• BOGDAN (10/5): - Foarte grea comunicarea cu angajați.Raspund greu la telefon,delesatori,Am stat 40 de mi ițe in stradă până au răspuns la telefon. Pentru acest lucru le ofer o stea.Licati ok,curata dar aveți grijă cu aceștia,incercati sa luați toate informațiile de la aceștia până ajungeti la locație,coduri de acces sau chei.Tot este digital se poate intra în locație doar cu telefon mobil. Comunicarea proasta cu angajați,foarte proastă.

• Saúl (10/5): - El apartamento es perfecto para una escapada a Milán. Es bonito, bien situado, limpio y tiene de todo, cocina, lavadora, baño bien, sofá cama ok. No se le puede pedir más Quizá tenga poca luz, unas lámparas más potentes ayudarían, pero el sitio esta muy bien, lo recomiendo 100%.

• Valeeva (8/5): - Очень сильно удобная кровать. В квартире было тепло отопление работает хорошо. Были проблемы с интернетом, но это вина предыдущих людей, которые отключили мадем. но всё решили довольно быстро.
• Maria Jesus (5/5): - La ubicación No estaba muy limpio y no tiene mucha luz exterior pues había que encender las lámparas incluso en días soleados. Además tuvimos un problema para acceder el primer día, pues al llegar a las 7 de la tarde, nos encontramos el portal cerrado. Llamamos al teléfono que nos enviaron por email y no respondieron a ninguna de las llamadas. Afortunadamente llegó una vecina y nos abrió las dos primeras puertas de acceso a la finca pero había una tercera y tuvimos que esperar a que llegaran dos vecinas más y nos permitieran pasar con ellas.
• YuChing (6/5): Aside from an awful check-in process (which really threw me off after a long flight) the room was clean and comfortable. - Very comfortable bed and clean room Check-in was a nightmare after a 14 hour flight. Instructions given mentioned the main doors being open, yet they were not. Number was given to call if gate wasn’t open, after buying a SIM card I still couldn’t get ahold of anyone. After calling booking, I still couldn’t get the door open. No one came to help even though cleaning crew was inside another room. I ended up following a neighbour inside just to get the key to the room which I felt very uncomfortable doing. Laundry machine was great but there was no drying rack, ended up hanging clothes on a curtain rod. Sink was also clogged, drained very slowly.

• lee (10/5): - Excellent location near to the canal areas with hundreds of bars and restaurants. Also really close to the metro. The apartment was a little tricky to find - the number of the property that the apartment is in, is above and to the side of the big doors and we couldn't gain access on arrival, but calling the number sent via the booking info and we were in pretty quickly, so no real drama Nothing really although I went with my 20 year old son so I used the sofa bed in the living area, and he the double bed but there was no bedding for the sofa bed that we could find but I slept ok.

• Mirek (7/5): Enjoyable stay despite a few hiccups - Excellent location close to restaurants and metro. Walking distance to main tourist attractions. No wi fi at all despite contacting management several times and being told they would attend to. Incorrect code initially given for electronic lock entry.
• nele (7/5): Propere en leuk app met alles van faciliteiten - Het bed De donkere ruimtes… er is weinig lichtinval. En je hoort de buren super goed.
• Marina (10/5): - The apartment is in a very good location, there is the best ever coffee shop just next door with the best pistachio croissants. Bars, shops, restaurants, metro station are just minutes walk. Duomo is walkable distance as well. The street where the apartment is located has a very busy night life, however at the same time you don't hear any noise when you are indoor. Accomodation is well maintained, clean and has everything you could need, the bed is comfortable. We arrived late and we were explained and directed fast and easy how to get in to the property, thanks to Support. I would 100% suggest this place for Milan stay and would stay there again if decide to come back.
• Marie (8/5): Schönes Appartment in Toplage mit Optimierungspotenzial - Die zentrale Lage mit Nähe zum Navigli Kanal und der Bahnstation Porta Genova. Die Größe der Wohnung und das Wohnhaus im allgemeinen. Sehr viel Stauraum. Modernes Bad mit angenehmen Wasserdruck. Leichter Abflussgeruch in Wohnung. Sehr wenig Tageslicht. Türschloss wirkte etwas unsicher auch wenn wir während unserer Zeit keine Probleme hatten. Nicht alle bereitgestellten Töpfe und Pfannen funktionierten für die Kochplatte. Keine Handseife. Bettlaken wirkte nicht ganz sauber.

• Konjit (6/5): Complicated payment process. - The rooms are clean , the location was very good The rooms are dark . No adequate light . The city tax payment should have been included in the price so that I could have paid all together. The staff were reluctant to give me the information how to access the apartment until I paid the city tax . It was very frustrating inconsiderate to refuse giving me information about the apartment until i was almost approaching Milan station . The city tax was only 40 euro and i was ready to pay . The internet connection on the train was bad to transfer this amount . They could have some level of trust to a custmor and minimize the stress .
• Emma (10/5): Amazing stay would reccomend 10/10 and good value for money - The apartment was spacious and we were amazed at how nice it was. It has everything you need, the bathroom was lovely, the bedroom was amazing. The bed was super comfy and massive, we loved the memory foam mattress too. The living area was spacious and chill. The location was great couple minutes walk to the Canal. There are a lot of great restaurants on the road the apartment is on we tried 2 and were very impressed. 25 ish mins walk to the Dumo, much better than getting the metro as you can see the sites and explore. The host was lovely and left us with all the correct instructions and details. Very stylish apartment I would say it's more than just basic and has lots of nice finishing touches. We were so glad we stayed here rather than in the center of Milan as it is much nicer socially and the canal and bars and restaurants along there are lovely. Nothing!
• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - It was a beautiful apartment in a very convenient area. You can go everywhere with the metro that is a few minutes away or by foot just walking through Navigli to the centre for about 20'. It's a value for money choice.

• Eeske (7/5): Good for short stays - Good location, metro 5 min walk. By metro u can reach entire city, though in 10-20 min walks u can reach the centre with shops etc. Restaurants all around. You enter through several doors before reaching the courtyard with all apartments so you’re away from the busy street. The place was not as clean as expected. The dishwasher broke during our stay and we notified the owners, unfortunately they did not inform us that they had send someone to fix it so we were surprised to have somebody by the door. The machine could not be fixed. Furthermore the towels, pillows and mattress were not of great quality so it did affect our backs, neck/shoulders. The laundry machine works well but there is no place to hang or dry clothing. Since we booked for a longer period we would have liked to change our sheets but there was no other bedding available. The same goes for the towels, of which there was only 1 set per person to shower, no towels for the kitchen. The kitchen furthermore missed certain items like scissors, sharp knifes, cutting board etc. Ultimately, the place is suited to cook your own meals and gives access to explore the city quickly. The rest of the stay just requires some adjusting.
• Tommy (8/5): location great and overall good - location was great. small supermarket and metro close by and bars restaurants just around the corner on the canal. checking in was well organised. apartment was clean, secure and peaceful. Most people may like a full memory foam mattress but it wasn’t for me. A/C was easy enough to use and it does work but it wasn’t as cool as I’d like it to be.

• Eleni (9/5): Excellent location, all-around good choice - Fantastic location, near everything in the hip Navigli neighborhood and very easy access to public transportation. Clean, quiet, comfortable apartment inside a building complex, very secure. Very accommodating hosts, very responsive, the whole process was seamless. For the price and level of the accommodation, I expected much better (newer, better condition) linens and towels, and a better coffee maker.
