Great host , always lightening fast with a reply if needed. The apartment itself has very spacious bedrooms and is great place to stay and relax after a long day exploring .Beautiful place. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning/heat was easy to operate and comfortable. Loved having the Nespresso machine. The blackout blinds were great and it was very quiet despite the activity in the street. The water pressure was light in one of the bathrooms. Otherwise, it was great.

• Pauline (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous location, very busy in the centre of Naples. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. Showers are very good and beds comfy. Host is always available and very helpful

• Konstantin (9/5): Superb - Awesome apartment on Via Toledo, very close to Piaza Plebiscites and Galeria Umberto I. We were a group of 5 and the 3 available rooms were a perfect fit. Two bathrooms and a nice kitchen (though we didn't cook). The owner was very helpful over Whatsapp and we didn't need to meet. All in all a very stylish, comfortable apartment with atmosphere. These are nitpicks, but here they are: Access by car is difficult and we had to move our luggage from the nearby square. Elevator is quite small and requires 10c coins on workdays. Some smell coming out the drain in one of the bathrooms.

• Chloe (10/5): Perfect - The ALMA was perfect for my family’s stay in Naples. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located in Naples near shops, restaurants and cafés. Alessandra was a great host - quick to respond, helpful when I had questions, and offered plenty of recommendations for things to do in Naples.

Even though all communication with the owner happened over whatsapp she was super helpful and quick to respond! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and the location was great :) More than enough space for 5 people and having two bathrooms/showers was amazing!! Unlike a lot of other places I’ve stayed at before the kitchen really was equipped with everything we needed and enough plates and cutlery for multiple meals, super happy with that :D Grazie! -

Near to loud main street Via Toledo BUT with noise-proof windows. Very helpful host. Easy to choose this place again next time. Nothing.
