• Paola (8/5): - la posizione è fantastica, eravamo 3 donne da sole e il fatto che fosse cosi centrale è stato molto comodo. i due piani di scale a piedi, un po faticosi, ma lo sapevamo già e non eravamo sorprese, l'appartamento comodo e ben pulito. il Self check in ci ha permesso di avere subito la stanza quando siamo arrivate.

• Guillermo Sayol (4/5): No volvería!!!!! - Muy bien ubicado Muchas cosas en estado deteriorado. La pintura en general estaba sucia y gastada. Estaba con polvo en los pisos y muebles. La cocina con un mueble roto y puertas caídas con una esponja usada. Sin paños para limpiar o secar. Suciedad de grasa en enchufe de la cocina El agua caliente se acaba pronto a pesar de haber sido solo 2 personas. Me terminé bañando con agua helada!!!!. El lavatorio del baño tapado, se llenaba de agua. Tebgo videos de lo expesa Muy malo.

Non funzionava il riscaldamento, non funzionavano i televisori e dal lavandino della cucina usciva puzza di fogna…

• Delalio (9/5): Appartamento perfetto per 2/3 persone, ottima la posizione - Ho viaggiato con mia sorella e ci siamo trovate molto bene. L'appartamento è spazioso per 2 o 3 persone, ma può ospitarne anche di più grazie al divano letto in soggiorno. Dispone di un piccolo angolo cottura, dotato anche di microonde e bollitore, oltre ad una lavatrice. In bagno non manca il phon. La posizione è ottima: in meno di 10 minuti si raggiunge la fermata Municipio, collegata alla linea 1 (gialla), che permette di arrivare facilmente al centro storico. Anche la zona di Via Toledo è comodamente raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. La proprietaria è gentilissima e sempre facilmente rintracciabile. Consigliato! Sarebbe stato carino trovare all’arrivo qualche bustina di tè, una bottiglietta d’acqua o qualcosa di simile, ma in ogni caso l’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario.

Attenzione!! Mentre sono in viaggio versò l’appartamento mi mandano un sms che devo ritirare le chiavi in un bar( professionalità meno di zero) Arrivo nel palazzo non c’è L'ascensore è l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano che ha le valigie è veramente faticoso. Arrivato davanti al appartamento ho aperto ho trovato un signore seduto su una poltrona sono rimasta scioccata… io ho prenotato un appartamento non una camera?!.. cosa veramente grave al interno del appartamento c’erano telecamere nascoste senza segnalare la presenza cosa gravissima.. ho chiamato l assistenza Booking ho mandato le foto delle telecamere al interno del appartamento. Sono chiamata da un uomo dove sono stata minacciata mi ha urlato dicendomi che ero una bugiarda che non mi avrebbe mai accettato la cancellazione della prenotazione. Alle ore 17 ho lasciato l’appartamento condiviso con altri persone. Ps sono stata chiamata dopo 3 giorni dicendomi che ho danneggiato dei oggetti al interno del appartamento che dovevo pagare un danno di 500 € Attenzione persone non corrette pericolose. ATTENZIONE RECENSIONE FALSE APPARTAMENTO CONDIVISO CON ALTRI PERSONE SOPRATTUTTO TELECAMERE NASCOSTE AL INTERNO DEL ALLOGGIO
• Joaquin (6/5): Excelente ubicación, cómodo y limpio. Desproporcionada relación precio-calidad - La ubicación es excelente! Muy cerca de la Playa del Plebiscito, la Galeria Umberto Primo, el Castel Nuovo, Chiaia y el Quartiere dei Spagnoli. El contacto con la anfitriona fue siempre muy atento y la comunicación siempre fui muy fluida y proactiva, ofreciendo soluciones. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y cómoda, y con una bella vista de la Piazza del Plebiscito. No hay desayuno. Muchas gracias por recibirnos! Como dije, estuvo bien. Simplemente, no es un 10, ni un 9, PARA MÍ. No por cuestiones de lujo: Notamos cierta dejadez en el departamento, si bien limpio, con detalles rotos o descuidados (ver fotos). No había más que un solo jabón de ducha, por ejemplo, ni vasos para tomar agua siquiera. La ducha estaba defectuosa y el bidet, tapado. Y, sobre, no hay relación con el precio. Un despropósito! Entiendo que el turismo en la ciudad está creciendo mucho, y con ello aumentan los costos para todos, como en todo el mundo. Y quizás no sea responsabilidad de un pequeño B&B el solucionar el problema de la gentrificación. Incluso me pregunto si yo mismo no estoy contribuyendo al problema al pagar estos precios, si bien fue por necesidad. Yo lo pasé de 10, y la gente con la que me comuniqué estuvo de 10. Simplemente, en mi opinión, este alojamiento está bastante lejos de ser un 10, y la relación con el precio pagado es disparatada. Pero es un lindo y cómodo lugar para disfrutar Napoli al máximo!
• Markus (9/5): Perfekter Ort, um die Stadt zu erkunden, direkt an der Via Chiaia, der Via Toledo, an der Oper - Perfekte Lage, direkt an der Piazza Plebiscito mit Blick über den Platz aufs Meer und dahinter die Berge. Sehr lebendig. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das WLan hat während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert.

