• Eliot (8/5): Czterodniowy pobyt dla czterech osób. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko centrum (do Koloseum ok. 1,3km) i dworca Roma Termini (ok. 400m), miła i pomocna obsługa. Dostępne żelazko - wg mnie niezbędne. Dostępna włoska kawiarka i bardzo dobra kawa - dzięki czemu poranek staje się milszy. Dostępne niezbędne przybory kuchenne w tym płyta gazowa oraz lodówka. Czysta pościel i komplet ręczników. Mieszkanie czyste. Łazienka w pełni wyposażona. Klimatyzacja zarówno w sypialni jak i salonie. Miły upominek powitalny 😜 Kanapa w salonie dość niewygodna. Brak czajnika, który w łatwy sposób umożliwiałby zrobienie herbaty. Dla 4 osób (po rozłożeniu kanapy w salonie) zostaje niewiele miejsc

• Diego (9/5): Cómodo, excelente atención - Gran ubicación y excelente atención del anfitrión, que nos asistió en todo lo que pudo. Vivienda espaciosa y camas cómodas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Aunque en nuestra visita hizo buen tiempo y no hizo falta utilizarlo, entiendo que en otra época del año esto podría ser un problema.

Le menage tres douteux Des tachrs dans le lit Pour aller dans la chambre , ilfaut passer dans le salon ,quisertde chambre egalement Les photos ne reflètent pas la realité de la disposition des pieces, de la vetusté de la salle en bain en particulier, et de la cour interieure .
• Dealer-Shetler (8/5): В целом все понравилось и было удобно - Расположение отличное, рядом с вокзалом Термини. Квартира очень атмосферная - винтажные потолки, фурнитура на окнах и дверях. Дом старинной постройки. Квартира неплохо упакована - кондиционеры, небольшая кухня, даже стиралка. В ванне обстановка довольно «уставшая». Старый жилой фонд - это на любителя. Район вокруг не очень приятный, грязновато и много мигрантов из стран третьего мира… Такая квартира идеально подойдет для одной ночевки перед отъездом, когда надо с утра бежать на вокзал. Для длительного проживания на каникулы не рекомендую.

• Mj 73 (4/5): Finde en Roma - La ubicación al lado de Termini bien porque por el horario de los vuelos era importante estar cerca de la estación. Con otros horarios la zona queda lejos del centro como para ser cómodo. La zona no es de las que te hacen sentirte más "seguras". El apartamento amplio, pero la limpieza deja bastante que desear, tuve que fregar todo antes de usarlo. Menaje e instalaciones muy descuidadas. El sofá muy, pero muy incómodo para dormir. De hecho yo diría que está roto...

Trapo de piso es algo que suele faltar en los baños. Es algo simple y que ayuda mucho al orden y limpieza, por lo que sugeriría agregarlo. El resto, impecable.

• Mariusz (5/5): - Na plus lokalizacja, kontakt z opiekunem obiektu, miły prezent dla gości. Po pierwsze zdjęcia nie pokazują stanu faktycznego miejsca. Nie jest to pokój w stylu hotelowym. A raczej mieszkanie włoskiej cioci, którą odwiedza się na wakacjach. Wiele do życzenia pozostawia czystość. Wszędzie wisiały pajęczyny, ściany były pobrudzone, no i niestety w pokoju i w łazience znajdowała się pleśń.

Остановились в течении нашей поездка 2 раза: по приезду и под конец отпуска. Во второй визит подарили комплимент в виде бутылки просекко. Очень рекомендую это место. Однозначно вернемся! Нет

• Zoltán (10/5): - Tiszta, csendes, jól felszerelt szállás, 3 percre a Termini-től, a közelben 5 perc sétára szupermarket, a római látnivalók többsége 20-30 perces sétával elérhetőek. A vendéglátók igyekeznek minden kérést teljesíteni, órákkal a megbeszéltek előtt elfoglalhattuk a szállást, a hűtőben pedig behűtve várt a pezsgő 😀 Köszönjük még egyszer is Tony-nak és Vincenzo-nak 😀😀😀 A kihúzható kanapé lehetne talán picit kényelmesebb, de semmi egyéb 😀

• Zeynep (9/5): Superb - The host was very punctual and friendly. The room is not big, but large enough. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with many basics, so you can fix a breakfast easily and even cook you lunch or dinner. The location is central. There are many shops around. The station is 10 min on foot. You can also walk to many touristic spots.

• Thanos (8/5): Warm and charming apartment - Charming and beautiful apartment with character. Clean and nice, with everything you need and a kitchen in an independent space. Great location, near historical center by foot and metro. The indoor a/c units need immediately antibacterial cleaning, because are full of dirt, which is very dangerous for visitors health. We needed to use it in the early raining morning but we didn't, due to so dirty a/c parts. Also we think the owner should do something about the step before the door, beside the table (a sticker or something) because we hit ourselves several times.

• Tarek (7/5): Basic amenities and good value for money for travellers with no disabilities. - Easy and straightforward contact and interaction with the the very helpful and nice host, Alessandro. Excellent location near Roma Termini Station where you can find everything you might need, Extra clean room, bathroom, kitchen, floors, sheets, towels...etc. Relatively well equipped apartment with all the basic amenities and equipment (wifi, fridge, stove, utensils..etc.) Clean Italian bathroom with bidet and shower. Acceptable furniture, practical large closet. Although the location is close to Roma Termini station, yet it is still at least 8 minutes walking distance from any Metro Station, including Termini and Vittorio Emmanuelle Stations, which is tiring especially at the end of a long day of walking and visiting sites in Rome, so take that into consideration. Apartment is on the first floor with no lift, so it is not suitable for anyone who is suffering from any disability or a bad back or is not fit enough to carry his bags up the 17 steps to the apartment, in-spite of Alessandro's assistance in carrying the bags. Two air-conditioners in the units, one of them definitely needs repair. Toilet seat cover is broken and needs repair or replacement. As in most buildings around Roma Termini , the dated building needs some touching up, so does the entrance courtyard and neighbor's yard leading to the apartment for a more impressive approach.

• Nora (7/5): close to termini, comfy, but not very clean - great location, close to termini, but not too close, very quiet apt well equipped both beds were quity comfy for us bed linen and towels were clean and fresh bathroom did not feel clean, dust and mold were on the floor and walls if the couch is open, it takes up the living room space
