Excellent selection of restaurants close by. The host was very friendly and met us at the property and explained all the facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Nothing
• Clara (9/5): A Lovely Centrally Located Apartment in Milan - Excellent location, good transport link although I prefer walking. It took less than an hour for me to get to the Duomo Cathedral Square. Walking also allowed me to experience other local places along the way that I would have missed if I had use the public transport. The apartment was great, bright and very clean. It has all the amenities one would need. Tim the host explained what and where things are located in the apartment which was a great help. It was very noisy at night, the noises created by the bus/tram/general traffic. Although I am used to noise living in a big city I still find the noises quite loud and un-restful after a day out exploring.

• Işıl (1/5): awful - Nothing The owner, Mr. David, is an extremely rude, unreliable, profit-seeking individual lacking in business ethics. I booked a 14-day stay based on the 9.3 rating on the Booking.com website. The room was right next to the street, with no sound insulation whatsoever; all the cars and trains seemed to be passing right through the room. A bug was found in the bed. The mattress was extremely poor quality and uncomfortable. The glasses were dirty. I informed the owner about the situation. I asked for an other room. He said it was not possible they were overbooked. I informed him that it was not possible to stay there and ı would chechk out in the early morning. In the morning he said if someone cancels a reservation of the other room he could inform me. At hat moment there was no solution. Then I checked out. I told him that it was a long stay reservation that's why he should gave me back at least ten days price and city tax. He refused. He was unpolite and cruel. As a result I stayed only ONE night but I paid for 14 nights (4255 euro) and plus city tax for 14 days (132 euro). This is practically theft. I informed Booking. Worst of all Booking did nothing. This business absolutely does not deserve a 9.3 rating. It deserves a rating of only 4-5. I gave a huge amount of money just because of my thrust in Booking. Booking has no concern that someone clearly seeking unfair gain could unfairly obtain this rating on booking website. It's bookin's responsibility to take measures to protect the customers from being misinformed by such unscrupulous businesses. Why would people book through booking if booking offer no protection? Booking should stop doing business with this company and make an effort to ascertain the true situation. otherwise booking may be just an organization sitting at a computer, hoping to get rich by collecting commissions through a false, virtual facade of trustworthiness? I want to believe booking is not.

• Václav (10/5): Great place to stay in MIlan - The location of the apartment is great. There is a tramstop in front of the apartment, that takes you tio the center or metro. The host is super nice and very helpfull. Apartment has everything you can think of, It is clean and very well equipped. Next time in Milan i will definitely try to stay there again. 10/10 Nothing. everyhing was great and as expected.

The location in a charming neighborhood offered convenient access to Milan's city center via tram no. 16, with the stop situated directly outside the apartment. The Duomo was accessible within a mere 15 minutes. Davide and the entire team were always approachable and remarkably kind.

Przystanek tramwajowy dosłownie pod samym blokiem, w którym znajduje się apartament. Przejazd do centrum Mediolanu ok. 20min. Sokojna, cicha okolica. -

• Chudomira (9/5): Great location - The location is absolutely the best thing about the property - nice and calm neighbourhood, close to city centre, tram stop just in front of the building, bus stop 2 min walking distance. The apartment we were staying in was clean, spacious, had all the facilities we needed, and was very warm. The host was very polite and helpful. The only downside of the property is that it is noisy - you are able to hear cars and people walking and talking on the street, as well as the tram, since the stop is right outside. This was not an issue for us, since we all have deep sleep, but it could be a problem for people who sleep lightly.

Dejaron bebidas en la heladera cerveza y agua, muchos cartuchos de cafe y sacos de te para la estadia. Cuenta con lavarropas, heladera, TV, WiFi. Unico detalle de nuestra habitacion es que tiene muchos desniveles con escalones, no recomendado para personas con movilidad reducida. Todo perfecto

Zaraz obok klatki schodowej znajduje się przystanek tramwaju ( jak ktoś ma delikatny sen to może przeszkadzać )którym można w 20 min dojechać do centrum . Bilety można kupić w aplikacji ATM Milano na metro, autobusy, tramwaje .Przecznica dalej znajdują się przystanki w kierunku dworca. Mieszkanko było bardzo czyste i ciepłe . W lodówce czekał na nas miły prezent powitalny. Nic.

Апартаменты находятся прямо на трамвайной остановке Это возможно не минус, но горячая вода идет из бойлера — лучше не запускать стиральную машину и идти в душ :)

• Amy (8/5): Porta Romana is a great place to stay in Milan! - The location of the Porta Romana apartments was superb. The tram stop to the Duomo was just outside the front door. There were many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and small groceries close by. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was very usable, and the towels were fluffy. Unfortunately, the microwave was not working. The shower door was coming off of its hinges, and the outlet plugs were difficult to use. The closeness of the tram might be noisy for some. One especially troublesome aspect arose after we had departed. I left some medication, a sleeping mask, and earplugs in a drawer by the bed, but when I inquired about the medication, I was promptly told that there was nothing found. That raises two questions: 1-If the cleaners didn't find it, did they even look? Which suggests that the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. 2-If they didn't find it, did they keep it for themselves or throw it away? Which suggests disinterest for the client at best or dishonesty at worst. I can deal with the ear plugs and mask, but the loss of prescription medication was upsetting.

• Dean (10/5): Absolute gold. - Immaculately clean apartment. Fantastic helpful owners. Tram at front door into the main part of town. Good local restaurants within easy walk. I could go on. Nothing. One of our top stays in Italy, and we've had many over the years.
• Davena (8/5): Loved it, would stay again. Very nice and clean apartment. - Checking in was easy and David met us immediately outside and helped with luggage. Wish there were more restaurants in the area. Only one across the street, but was very good.

• Carol (10/5): Great value for money - Immaculately clean, fresh and modern. Tram stop literally outside building door straight into centre for €2 running every 15 minutes. Just small improvement would be to have USB charging points next to bed

Staff were super helpful with great local knowledge. A bit stuffy and the windows and blinds need to be closed for the noise.