• Giulia (7/5): - La posizione è ottima ed è semplice raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni. Sia il letto che il divano sono molto comodi e l’appartamento è luminoso. Connessione a internet veloce. Non notificata la mancanza di ascensore con conseguente difficoltà con i bagagli. Vista la presenza di soli oscuranti alle finestre, di giorno bisogna accendere la luce per avere privacy-potrebbe aiutare avere delle tende ai vetri oltre agli oscuranti.
• Sofia (10/5): amazing, totally exceeded my expectations - I got such a good service. First, they were totally flexible with my check-in time. Second, totally didn't expect it but someone actually came to meet me, show me the room, give me the keys and ask if I need anything. Also, they were super responsive. The apartment itself was amazing, exceeded my expectations. It was at the center of everything in the city -all the best restaurants, cafes, historical monuments and the beach. walked the city and enjoyed it very much.

Host met us at door but communication was difficult since we did not speak Italian. Trying to communicate in a text. They would just say. I don't speak English. • Anne (5/5): Great potential but needs investment - Very good location, within walking distance of key areas and Metro station. Very comfortable bed and air conditioning worked very well. We were given a midweek towel and linen refresh. The apartment is very tired and is overdue a refurbishment and is not of the quality described. The whole of the kitchen area needs replacing, cupboard doors hanging off and appliances old. No freezer compartment in the fridge. The kitchen sponge supplied was well used and there was no cleaning products. The main shower head in the bathroom wasn't working, the shower racks were rusty and the towel rail hanging off. The shower room sink plug didn't work. There is no privacy in the apartment....easily sorted with a voile curtain. Groups of young people gather in the square outside the apartment until past 3 am and make a lot of noise. This is possibly a Naples problem.

• Tatjana (8/5): Very good - Over all the apartment met our expectations and it looked like on the pictures. The location was very convenient. And the view through the window was amazing overlooking the piazza Plebiscito, you can even see the sea. We were enjoying the wiev while having the breakfast. It is walking distance from the port, what makes convenient if you go to the islands just for a day. Metro 7-10min walk. Plenty of restaurants. I believe nobody comes to Italy to stay at the apartment and cook. So the kitchen is minimalistic, only the most necessary things were provided. Kitchen towel would be good to have though. The fridge was set to minus, so our breakfast supplies like buratta cheese and salad leaves froze to ice cubes, it didn't came to our minds to check the settings. But for the next day we increased the temperature and it was OK. In the night piazza Carolina (the actual address) is very noisy, but ear plugs or just the closed windows helps. We used air-condition just for one night, it worked properly. The host was very helpful, she helped with anything we needed. We even got some sweets as a surprise treat. I definitely can recommend the place. The only down was the mattress, it lived its life. You can feel the springs all over your body, and it is not pleasant. My husband went to sleep on the sofa, as he couldn't stand to sleep on the metal stuff sticking out. On top the mattress's springs were so noise, that I woke up each time if some of us moved. Please, it is time to say good buy to this one.
