- Lauray (10/5): - Lorenzo was an excellent host. He greeted us upon arrival and took the time to share information that enhanced our stay. He even allowed us to keep the luggage after checkout so we could enjoy Florence a bit longer. Thank you Lorenzo - we can’t wait to return!
- selin (10/5): Harika ötesi. - 5 gece konakladık.Temiz, güvenilir, rahat. Evdeki olanaklar çok yerindeydi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi ve çok kibardı. Her şeyi çok beğendik çok güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Her şey çok güzeldi.
- Catherine (9/5): A Charming Stay with Warm Hospitality in the Heart of Florence - The hosts, both Lorenzos, were incredibly accommodating and made sure we truly experienced the beauty of Florence- grazie mille for such wonderful hospitality. They provided us with maps and reference books, and even gifted us a bottle of wine—a very thoughtful gesture. Their recommendations on places to eat and visit were extremely helpful, especially since it was our first time in Florence.
We had a spacious and comfortable stay. The apartment is quaint, neat, and beautifully decorated, capturing a sense of classic and timeless Florentine elegance. Even the stairs leading up to the apartment felt full of character and history.
The location is also very convenient—close to the train station and easily accessible to many points of interest.
We would absolutely love to stay in this apartment again when we return to Florence in the near future.

Nada
- Emma (10/5): -
- Olga (10/5): We had wonderful time! - Property is clean, centrally located. Walking distance from all major attractions.
Host and his help are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing
- Rosine (10/5): October in Florence in a lovely apartment - The owner's employee, called Lorenzo "Due" (he has the same first name as his boss) greeted us in the street at the building's door and carried our suitcase to the first floor. The apartment was welcoming and we immediately fell in love with it. A bottle of wine was also waiting for us.
The apartment is quiet, but being in a very narrow street, we could hear passersby at times. That didn't bother us, it added to our Italian neighborhood experience. It is very well located, a few minutes by foot to the Santa Maria Novella train station (very practical as we were traveling from Rome by train). It is close to restaurants and supermarkets. Of course within two minutes of walking from the apartment, the Campanile appeared to our eyes as well as the Medici chapel (in a different direction.)
Lorenzo the owner was extremely attentive to our comfort and interest in the culture and history of Florence. He gave us the historical background of the building, one of the oldest in the historic center, formerly a palace in the 14th century. We just loved that! Lorenzo was available at all times, and we could easily reach him via Whatsapp.
Despite its old age, the apartment has all of the useful amenities, while having been restored with attention to historical detail and taste. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere during our 12 days visit in Florence. There was nothing that we didn't like.
- Sandy (10/5): we would stay there again. And the wine was delicious. - safety features we were very late arriving, our flight was delayed.
The keys to get in were unreachable on a ledge and we coud not see them to understand where they were. Some friendly locals helped us (the guy was very tall). Alonzo thought the apartment was unlocked as he had arranged, however that was not the case. Had we been on time, everything would have been exactly as he said.
- Christine (10/5): Wonderful communication and excellent stay! - Great location, felt very safe, well appointed! Nothing!
- Douglas (9/5): Enough room for three people to have their own space. - The location is in the center of everywhere we wanted to go. Extra pillows/ blankets were available with a washer. Furniture is rustic and old world which is very unique but could be updated just a bit. Bed a bit on the hard side which i liked, not so much for my spouse. Loud from street however is quite normal for the city.
- Byrne (10/5): -
- Sergio Dayas (10/5): Experiencia maravillosa - Todo en general. Apartamento confortable y ubicación excelente Todo genial. No hay nada negativo
- Ekaterina (10/5): -
- Kimberly (10/5): This is a great place to stay when visiting Florence.highly recommend! - Perfect location. Very clean. Host very accommodating! Nothing
- Bridget (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location, with really helpful support before and during our stay - We'd been in touch with 'virtual' Lorenzo in advance, and he'd invited us to come directly to the apartment (less than 10 mins walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella station) even though we were about an hour early for check-in. 'Real' Lorenzo met us outside the house, and showed us around the vast apartment, making sure we had maps and other local information before leaving us to settle in. The apartment was the largest we had in 3 weeks, and a perfect half way between station and Duomo, so you could reach everything. Not a problem for us, but stairs are steep (but then it is an ancient, character-full building)
- Darcy (10/5): Perfect location, great hosts and a fabulous well appointed apartment. - My wife and I stayed 5 nights. The location is about 400 meters from the Santa Maria Novella train and bus station. Very close to several main attractions in Florence. The apartment has several rooms that are all very boutique. Curved doorways, herringbone style floors and great wall coverings. 2 bedrooms, a good kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower and 2 other rooms to relax or eat a meal. The Lorenzo(s), yes two, were very helpful in securing our stay and showing key attractions for us to visit on a map. There was nothing at all that we did not like about the apartment.
