• ALICIA (10/5): Perfect stay in Trastevere – beautiful apartment and outstanding hosts - Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is spacious, beautifully presented, very clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location in Trastevere is excellent — lively, authentic and ideal for exploring Rome, with many of the main attractions within walking distance. A special mention to Mirko and Aldo, who were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They helped organise transport to the apartment, welcomed us with a very helpful guide to the area and even left some food for us on arrival, including things for the children, which was a very kind and much appreciated gesture. Their communication was excellent and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made our stay feel effortless and special. Honestly, nothing significant. Everything worked very well and the apartment was exactly as described.

• Anchalee (9/5): Good location but not for people who are sensitive to noise. - The apartment is in a good location and has all the amenities. Noise from the street into the bedroom and the blanket is getting old and starting to smell.

They also checked in with us during the stay, to make sure we were happy. They had left a very helpful list of where to catch a cab, market locations, etc. and went through a map of the city with us. The apartment was wonderful. It had everything we needed. The basket of universal wall plugs was a very nice touch. The basket of goodies was very much appreciated. They thought of everything. Excellent hosts! I worry about street noise so we travel with white noise and that took care of it, if there was any. Only one of the bedrooms is on the street side of the apartment.

The hosts are better than most at providing all the important details, like coffee, a washing machine, and smart TVs that are large enough to watch in the evening. Everything was perfect. • Kathy (9/5): Wonderful Apartment, Perfect for Our Family Vacation to Rome! - The location of the apartment was perfect—within walking distance of most major attractions, and conveniently close to a taxi station for easy access to spots a bit further out. Our hosts, Aldo and his brother Mirko, were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. They checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, and were quick to assist whenever we had a question or needed support. They also gave us fantastic tips and advice for exploring the area. We used the airport transportation service Aldo arranged, both for our arrival and departure, and it was absolutely great. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There wasn’t much to complain about! Just a couple of minor things to keep in mind: the mattresses are on the firmer side, which might be less comfortable for those who prefer a softer feel. Also, there is a bit of street noise in the room with the jacuzzi tub, but it wasn’t a major issue for us—bringing a white noise machine helped cancel it out nicely.

The hosts have thought of everything. It is in a perfect location. Surrounded by restaurants. We walked to all the tourist attractions in the city. Nothing.

• Alyssa (10/5): Small group of 3 first time to Rome - This is the best b&b, highly recommend staying here for a Rome trip. After researching places to stay I feel like we lucked out with find. In trastevere the vibes are perfect especially the evening with amazing restaurants. We were still able to walk to Spanish steps and it was nice to come back and have amazing dinner places so close. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were great as well as little touches that made it feel like a home. What makes this place the best is the host. Aldo was so accommodating and attentive. He is also connected with Susannetta who helped set up tours for us which were amazing and I highly recommend using her. If I came back to Rome I would stay at this B&B again. Out of our 4 accommodations during our two week Europe trip this one was our favorite and most comfortable. Wish we had stayed at this location longer it would make a great homebase
• Corrie (10/5): Absolutely amazing and would love to book again!! - Great Trastevere location! Apartment had an elevator which was wonderful for our elderly family members. Apartment was very spacious, clean, had a small balcony, fully equipped kitchen, welcome basket, info on Rome sites (our host, Aldo, even spent time going over the sites and a city map with us!). One bedroom had a jacuzzi tub! Great air conditioning. Extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable host. Aldo is a true gentlemen. He even helped us book cars to the airport, not only for the guests staying at his apt, but for two other family members staying down the street! Nothing! There is no living room. That was fine for us but may be important to someone else staying there.

The apartment is very clean looks stylish and beautiful and has everything you need. The location is exceptional, lots of restaurants and walking distance to the main attractions. Inside the apartment was very cool (we didn’t need to use the air conditioner). The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor and the staircase was very easy to climb and it also has a small lift. Overall I loved the property. The front room can be a bit noisy from the street activity (we still slept very well). It didn’t have a lounge room.

It was a 30 minute walk to almost everything Rome has to offer. 30 second walk to the best food and gelato. The host Aldo has spent a ton of his time creating a welcome book that tells you the ins and outs of Rome. It includes things to do, best places to eat, and detailed maps of the area with the important parts highlighted. Our stay was enhanced 1000% because of his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond what is expected for a host. For the first time ever on a review of a property, I have nothing negative to say about the apartment.

• King (8/5): Great stay in a fun area - We had a fantastic stay at LikeYourHome. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check-in/out process was very straightforward and Aldo was a very kind and generous host who gave us lots of tips on how best to explore the area. Our first night there was Saturday and there was a lot of noise in the street. That’s to be expected in such a bustling community. Thankfully though it was quieter on the other nights. Noisy on Saturday night.

The apartment was fully equipped and beautifully furnished. Our host, Aldo, greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided us with a thorough orientation to the apartment and the area. He also checked in with us from time to time to ask if we were enjoying our stay and to offer assistance. This property is highly recommended! Nothing

Aldo very kindly met us at the apartment and provided us with maps detailing things to do and restaurant suggestions. The apartment was very clean and modern. Beds were super comfy and WiFi was secure and fast. Best of all, the location was wonderful. Right in the midst of many restaurants and small markets. Also easy walking distance to bridges and into the heart of Rome. Aldo also texted us about halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. I recommend this apartment very highly!
