- Soledad (10/5): Perfect stay with everything needed. - Couldn’t have asked for a better location, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to all main attractions. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen with toaster, kettle, etc. It’s an old church which makes it magical and super unique. The area is vibrant with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets less than 200 meters away. We got the deposit back within 7 days as previously informed. Thanks for everything! Just a small recommendation to get kitchen napkins, there was only a kitchen cloth.
- Alfonso (9/5): - El departamento es cómodo, y tiene de todo Había mucho griterío en la calle porque hay un bar en la esquina

- mmarvas (10/5): magnificent apartment in great location - The location and historic apartments with wooden beams and old brick are one love!!!
This was once a church, and now you're part of this renovation.
Living in such a wonderful place is a daily enchantment!
Your door, also a window, is a magical portal to Venice, which begins right from the threshold, as if you were living on a boat, and Venice is an entire sea. But beyond the door, it's not the sea that awaits you: there's the bustle of cafes and children playing football, and tourists just like you wandering around, glued to their phones and Google Maps. But this square is truly Venice, as if in the palm of your hand, and you can admire it without even leaving your apartment. This is a wonderful base for recovering from a day full of experiences. There are shops, cafes, and a bakery nearby. A water taxi may park right around the corner (but the prices! Oh! 70e from TS for 5min ride). Four days wasn't enough. Venice takes a lifetime, even if you're not Brodsky.
Inside, there's everything you need and more.
Carpet! It's so rare to find carpet in rental apartments—you can do your morning exercises.
The zoning and lighting layout are among the best I've ever seen in renovated apartments while traveling.
Having a dishwasher and washing machine is a big plus if you're staying for two or more days. The first floor floor was cold, but we brought slippers.

- Fernanda (6/5): - The location is very good and host is responsive A few details disturbed us during our holiday here:
1. The heater is controlled by the host. If you want to turn on you need to text the host and they will set the temperature. Sometimes it would turn off and we would be cold during the night without the option to control it. I do not understand how this is acceptable for a bnb.
2. The apartment is on the ground floor and noise isolation is terrible. There is a bar on the square and they put tables right in front of the apartment. From Friday to Sunday the noise from the bar guests is VERY loud and it goes on until 2 am. I’m not a light sleeper, but it woke me up several times during the nights.
3. The sofa-bed is quite soft and noisy. Not comfortable for more than a couple of nights.
- Marek TRAVELER Bolega (9/5): A perfect mix of Venetian charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality — a stay to remember. - The apartment was beautiful and full of authentic Venetian atmosphere. Andrea was a wonderful host — helpful, friendly, and always available. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful at night.
That strikes a good balance between emotion and clarity — real traveler’s praise without sounding like a brochure. Would you like me to add a matching “What didn’t you like?” sentence too, to keep it complete? The bathroom could use a little renovation — it felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the lovely apartment.
It sounds polite and constructive, while still honest — exactly the tone Booking.com values most in reviews.
- Elena (8/5): Venecia en familia - La situación, limpieza, decoración, cama y ropa de cama. Ruido por la noche al irte a dormir, por el bar que hay en la plaza. Pero después de todo un día andando por Venecia, te duermes enseguida. Faltan cortinas. La luz te despierta muy pronto.
- Mateusz (10/5): Best places to enjoy REAL Venice - One of best places in Venice, especially if you like to enjoy real venice and real Venice life. Close to best parts of Venice, vaporetto can take you to further places easily! If you travel with family, this is great place because its on first floor, so no stairs ! It has great charm, comfy beds and all you need to enjoy your stay. Both Ernst and Andrea were helpful through our stay. Nights are not so noisy as others say and streets near apartment have real venetian caffees and restaurants.
- Giuseppe (7/5): Great location, average property - Location is fantastic - quieter suburb but still walkable to all the major hotspots for sightseeing. The place was positioned well, but it is cold and slightly damp on the inside. It was good considering how hot it was in Venice when we were there, but it was too damp and dark to dry any of our clothes so we didn’t bother using the washing machine during our stay. The water is portable! Not many people mention this in their reviews but there are two or three bars near the location which means the noise outside from conversation can be quiet loud. Most noise didn’t stop until 1:30am or so as people made their way home when the bars closed. Due to the dampness there were also more mosquitos than expected. The plastic cover on the bed made it feel cheap.
- Lindsey (8/5): Fantastic stay and great position in Venice. - Very clean. Comfy beds. Great position in Venice. Needed extra blankets and plug sockets.
- Paul (8/5): Very comfortable location in the middle of Venice - Location It was a little confusing getting in touch to handover the keys
- Ivan (9/5): Superb -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Alfred (9/5): Nice place to stay and excellent location. - The photos and description were an accurate representation of the space. There was no mention, or at least that I remember, of it being on the ground floor. And the entry is directly into the Piazza. Both of which were fine, just unexpected. There were issues with the thermostat. The first night it did not work correctly. After that, I was unable to adjust it at all.
- Nailia (10/5): It is a great apartment, very clean and comfortable. Andrea and Salvatore were very helpful and friendly, they answered - - location
- super friendly and helpful staff
- apartment was fully equipped
- Florence (8/5): Very good -
