В шаговой доступности вся необходимая инфраструктура: магазины, кафе, пиццерии. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Мы отлично провели время!
• Avraam (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν περιποιημένο και καθαρό ενώ η κουζίνα ήταν εξοπλισμένη με τα απαραίτητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός και ευγενικός Το δωμάτιο δεν είναι κατάλληλο για καπνιστές. Επίσης μας έπαιρνε περίπου 50 λεπτά να φτάσουμε καθημερινά στο κέντρο με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς

• Elena V (9/5): Luogo eccellente per una vacanza a Roma con concerto allo stadio - Ottimo posto per raggiungere facilmente a piedi lo stadio. Posto tranquillo, insonorizzato, con due supermercati molto vicini. Fermata del bus 32 proprio sotto casa per giungere in centro. Frigorifero grande, fornello, microonde e tutte le stoviglie per poter cucinare e mangiare. Aria condizionata. Doccia grande. Tante prese per la corrente. Consigliamo dei bidoncini per la raccolta differenziata e non un unico cestino e anche una scopa per tenere pulito autonomamente. Si può migliorare anche la comodità di letto e cuscini, ma noi abbiamo dormito benissimo comunque.

• Donna (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The location right at the bus stop. All of the air and natural light. The view. The sleeper sofa mattress needs replacing. Too soft, kept rolling to the center.

• Ristic (10/5): Exceptional - We had a really great stay. Stefano is a very responsive and kind. Although check in is at 14pm, Stefano wanted to greet us earlier becauase we arrived at 9am. The flat was ready at 11am. We were really satisfied with cleanless of the property. Location is good for money, it is not in city center but with verry good connection to it ( bus stop is in front of the entrance of the building which you can see on the photo) bus 32.
• Aniko (10/5): Exceptional - Nice flat, comfortable, small but cosy, good location. 25 min by bus from the center. Bus stop #32 in front of the building, #223, 10min down the street. Stadio Olimpico just 1,5 km. Next to the building bar for breakfast and shops for other goods.Recommended.

• Raffaella (10/5): Highly recommended to everyone who is looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay. - I loved everything about this property - the location, the peace and quiet, its informal and welcoming ambiance. A particular mention for the lovely shower and the view over the rooftops. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and polite. Stefano is a great host, who clearly loves what he does and cares about his guests' well-being. You need to climb a flight of stairs to get to the property from the elevator. It wasn't a problem for me (even with a suitcase), but it could be for other guests. The bathroom is small but well-appointed.

• Flávia (10/5): Fantastic - The house is small but really cozy and it has everything that is need to cook. The location is good, it has a bus station right in front of the house. Stefano was really nice with us and communication was good. There was a window that didn’t close so every morning I woked up early with the light from this window.