- Shuhei (9/5): Superb -
- Veronica (9/5): Superb - Right from the time of booking Lorenzo was in contact. Their support was wonderful - warm and accommodating.
Location - superb. Less than 10 minutes from the train station, easy walking distance to all the major sites and at the corner of the street were at least 3 restaurants and 3 wine bars. After a busy day being a tourist our ‘locals’ were heaven sent.
- Chapman (10/5): Excellent. A very welcoming host. - The host could not do enough to help us. Personable, friendly and very welcoming. The shower was very good and modern and the apartment was very nicely furnished with every amenity needed for a nice stay. Doors were a bit sticky but nothing that couldn't be worked out.
- Christina (9/5): Wonderful - Florence is a lovely city with so many Wondeful buildings to admire. - The apt was very quaint and rustic Italian style. Very cosy and lovely big rooms.
Exceptional location, 5+ minutes to all general sightseeing areas and lovely shops.
- Linda (9/5): Fabulous location, lovely apartment. - This is a lovely older style apartment. Feels authentic as opposed to your standard hotel room. Apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and really well positioned. An easy walk from the station and to main attractions. Lorenzo was an excellent host. Great communication and service. Highly recommend. Nothing
- Sabrina (10/5): The host Lorenzo was very kind and efficient. Great apartment, perfect location. -
- Warren (9/5): Great room and convenient to explore Florence -
- Karen (10/5): Great spacious apartment within 8 minutes walking distance to the train station SMN. Very centrally located. Close to ev - Very spacious apartment in a wonderful location! Lorenzo was available at all times to answer any questions & he offered a list of his favorite places to eat and go.
- Edmund (7/5): Great location and host, and adaquate facilities. - The greatest attibute was its location!
The host, Lorenzo, gave us alot of great recommendations for dinner, gelato, etc. Only 1 bathroom; no elevator; television had limited english channels; unlike other places we have stayed, the host had very limited welcome provisions, such as coffee, milk, cheese, etc. , but did leave us a bottle of wine.
- T (10/5): Wonderful and would stay again! - We had a great stay at Trebbio! The apartment surprised us by being more spacious than expected, and having a very cool layout. The amenities in the apartment are also great. Great bathroom, comfy bed, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location is also fantastic, it's walking distance to everything and you really feel the wonder of being in 16th century Firenze!
A lot of guests mention noise. The apartment is by a smaller street, but it can have a lot noise on it. During the day, we loved this ambience. It added a great feeling to sitting at the table with our morning caffe. At night, if you are sleeping in the back bedroom you don't hear much and it's peaceful.
We would definitely come and stay again. Grazie mille! This is so small. The apartment does get the occasional mosquito in through the windows. I think if the hosts include a mosquito spray or deterrent then it is easily solved. Plus, there are A/C in every room so you don't need the windows open all the time anyway :)
- Mary (10/5): We were very happy with it all !! It was also nice to have a few supplies left there for us. We love Florence!!! - It was clean and both Lorenzo’s were very nice and good communication. The location was perfect! It was a nice touch to have the wine there. Thank you The dining room chair covers should definitely be changed. It would also had been nice to have the mosquito vapor up and running. We did find them and bought refills. Other than that all was good 😊
- Ciaran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rebecca (9/5): Great location and beautiful apartment. - The apartment was spacious and had everything you would need. The hosts were great and met us on arrival. It was very useful being given 2 sets of keys as well. The wifi had issues the whole time we were there.
