaisselle, et la lessive est fourni Les montants du lit étaient cassés. Le matelas était plié en deux. La cuisine est un peu de basse qualité. Il manque des torchons

• Mylène (4/5): Bien situé mais mal équipé - Proximité du train, métro et endroits touristiques Fauteuil complètement défoncé: on sent tous les ressorts! Pas de four, ni micro-ondes.
• Harald (3/5): Dieses Apartment kann leider nicht weiter empfohlen werden! - Man konnte alle Ziele sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Bett bot einen guten Liegekomfort. Leider waren viele Einrichtungselemente des Apartments verschmutzt, z. B. die Kissenbezüge des Sofas, die Toilette, das Badezimmerwaschbecken, der Fußboden des Schlafbereichs, die Türdichtung der Waschmaschine und auch der Kühlschrank. In der Spülmaschine lag noch verschmutztes Besteck. Das Fliegennetz war defekt und die Lampe an der Eingangstür war aus der Wand gerissen und wurde nur über das Elektrokabel gehalten. Außerdem hingen Elektrokabel der Beleuchtung aus der Dunstabzugshaube. Die Couch war total verschlissen und verschmutzt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Der Kleiderschrank wurde als Ablageort für Putzzubehör, z. B. Putzeimer und Putzlappen genutzt und war mit seiner Innenausstattung extrem einfach gestaltet. Eine der zwei Gaskochfelder war defekt. Shampoo und Duschgel war nur für 2 Tage anstatt 6 Tagen vorhanden. Die Duschkabine war mit ca. 60x60 cm sehr klein.
• Luisella (10/5): Breve soggiorno a Roma in una posizione più che perfetta ad un prezzo competitivo! - Posizione spettacolare! Letteralmente svoltato l'angolo ci si trova di fronte al Colosseo! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Qualcuno ha scritto qualcosa di poco positivo sui letti...beh devono avervi ascoltato perché noi li abbiamo trovati comodissimi. Siamo stati nell'appartamento solo due giorni, si tratta di un appartamento piccolino, adatto a coppia giovane. Non adatto a persone di una certa età (scalini per salire sul soppalco abbastanza piccoli, assenza di ascensore nel palazzo, appartamentino piccolo). Per le nostre esigenze perfetto. Ci torneremmo in un'altra occasione. Giusto un piccolo appunto sul corridoietto all'ingresso dell'appartamento (pavimento sporco e lampada all'ingresso da sistemare) ma nulla che ci abbia disturbato eccessivamente.

• Trinidad (7/5): Estancia de cinco días en Roma - Ubicación ideal. Barrio estupendo. Reforma del apartamento adecuada. Aire acondicionado. La cama tenía alguna madera del somier rota. Limpieza algo mejorable. El bloque y la zona común del edificio está sucia y descuidada.

• Maria (7/5): Very good choice - The apartment is at a perfect place in Rome, you can go anywhere either by foot or by public transport. The metro station is very close and also several bus stops. It's on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Very quiet although on a busy neibourhood. It is quite big and comfortable, very well equipped and clean. The management is perfect, on time for giving me the keys and very helpful. I really appreciated the little details that show an extra care: coffee capsules and for the kitchen new sponges and personal liquid soap for dishes. The bed is very comfortable. The shower needs a refurbishment and the cabin is too small with an opening of just 30cm to enter. The pillows are too thick.