- Kim (9/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Flirence - The owner and his team were very warm and personable. The apartment was exactly as described. Very close to many activities and sites. This was my favorite place that we visited in Italy. Everyone responeded quickly to any questions. Nothing
- Lisa (10/5): Fabulous! - The apartment was wonderful! Had everything we possibly needed, both Lorenzos were very kind and attentive and in the best location in Florence possible ❤️
- Wilhelm (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, very friendly host. The kitchen is quite small for 6 people. The sofa bed has quite a thin mattress.
- Monika (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment that was so close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely - Great location; met by host (Lorenzo) who was very welcoming and provided information; comfortable apartment that had everything we needed. Nothing of note.
- Conceatta (9/5): Great n unforgettable host. - Location & the warm hospitality welcome from the host. Nothing.
- Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very clean, enough room for the family of 4.
- Jo's (9/5): The perfect apartment for a four night stay in Florence! - The perfect apartment for a four night stay in Florence!
The apartment is in a very old building in the centre of Florence within walking distance to all the sights. It is also a seven minute walk to the train station which was great for the day trips to Tuscany and Cinque Terra.
All the facilities are modern but the age of the building provided us with some interesting discussions about who has lived in the building over the years, the different ceiling and floor designs and the delightful wall paintings and decorations.
We were met by Lorenzo number 2 who provided us with a lovely bottle of wine.
Front rooms can be noisy but this is to be expected given the position of the apartment. Did not bother us.
Comfortable beds, antique furniture and a well stocked kitchen added to our excellent stay. Mosquitos in back bedroom-not sure where they came from?
- Bob (10/5): Outstanding example of old Firenze - Beautiful old Florentine apartment; Lorenzo was a perfect host Some nighttime noise
- Fiona (9/5): Great few nights in a home away from home - Very comfortable apartment in great location. Washing machine was very handy. Nothing
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Amazing reception from Lorenzo. The apartment is roomy with lots of charm. The place has everything you need. Close to everything.
Great restaurants nearby. Try Ciro for the best pizza in Florence.
- Danielle (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (9/5): We loved our stay, very central to cafes, bars & restaurants - We loved the location, so central to everything and a short walk from the train station.
Our host Lorenzo was excellent, friendly & welcoming. Even had a cold bottle of wine in the fridge for us. The stairs up to the apartment were a bit daunting to start with, Lorenzo helped us with our luggage.
We did get used to the stairs, but hey it’s in the historical part of Florence no lists here.
- Jennifer (9/5): Love this charming apartment - Quiet and central location. Shower pressure is great. Washing machine and drying rack come in handy. Very big space where u can spread 4 suitcases. Would recommend to friends. Weak a/c in the bedroom facing street.
- Angharad (10/5): New to the city, we had no expectations but the location was fantastic and for such a prime location it was reasonably p - Great location, tidy, clean, comfortable and attractive decor. Nothing to dislike!
- Lisa (10/5): Loved it! - It is a great location and a beautiful apartment. The host was also very helpful.
- Renee (8/5): I'd love to stay here again but the noise level is just too high at night. - Pros: good location close to a wonderful Piazza and near the Duomo. Lots of space in the apartment. The host met us there and they left a bottle of wine! Hosts were very responsive. The only downside is that the front bedroom and sofa bed both face the street. I was surprised how noisy it was at night. People were walking down the narrow street talking loudly very late into the night. It was a very rough first night trying to sleep in the front room. I eventually moved into the "back" bedroom around 2:00 and slept with my daughter. Upside was that the bed is large--seems to be a king.
- Will (8/5): Lovely apartment - Beautiful apartment, spacious and beds were very comfortable. The host Lorenzo was excellent - made you feel very welcome and always available if you had questions The apartment was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep, especially in the front room.
- Kieran (10/5): Centrally located, very clean and huge apartment. - centrally located, spacious with a fantastic host.
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
There was one flight of stairs to go up for anyone who wants to know.
- Norman (10/5): great place to stay and located to see the city - awesome highly recommended
clean and neat all sites nothing to dislike
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
It was homely and comfortable Nothing
- Joann (9/5): great location, close to everything! we loved Florence - The kitchen was well stocked with a few essentials. the beds were very comfortable. Lorenzo was great !
- Velez (10/5): Exceptional - The property was spectacular with more than enough space and conveniently located. The host was accessible and helped explain the layout of the city. I would stay here again if I were to visit Firenze in the future.
- Emer (10/5): Exceptional -
